Do Australians want to harm or help?

'The majority of Aussies want to help, not harm,' Says Australian Greens Party. Yet, that same party doesn't say anything to stop forced psychiatry, or even about implementing the United Nations CRPD, yet claims to be about human rights and the environment. The AU Greens Party instead focuses on overseas issues, which deserve empathy, but when you realise that their leader is a whitecoat, and AMA President is also pretending to act in refugee interests, you got to know what is not being said here, and that's that traumatised people regularly get used by whitecoats in horrible experiments against their will, because of the Mental Health Acts, in Australia. People have 'medicine' forced on them. In the cases of psychiatry, it is not medicine, it is torture. And I know that, because I experienced 14 years of it. I didn't profit by it, but the psychiatrists who used me in their experiments no doubt got various pharmaceutical grants to do what they did to me, as well as HUGE salary from the Australian Tax-payer.

Dr. Peter Gøtzsche calls psychiatry 'organised crime'. And it is, very organised, but it is also worse than any religious abuses, or even military violence, because it is endorsed by our government as 'care'. And the public believe this, because they are so gullible and have been used to psychiatry's 'care' euphemisms for over 200 years, but the real meaning of that use of that term 'care' for torturing a person 24/7 indefinitely with chemical & electrical lobotomies, has eluded them.

Are Australians empathetic to people being subjected to State Violence? Not in my experience. They're mostly hypnotised by propaganda and instead of putting the monsters on trial, they victim-blame.

So, empathy depends on what sort of propaganda people have swallowed. If those same people that swallowed a small amount of antidepressants, smoke, alcohol etc... were subjected to forced psychiatry and injected with neuroleptics against their will, they might feel different, but be too frightened to dare say anything.

Psychiatry harms and does not help, yet next to NOTHING is said about that, on TV, or even community radio, the only space for psychiatric regime survivors to tell the truth of what happened to them (if they dare) is the internet.

Politicians, lawyers, judges and the general population allow the torture of 6 million Australian citizens via State Violence, then Medical Doctors advocate to bring in in traumatised refugees so whitecoats can torture them via the psychiatric regime as well.

Get on Community Radio, for a start, don’t let those appointed the position to chatter mentally-ill you, or try to tell you that you belong to some religion that you don’t. And if they do the whole whitecoat mentally-illing routine, let them know that their bullying is being recorded, and they’ll regret being so abusive, and so will their grandchildren.

Victorian psychiatry (Australia) - it belongs in the Victorian era!

In Australia, there's a state called Victoria. That's where I live, it has the highest per capita, enforced psychiatric violence in the world. Victorian psychiatry hasn't changed much since the Victorian era.

Peter Gøtzsche, MD, writes of Victoria's psychiatric regime, in Abolishing Forced Treatment in Psychiatry is an Ethical Imperative 'Garth's family recently moved to another state and took him with them, thus evading the reach of the Victorian Mental Health Act. He is currently being treated as an out-patient on low doses of medication, with no ECT. His family report that his mental state has never been better. Despite the dire claims of his former treating psychiatrists, he has absolutely no signs of psychosis.'

And most tellingly, for the Australian tax payer, 'Niall McLaren has never used ECT. While he was head of department for a total of eight years at two Australian hospitals, ECT wasn’t used at all (McLaren, personal communication). He didn’t bar it, simply made it more difficult for his staff to use it, as they had to justify it by showing there was no alternative. At the same time, the admission rate to the hospital dropped, the average duration of stay dropped and the bed occupancy rate dropped by as much as half. In both hospitals, some time after his appointments had expired and he had moved, ECT was resumed and the bed occupancy rate quickly rose again.' (Peter Gøtzsche, MD)

People must see, it imperative that this Federal Election of 2016, psychiatry must be voted out, and most particularly Victoria.

