Psychiatric drugs not only harm the humans that have these drugs forced on them, psychiatric drugs are also polluting our rivers and killing the life that lives there.

20% of Australians are forced to take neurotoxins, synthetic products, made by pharmaceutical companies that exceed CO2 emissions of the automotive industry.

Psychiatric drugs are not being fully removed from wastewater.

These forced products also contribute to plastic waste, and incinerator burn-off. If the 5 million Australians forced to take psychiatrists’ neurotoxins, had the right to refuse these toxic products, imagine the reduction in pollution, how our rivers and life there would more easily flourish, rather than suffer and die.

Platypus don’t fare well on psychdrugs any more than humans do. No one wants psychdrugs in their body! While our government still legislates to force psychiatric drugs into humans, our rivers are becoming increasingly polluted by these toxins. There are massive health risks to humans and wildlife with the amount of psychdrugs found in wastewater. And these pharmaceutical products are not easily removed from wastewater, which is then dumped into rivers, and used in farming.

The Royal Commission into BLOODY psychiatrists’ & mental health association company violations, is doing nothing to stop forced psychiatric drugging, instead, the Victorian Government wants to twist and pervert what Australians most violated by psychiatrists are saying, and then to our disgust, highlight those perpetrating psychiatrists who submitted to the Royal Commission for more government hand-outs. The Victorian Royal Commission into Mental Health associated companies has ignored our pleas to abolish forced psychiatry, ignored the impact on humans, wildlife and our environment. Our government, puppeteered by big pharmaceutical lobbies and the exploitative mental Hellth associated companies,  wants to tax us, to increase the violations, on us, our environment, platypus and other river life. VOP day 10 OCT 2019 - Australia

Many thanks to everyone who could make it to Canberra for the Victims of Psychiatrists day rally on the 10th of October, reclaiming the day from the perpetrating Mental Health personnel and their organisations. Thank you for your artworks and powerful voices. Will have an even bigger even organised next year.

My suggestion is to keep it acoustic, and fully use your voices as VOP. Because we never have microphones to amplify our voices when we are dragged away, and assaulted by mental health personnel, and even when we cry loudly for the violations to stop, we have been ignored, and made to disappear, then broken under torture.

Fiona Smith, would've been there too, but was arbitrarily detained in Royal Melbourne John Cade. She is still fighting for release. The Tribunal Hearing, is on the 16th Oct. And a rally of support for Fiona Smith outside Royal Melbourne John Cade has been suggested for the day.

For people that don't understand Victoria, Australia's system, a Tribunal Hearing, isn't an actual court of law, it is a panel with a Lawyer, Community Representative, and a Psychiatrist.

Reminder - what Fiona Smith is being tested on is whether or not she will comply with their human research, without being forced. There is no offence that Fiona Smith has committed. She is being accused of 'having' a vicious DSM slur, that has no scientific provable basis or reality, but is rather concocted for the purposes of an exploitation racket, that really, really needs to be abolished, as the UN CRPD has pressed upon Australia to do. 

This is common to all exploitation rackets, the victim-blaming, and denial, and utter violation of those being exploitation, then authorities putting out propaganda that their violations are 'benevolent', that goes back to 'saving witches' by burning and drowning them. Psychiatrists 'saving' the people they accuse of vicious DSM slurs constitutes exploiting them for vile, cruel, invasive lucrative human research, that causes a person massive disfiguration, retardation of physical and intellectual abilities, and organ decay. It is slow torture, but very obviously torture, in the same manner that ugly whitecoats conduct forced human research on small animals.

What is import is that: 
This is not about what psychiatrists accuse Fiona Smith of, this is about what Fiona accuses the treating and consultant psychiatrists of, and whether those psychiatrists need to be jailed for their violations of Fiona Smith. It is the supervising, researching, treating and consultant psychiatrists and the other Mental Health Personnel involved, that have committed a violent crime against Fiona Smith, and there is no accusation which makes their violations of her body, for their profit, a lawful ethical thing to do. 

What Royal Melbourne John Cade has done to Fiona, is a serious crime. That is what must be addressed. 

We must not allow the ugly whitecoats to turn this into 'the problem with Fiona' which is just an evil attempt to slander her with nebulous derogatory psychobabble terms, that have no more meaning than any terminology that exploiters offensively accuse the people they exploit of. The ugly whitecoats must not be allowed this power.

Sustainability is about abolishing forced psychiatry

Working on the easily understood, not up for debate, need to reduce human exposure to toxic substances, which we petitioned our parliamentarians on - 

The inaction on the obvious, and the action on what is merely a roll out of another experimental product, induction technology, is what society is too easily duped into following up on and rallying for the implementation of. 

They should be asking for reduction of the obvious pollutants, but they're not. They're creating a build up and debate about whose technology is permitted to have government backing. That's what happened when plastic bags replaced paperbags, instead of encouraging string-bags, which the hippies all had, they wanted to roll out their plastics, and make them profitable.

It's obvious that propylene glycol & polypropylene glycol are causing massive hazards for the environment and us. But, people keep selling their toxic rot, and wearing it, even while touting for 'Climate Change Action'. The stink at a Climate Change Rally from the toxic fumes the protesters wear - not even recognised as one of the main climates of toxic rot that need to be recognised and stopped.

The touted 'safe' e-cigarettes, now recognised to cause fatty growths inside the lungs. And regular tobacco still kept 'fresh' with over loads of propylene glycol.  (Perhaps the actual tobacco plant, a natural mosquito repellent, wasn't the real issue.)

Propylene Glycol should not be labelled 'carbohydrate' on packages but still is. It shouldn't be put into food, but it still is. A lot of dairy products have a scary amount of it in them (not labelled), though of course confectionery, cigarettes, alcohol and medicines remain the worst offenders. Bread, you've got to really think about that one too, make it yourself if you can.

And how-to travel?

A 23 hour flight to Geneva is out of the question, once you've been exposed to too much PG and are sensitive, allergic etc.

The mask I have would not work that long. My eyes, my skin get exposed, and blister, and take in the toxin. I'm open to suggestions, though, I think the best thing to do would be to ban the toxic Personal Products.

And accommodation? Ooo. Cannot sleep in those toxic sheets full of crude-cracker fumes.

And people who are forcibly subjected to psychiatric drugs, have this substance, and other toxic crude-cracker synthetic substances forced into their bodies. A lot of us are now sensitive or allergic to chemicals we could previously tolerate. But, now I think about it, no one should be tolerating. They're responsible for so much suffering, fatigue, unexplained anxiety, sadness, or irritation. Sit in an office full of that for a life-time, you'll end up with cancer, if you don't get an allergy to prevent you sitting through more of the unnecessary, horribly offensive stink people were indoctrinated to put on their bodies by the Mental Hygiene propaganda.

And that part again, the forced psychiatry, the intrusive cruel forced injections of huge amounts of synthetic crude-cracker chemicals. That use of force, on people, is so disturbing, people should have shop window displays all the time telling people why that's not okay, why that isn't sustainable, why it is UTTERLY SHAMEFUL to have in government legislation, and live in a society, and do nothing to stop that legislated use of force, utterly shameful. DO SOMETHING!

When there's that kind of use of force, that exploitative use of force to give a product a market, when no one is choosing to have the product, you've got something seriously wrong with the authority figures in your society that legislate that. 

Do people remember being told to 'not be a baby' when your parents doused your hair with toxic poo, and told you that this sham was 'gentle compared to the rest'. Remember also that prisoners were coerced to have this squirted in their eyes, in early stages of developing the product. I doubt they listened to any of the prisoners' suffering from the shampoo, because the product they ended up with caused babies to cry.

The Painter & The Writer Gallery in Maldon, suggests you wash your hair in garden weeds (in soft water this works very well.) Much nicer to use milk thistle boiled up, or chickweed, than make your baby cry.