As Peter Breggin, MD writes, Forced 'Treatment' is Torture, 'Torture often has a straightforward goal—to break the victim’s will and to intimidate others who fear that torture will also be inflicted on them.  Anyone who has worked or been a patient on a psychiatric ward has witnessed daily attempts to break the will of patients by limiting their freedom and activities, treating them like children, making threats, using physical restraint and isolation, and ultimately inflicting drugs and electroshocks that render the individual helpless. The most profound impact of neuroleptic (antipsychotic) drugs is to render the individual indifferent, apathetic and docile; but the drugs commonly continue to inflict physical and mental torment.'

I have quoted two humane medical doctors here, who are outraged by their colleagues and wish to end this oppressive regime of forced psychiatry, that has no place in a decent society.

I've been writing to all the politicians, in hope that I could get major parties on board in understanding that this horror, that is the tax payer funded psychiatric regime.

I've asked our current PM, who spoke on TV about funding psychiatry, in the flawed understanding that it would stop people from suiciding on the splendid bridge with a view near his residence. I hope he is able to start understanding that suicide is caused by forcing psychiatric drugs.

In my attempts to gain some kind of understanding from politicians, I'm left with only two politicians that openly want to abolish forced psychiatry.

That said, I did come across, the Health Australia Party (HAP), that agree that medicine should never be forced.

I am hoping for more solid support for stopping forced & coerced psychiatric treatments, however, I have not received those exact words that give total validation to the harm I and so many psychiatric survivors have suffered, and support and hope for those people still be used as enslaved human laboratory animals by Victoria's horrific Mental Health Act 2014.

The Health Australia Party is once again, the upper house vote, Senate, that's all.

I don't know who to vote for in the lower-house, all I've got is Labor, Liberal, Greens and a pharmacist Independent. None of them, so far, have supported stopping forced psychiatry, in fact they've gone out on a limb to support whitecoats and their horrible torture of us.

There's reasons that parties need to be brave. People subjected to forced psychiatry, who complain about the horrible treatment, don't even get air-play on Community Radio. Instead, all that is allowed are those people who play psychiatry's pet parrots. Even MDs like Peter Gøtzsche, get cut off in 5 minutes by our radio stations, when they validate the suffering of those being abused by the psychiatric regime. TV is very much the same. Internet, however, psychiatric survivors are somewhat free there.


I was encouraged last year Dr. Rachel Carling-Jenkins (DLP Upper House member in Victoria) asked a question about the forced use of Electro Convulsive Therapy. 'My question is directed to Ms Mikakos in her capacity representing the Minister for Mental Health, Martin Foley, and concerns the administration of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) without informed consent. One advocate became so concerned about the increasing incidence of ECT administered to his son that he appealed directly to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. A reply from the director of the human rights treaties division directed, and I quote:

"Under ... the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities ... the state party has been requested [to] take all necessary measures to ensure the suspension of the forced ... (ECT) to Garth Daniels, while his case is under consideration by the [UN] committee."

'While I recognise that it is not Victoria which is a direct signatory to the UN convention, this is still a serious directive. Despite this, Mr Daniels continues to be given ECT against his express wishes. What will the minister do to ensure that serious directives such as this are addressed at a state level?'

The question was dismissed, as something that could not be commented on. 'The privacy of the patient' cited as a reason, was unreasonable, and really just a fob off to protect whitecoats and whitecoterie ministers. Garth continued to be tortured until he and his family moved from the state of Victoria to another state.

I'm hoping the population and all our politicians will eventually see sense and enable the people currently enslaved by psychiatry, as human laboratory specimens, to be free.

Part 5: Q & A - Gøtzsche & Whitaker - Psychiatric Epidemic - May14, 2014

There can be no assisted deaths by white-coats until...

There can be no human euthanasia programs in Australia, until forced medical treatments are abolished.

It is important that people freely choose medical treatments, especially treatments that will end a person's life, or be harmful in other ways. While there is forced medical treatments in Australia, the idea of 'voluntary' euthanasia is not possible, and it's horrible that people conceive and push this idea, without also having conversations about abolishing forced medical treatments.