Deodorant, was another invention of the toxic Mental Hygiene/ Mental Health industry, that touted how-to work and play and have a nice day, and kill anyone who doesn't comply with the social experiments of the crude-cracker toxic rot dressed up as 'hygiene'.

Little shop in Main St, Maldon, says  non-toxic deodorant grows on a tree. lemons are a deodorant, and they're not going to burn your pits, cause allergies, cause asthma and stink up the world and pollute the rivers and our seas, kill our coral reef, and contribute to CO2. Keep them fresh in a jar of water, after cutting off a slice. Use the left-over peel. So much more decent and understanding to your friends, colleagues, and the life around you.

Now, you know why psychiatry must die, so we all can thrive and this propaganda machine, the Mental Hygiene/ Mental Health industry must not be reinvented, it must end, for the ecology to thrive. Sustainability is about abolishing forced psychiatry.

Implement CRPD & the right2Refuse Psychiatrists

Standing at the Victorian Parliament, every month in 2019, to demand that Victims of Psychiatrists be heard in the Victorian Royal Commission into the Mental Health System of this State, to demand that we have the #Right2Refuse psychiatrists' products, procedures and their bloody beds, and that the lies told that VOP want to get into psychiatrists' beds, are the vile disgusting lies of the psychiatric regime, the exploitation racket that has gone on way too long.

Just as we stood at the State Library every week from 2015 - 2018, to ask the Library, the keepers of definition, ideas and the public's understanding and historical records - to recognise Victims of Psychiatrists, and the need for an end to the vile, cruel exploitation racket, free the people who are currently being tortured and abolish forced psychiatry.

Oct 10th 2019, we take our protest to Canberra. 
Demanding that Federal parliamentarians put pressure on the States to repeal forced psychiatry, as the UN CRPD Committee has asked Australia to do.

VOP sent a report to the UN CRPD committee this year, and are pleased to say many of our requests were understood, as these requests have long been part of what victims of psychiatrists and their allies have been reporting to the UN.

Not everyone is putting their name down on this list, as people are wary of having their names attached to such protests. That's okay, however I do urge you to contact me, Initially NO, via my twitter, facebook etc, to let me know you'll be there, and it'll just be to do with numbers in the authorised area of Canberra's parliament that authorities want to know about.

Federal Prosecution via the Code of Responsible Research, under 8.2
For the horrific forced human experimentation, that is systematic in all State/ Territories of Australia, and the profits HUGE for the psychiatrists, pharmaceutical companies and government investors.
Keeping these jobs, these jobs that kill and maim people, exploit in the most vile, cruel ways - is just not something that can EVER be considered democratic. And if Australia does not abolish this legislated exploitation racket, then it cannot be considered a democracy.

As well as prosecution under 8.3, because we've really got to think about where all these chemicals that people don't want forced into their bodies are going, into waste water, and they cannot be removed, and we put it to the environment protection authorities, and the people who love to live in Australia, or visit Australia - that it is these extra psychiatric drugs, forced on people (every day for a life-time, on average 9 different psychdrugs per person) is what is causing the excess pollution that is killing platypus and other river life.

Also got to think about the excess plastics thereby used, as all these pills are packaged, and medicine cups are used and thrown away, needles are of course used and throw  away... and hospital burning this waste, putting toxins in the air, including CO2. That's without mentioning that pharmaceutical companies are by far the biggest polluters in the world, with far greater CO2 emissions than the automotive industry.

The #Right2Refuse psychiatrists' bloody beds, think about that, when you see 60 minutes reporting psychiatrists now jailed for pedophilia, and news reports on lewd assault from psychiatrists. How is it that the State/ Territories can force people into psychiatrists' beds, allow psychiatrists legislation that enables them to forcibly drug and inflict various procedures and cruelties on people in order to break them under this torture, to agree to do as the psychiatrists dictate?

There's still time to send in reports to the Federal Royal Commission into the bloody violations done in the name of care, help and medicine. We need the Federal RC to investigate, and expose, and put pressure on the State/ Territories to abolish forced psychiatry. 

We cannot have these monsters covering up for pedophiles, forcing mothers into forced psychiatry, c-sections, take their children away unless they comply with psychiatrists' demands. It's just not something a decent society does, it's what a vile, cruel exploitative dictatorship does, then, of course rolls out the victim-blaming propaganda.

Give the public a reminder of how many people were killed by psychiatrists in Australia last year, and the year before that, and the year before that...

We need the parliamentarians to start recognising that we, the people, who are victims of psychiatrists, need an abolition of forced psychiatry, and an apology for it ever having occurred. We are people foremost, but we are Victims of Psychiatrists (VOP) because we have received no notice that forced psychiatry will be abolished in Australia, nor any kind of reparations. Therefore, like any other victims of exploitation, violence, abuse... we need justice - the #Right2Refuse psychiatrists products, procedures, programs and their bloody beds.

We suggest a repeal of all legislated forced/ coerced Mental Health.

This is INTERNATIONAL Victims Of Psychiatrists DAY
But let's first talk Victoria, where I've been organising protests in Australia.
Victims of psychiatrists have been ignored by the Victorian government, in the Royal Commission into Mental Health. The Victorian Government has instead put forth perpetrating, co-opted Mental Health associated organisations, and vile psychiatrists to speak, in our place. Many of our witness impact statements have not even been published. And psychiatrists like Patrick McGorry & Alex Cockram have been given high positions of authority and platforms to speak without any kind of questioning of their out-and-out lies that people are trying to get into psychiatrists' beds.

13 thousand Victorians, last year pleaded to not be forced into psychiatrists' beds, and the government didn't even provide them with lawyers to defend themselves against psychiatrists' accusations such as 'smiling inappropriately.'

How many Victorians were subjected to psychiatrist Prabakar Rajan Thomas , currently serving a jail sentence? This felon and his cronies need to be fully investigated for the forced human experimentation racket. How many lives were destroyed by Thomas's perverted point-of-view, and want to inflict cruelties on people? How is it that the government participated in supporting this psychiatrists harm so many, and has done so little yet, as far as reparations for those people subjected to forced depot, and vicious DSM slurs by this former psychiatrist?  

Though Victoria is one of the worst perpetrators of forced psychiatry, all states/ territories of Australia commit vile, cruel forced human research under Mental Health legislation, and perpetrate this through forced psychiatry. And we don't want the Federal Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse & Neglect of Persons with Disabilities, to be the same as the Victorian Royal Commission, and ignore the very obvious abuse of emergency powers, and exploitation by force for human research that our country inflicts, for profit on a large number of people, who are usually socially, or financially disenfranchised, or become so after being lured into visiting a psych.

Election day and no promises to abolish forced psychiatry

People doing what they can to keep up the protest, while working in a lovely little shop called The Painter & The Writer Gallery - 42 Main St Maldon, Victoria - in Australia. Or maybe it was just that the shop liked a picture of a protest on polling day, and they just stuck it in there out front, because it's art and they're an art shop and there's no need to hide a painting about the civil rights movement of the millennium.

Health Australia Party has not yet put into policy that they will abolish forced psychiatry in line with the UN CRPD, though, though have indicated that they will move towards this at the Federal election.

Thing is, forced psychiatry has to be abolished by each State. And Victoria, being the worst place in the world, per capita, for forced psychiatry, really should be the starting place.

To not say you'll abolish forced psychiatry, is really being anti-human rights. No one should abide by forced human experimentation, of the vile, cruel kind that psychiatry, in Victoria Australia consists of. You are not meant to be okay with forced human experimentation that kills and maims thousands of people in Victoria, Australia every year.