Medical Practitioners, most especially psychiatrists, but also those treating cancer, will demand a person try every possible treatment, they offer, before euthanasia is offered. Medical abuse is rife in psychiatry, where a person's suffering is subjected to drugging, electrocution, and various harmful procedures, against their will. But it’s not only psychiatry, there are also forced treatments in aged care. People who are dying from age, or terminal illness are not being allowed to die, without medical intrusions, tests, blood-taking - all part of procedure and measures that are not really done for the patient they're intruding on, rather for some research, that hospitals do on a regular basis.

To be allowed your own space, without medical intrusions, and medicine when asked for, requires that the laws in our country are changed to be aligned with the United Nations CRPD, and our antislavery legislation (given that if you are being used in medical studies against your will, this is a servitude offense in our criminal code. Being a medical test subject is not a job people readily want to do, and if they do it is because human test subjects get paid a lot of money for invasive experiments.)

Disability, or diagnosis should not allow forced medicine, but in Australia this happens on a systematic basis. And while Australia has signed and ratified the UN CRPD, it has not implemented it into our law, as promised in 2013. And while Australia's Antislavery Legislation was also updated in 2013, and is very strong, as far as I'm aware the Federal Police have not investigated potential servitude offenses of Medical Practitioners. Though there is this one at the moment, hopefully being looked at. A lot of money is made by Australian psychiatrists from trialling medicines on people who are subjected to coercive-control. The trials are rarely legitimate, given people who are forcefully injected, coerced to take tablets through threats of hospitalisation, injections, or electrocution... are not going to speak freely, if that is likely to make their life worse, and it does. (Psychiatrists want positive results for the drugs companies, and if that means making a patient say yes to near everything the psychiatrist wants, that's exactly what will happen, the majority of the time.) 

The abuse of death-by-medical-treatment, as we've already seen happen in Belgium, is where people have got to stop and recognise how horrific this terminating of lives is, when in the hands of psychiatry. A teenager being given the death drug by psychiatrists, after the deciding psychiatrists knew she'd suffered humiliating painful destructive abuses over a long period, that confused her sense of sexuality and ability to communicate. She had not been given what she needed to live, that being: encouragement, conversation, rehabilitation, mentoring and validation. She had been mostly subjected to forced psychiatric drugs and electric shock, as well as humiliating labels. These procedures are not humane, and not helpful. This teenager could've been a worldwide leader in stopping violence against women and children, if she'd been given a mentor who enabled her to grow strong, and not feel the blame, that a victim of crime so often does. But instead, after having her body violated at a young age, she was then further abused by experimental psychiatric poisons and electrocution that any survivor of psychiatry will tell you, do not help, rather make your life so much worse.

Psychiatric interventions disable, they do not enable. Medicine is meant to enable... so why are psychiatrists throughout the world, currently allowed to disable 1.5 billion people? The population really needs to be aware, that this abuse has increased in the millennium, and 9 million people have been directly killed by psychiatric treatments in the millennium. The population isn't aware though, because psychiatry has been forcefully treating people for over 200 years and has a really thorough propaganda machine to make innocent people be victim-blamed. During those two centuries, there's been many people subjected to psychiatry trying to stop further abuse, only small changes have been made over that time, psychiatry is still allowed to torture people 24/7 indefinitely.

There needs to be absolute prohibition on forced treatment and commitment.

There can be no assistance for people wanting to die quickly, while medicine perpetrates such violence against the will of thousands of Australians every year. In Victoria, every year 5700 Compulsory Treatment Orders,  are given to people innocent of crimes, who object to psychiatric drug/ electricity treatments. Most of these people are victims of crime, some of these victims-of crime have taken to court their perpetrators, many of which haven't. The point is, why are victims-of-crime being abused by psychiatry? Why cannot they say no to medicine and be understood, that it is not helping? Why is there not more awareness of the plight of these people who WANT TO LIVE A LIFE FREE FROM THE TORTURE OF PSYCHIATRY?