No one should abide by a government that promises a Royal Commission into Mental Health, then, sleazily adds that a psychiatrist will be chairing it. That's like having a CEO of Bank do a Royal Commission into banking, it's like having a CEO of an accused Church do a Royal Commission into Institutional Abuse. Churches colluded, it was proven, so did banks. They close ranks, they cover up, unless they're an ally to victims. And Patrick McGorry is DEFINITELY NOT in ANY WAY an ally to Victims of Psychiatrists. It's an utterly ridiculous, horrible thing, to have victims being represented and chaired by perpetrators and their coterie - but that's the nature of a country that has a regime of vile, cruel exploitation, such as Australia, Victoria does. They want to keep it running, cover it up to make it look like benevolent charity to those who haven't been violated by it, and deny any victim the right to speak out against it fully and be heard by the population.

People can, and do stand on the street and protest. People do refuse psychiatrists for years while being locked in a psychward. They can apply under to the UN under Special Procedures, to be release from arbitrary detention.

Make noise, be heard, in any way you can, is the only way this vile, cruel exploitation can be stopped.

Yes, there has been a precedent in the Supreme Court ofVictoria due to the courage of NJE & PBU, putting up a fight against forced electrocution, that had been rubber stamped by the Victorian Administrative Tribunal, they would not have been permitted to fight in the court, if they had not been part of the 10% subjected to forced psychiatry that were given access to Legal Aid. Which means 90% of people fight, then are violently and horribly electrocuted because they do not get any access to Legal Aid, at a Tribunal, or VCAT, let alone to challenge VCAT in the Supreme Court. But even with this precedent, and an admittance by ECTmachine makers that their product causes brain damage, even so, with this, ECT can still be forced on people in Victoria, Australia.

There is nothing to stop arbitrary detention and 24/7 torture under the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014 being increased once again from 10,000 forced orders in 2017, to however many more will tally in 2019.

The way the re-elected government talks about the Royal Commission into Mental Health, that is going to cost the tax-payer $13.5 million - isn't from the perspective of those who are being violated by psychiatrists, it's from the perspective of whitecoat greed and their politicians who have a vested interest in keeping on using people, as a pound of flesh, to be examined, injected and observed as live specimens, then written up to be published for vast sums of money.

Just as animals are violated in laboratories, so too are humans, under the vile cruel Mental Health Acts in each State/ Territory of Australia. 

Animal rights? Yes and - don't forget human rights, right here, in Victoria, Australia, or you might find one day, you're one of the millions being locked away arbitrarily and exploited in the most horrible fashion that nightmares are made of.

Think of the artists over time, attempting to speak through visuals when speaking got them into threats and strife -

• Francisco de Goya's fear of being thrown in a pit, where they put people who said too much about organised crime, corruption, and didn't paint royalty in the way they wanted to be painted, people who were honest about what was happening around them, to their neighbours, friends, family - were thrown  into pits and called 'mad' as they suffered the horrors of that; 
• Edvard Munch's 'The Scream' - fear he'd be put where his sister was put away for whatever it was she didn't obey. Perhaps she just didn't marry who she was told she had to. Perhaps she spoke out against a paedophile. Perhaps she just smiled or frown or expressed herself too much for some ugly jealous thug in power.

It is important that people don't let killing machines go on and on in their country ever increasing with attempts to control of the population by fear, torture, arbitrary detention and vilification of victims. Eugenics doctrine, that is the Mental Health legislation - it must be stopped, now, not later.

It is important that people recognise what is happening close to them, rather than in a country they haven't visited, where a picture of a child is being dangled to raise funds for the so-called charities that are causing starvation, disease, poisoning and all kinds of horror, causing, via their alliance with other companies that have very lucrative cruel agendas on their board room table. Force feeding  overseas and here with toxic rot is happening. It's horrific and all done in the name of benevolence.

And unless you know that, you think the charity is benevolent.

Changing legislation should not be about charity, that is asking for more funds, and nor should a Royal Commission be about spending more funds - it should be about recognising that it is never okay to exploit by force, never okay to legislate to violently exploit people to the point of maiming and killing them, then call that benevolence. It should be about hearing the people that have been violated more and more every time they attempted to speak out against the vile, corrupt perpetrators that are arbitrarily detaining and exploiting them most horribly. Society needs to recognise, that and so much more that victims of psychiatrists have to say.