There can be no euthanasia program, while medicine peddles products that do more harm than good and uses coercive-control measures to force treatments.

The United Nations CRPD must be implemented, so that human rights will not continue to be violated; so, that 5700 Victorians, who currently refuse medical treatment and have it forced on them, will no longer be subjected to that. It is not thinking enough of others, to ask for euthanasia programs, when 5700 plus civilians in Victoria, per year, are being tortured by psychiatry's treatments. To then allow medicine to have those people being tortured to have the option of terminating their lives, is not really thinking enough about the documented horror of torture and how much being under a torturous regime makes a person want to die. Think also of documented euthanasia programs, everyone should well know from T4 Germany. Remember too, that was also called 'care' and 'treatment.'

If people asking for euthanasia, spent their last moments thinking about how-to enable people to be free from such horrendous State endorsed Violence via medicine (particularly psychiatry), then, they might actually be enabled to live through any physical pain they are feeling, before they totally expire, because they would be doing something for humanity. When a person supports the collective, they are in turn given good feelings, via the hub/ hive of our interconnectedness. However, when people just fixate on ending it all, forgetting about other people who would be harmed if it became legal for whitecoats to administer death, then they’ll die horrifically painfully, even if given the ‘death drug’, (Nembutal often takes over 24 hours to act, sometimes longer.)

That said, if all those people wanting euthanasia, can also ask to abolish forced medical treatments, then they will be working towards the path they wish. Until then, those asking for voluntary euthanasia programs are being ridiculously naïve and selfish.

Well said Glenn Floyd, you have my vote. We need intelligent people in Parliament, who stand up for the rights of those people who have been cruelly victim-blamed by 200 year-old propaganda the public should've been able to see-through sooner than 2016. You are a courageous ally to regime survivors.

I expect everyone to be antislavery, as slavery is against the law. The Feds just have to be pushed to realise the need to investigate. And Labour needs to fulfil its promises of implementing the UN CRPD into Australian law. (CRPD law isn't just about psychiatric abuse & other forms of medical abuse. CRPD law is also about making sure that elderly people can get their pushers and wheelchairs into toilets and venues at least have a portable ramp. I met a beautiful brilliant 90 something year-old who can no longer visit most venues to watch friends perform, because she has to use a pusher to walk and venues have no ramps or toilet access for even pushers. Not okay.) CRPD law was agreed & ratified fully in 2013. 3 years have gone by and the implementations have not been happening. I want Shorten to call out the caretaker Govt on this, as he does with other issues.

Children should not be subjected to electric shock and forced drugging. I know many, many adults subjected to psychiatric abuse from a young age - it's so hard for them to get free. Psychiatric abuse that the state endorses, horrific, though there's also the paedophilia rife in the psychiatric profession, that's been covered-up by things like Greek Myths since the time of Freud's fraud.

These children subjected to forced psychiatry, now adults, are not in successful jobs, even though they're intelligent, creative individuals despite being subjected to psychiatry. Why? Because they were and still are being subjected to State Violence.

Psychiatry's belittling of human experience into terms like 'psychosis' is outrageous and dates back to the times medical practitioners were entrenched in phrenology. Visions and voices are diagnosed as 'serious mental illness'... and why? witches, 1st Nations People, they are people who use visions & voices as ways of communicating. It's a very human experience to think in terms of 'other' and collective, nature, earth, rather than a constant monologue of self - playwrights do it, comedians do it. Stop allowing whitecoats to kill all the funny, creative, authentic out spoken people, stop wrecking the lives of young children. Stop oppressing the expression of people that were subjected to genocide.

Does anyone think it really helps to be tied to a laboratory, where McGorry types dictate how a child should live their life, forcing poisons and horrible labels on them, then get awards for it. No more awards for chemical lobotomists! Psychiatrists are the stigma. No one wants to be their slave. And when psychiatrists regularly won't listen to parents, take guardianship of children, or threaten it, then that child is even more likely to be drugged up, verbally abused by psychiatry and subjected to paedophilia. This has got to stop. Some politician has to recognise that the power given to psychiatrists to rule so many innocent people's lives, is just so wrong. Discuss this disgusting!

The reason why we have such a high suicide rate is because, when a person is enslaved as a human laboratory animal, by psychiatrists, tortured 24/7 the rest of their life, they'll find any means to escape that. Most opt for suicide, rather than self-defence, because police & nurses and a society that victim-blames are a formidable force. Garth Daniels, the public figure, who was going to be electric-shocked indefinitely (after already suffering 96 electric shocks & General Anaesthetic procedures), he was lucky enough to have a family who knew what slavery is all about, because they lived through apartheid in South Africa, as an oppressed people. So, he was able to skip state. Not everyone has that support. And what's with Victoria, that you have to skip state to stop being tortured by psychiatrists? It's ridiculous. End the psychiatric regime. Take that $13 billion given to psychiatrists to torture people, and fund social support for people who are suffering crisis. Be humane. Some unfortunate people, who fight back against being forcefully drugged in public hospitals, get put in Thomas Embling, even though they haven't been charged with a crime, but are considered 'violent' because they defended themselves. Then they get beaten up by the actual criminals. Psychiatrists don't want to charge people who act in self-defense, in case those people & 6 million Australians being harmed by psychiatry actually have an opening to speak on mainstream media, they just want to use the prison psych units as threats to keep people blackmailed into agreeing to psychiatrist's whims, lest the punishment gets worse. And, it always can. Garth Daniels was strapped to a bed for 69 days for refusing Closapine. Then they started electric shocking him every second day. They really wanted to break that fella. But he's doing well now, with his family, happy and with a nice social-psychiatrist, who doesn't torture people, rather talks to people. But the whole Daniels family had to leave the state of Victoria to free Garth and support him in recovery from 20 years of State Violence inflicted on him via the State endorsed psychiatric industry.

People who are forced to take treatments are enslaved. If a person takes treatments of their own free-will, they are not. People become distressed when they are enslaved, just as animals do. People will escape in any way they feel they can.

There are the coercion tactics of psychiatrists use (threats to make people involuntary patients and force treatments) so the person complies with treatment. Realise that psychiatric drugs and force treatment is horrific and it is 24/7 indefinitely. Educate yourself so you don't spout those horrible prejudiced psychiatrisms. This is the Civil Rights Movement of the millennium and we're ending this horrorshop regime that is psychiatry in 2016. Dr. Peter Gøtzsche: Forced Psychiatric Treatment Must be Abolished

'You get a drug that you should not have received for many years, it's a medical error.' - Dr Peter Gotzsche.

So if you die from that 25 years young, that people on anti-psychotic drugs are, or you fall because of the dizziness these drugs cause, then it's a medical error. But it cannot be a mere medical error, when it is forced on a person against their will, it is a crime and should be subject to the criminal code - the Antislavery Act.

People should be able to refuse all medications that contain toxic substances, especially those that contain Propylene Glycol & other petroleum-based substances (all medicines currently contain PG, usually as expedient ie humectant or preservative). People should also be allowed to refuse to go to a hospital space that sterilises its air with Propylene Glycol. There are many other ways for a person to find a way to sleep that doesn't involve using toxic drugs, that can result in anaphylactic shock for some people, and severe pain for many others. What gets diagnosed as 'psychosis' is about a person's body reacting to suffering/stress/oppression, but sometimes the psychosis diagnosis (along with 'schizophrenia') is just about just discriminating against a person's perception. Psychiatry oppresses people more, and belittles medical emergencies, such as allergies, cancer, hernia... psychiatry does not enable a person to gain stability in their life and a position in their community. Psychiatry enslaves people, turning them into laboratory specimens.