At what point are people going to see the human rights movement of the millenium - to abolish this vile cruel forced human experimentation done under mental health legislation? At what point are they going to be horrified enough to stop the horror.

Think of - 

Garth Daniels. He was horribly abused in Victoria, under the re-elected Government, electrocuted 150 times, dosed up on horrifically large quantities of neuroleptics, tied to a bed for 69 days. He skipped to QLD and found the same government governing QLD.

Why is it that Garth is still not free from arbitrary detention & torture? Because he does not consent to take neuroleptics that are going to cause him cardio problems. He does not consent to having his physical abilities shut down, so he cannot physically do what he'd easily be capable of, when having those neuroleptics shoved into him.

Garth Daniels has fought for his freedom, had support to do this from his family (which most families don't do, they back-peddle and go along with authorities gone wrong and have their own flesh and blood been done in by the ugly whitecoats. Some will later claim they trusted the whitecoats more than their family member. Why? Why would you do that? Family & friends can assist a person in arbitrary detention to apply to the UN CRPD committee under Special Procedures, to demand the government release the person they unlawfully are detaining and torturing.

Garth Daniels got an advocate through his father Bernard Daniels to put a request in to the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention. He has also given permission to release a video of him being abused by psychiatrists, after he said, 'I do not consent'. It should be enough, when a person verbally says they do not consent to have a product injected into them, it really should. No one should have some ugly whitecoat company's product forced on them.

Poisoned person does unconscionable crimes

The way the public sees all Compulsory Patients, is in the manner of the way this 20-year-old man is described as having done unconscionable crimes. As not having the capacity to stand trial and therefore being subjected to a Public Health Order, for his crime.

Given the man was marginalised and exploited by psychiatrists, has committed horrific violence, he should be held accountable for his crimes, instead he’s being denied capacity to stand trial. There should be Equality before the Law. That the grandparents were potentially going to call the Crisis Assessment Treatment Team on him and have him made a Compulsory Patient, is likely. So, instead of being totally disempowered by others, he attacked and had power over others’ lives, however fleetingly.

Most people who are sectioned as Compulsory Patients, don’t commit unconscionable crimes, or any crime at all, they usually haven’t ever had power over anyone, and experience horrific violence at the hands of community and the psychiatrists who have legislative power to make them Compulsory Patients.

No one should be subjected to forced psychiatry, it is unlawful that Australia forces chemicals and procedures on anyone. Detention should not be arbitrary, yet this unlawful legislation is what is written into every State/ Territory.

Under the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014 –  

"compulsory patient" means a person who is subject to—

        (a)     an Assessment Order; or

        (b)     a Court Assessment Order; or

        (c)     a Temporary Treatment Order; or

        (d)     a Treatment Order;

"consent", in relation to health information, has the same meaning as it has in section 3(1) of the Health Records Act 2001 ;

There are people who are Compulsory Patients that have done nothing more than cry in the corner and refuse to go with a psychiatrist. Then there are people that have committed offenses that wouldn’t normally result in a jail term. Then, rarely, there are people that do what the 20-year old described in the News Daily article did, something unconscionable and violent. What is common to all the people who are Compulsory Patients – is that they do not want psychiatrists treating them, because what psychiatrists do to people is one of the most unconscionable crimes in the world – forcibly experimenting on humans with cruel, inhuman, degrading intrusive chemicals, procedures that maim and kill them.

Forced neuroleptics cause distress; these drugs are dangerous, they cause people to be upset and angry. Neuroleptics are horrible poisons, with the most horrible effects. No one chooses to take neuroleptics, because they don’t help with anything, they destroy ability, livelihood, and health.

A person’s life to end up being that of a laboratory specimen, and the governing State, enforcing this with a Public Health Order, usually in the form of a Mental Health Act – is devastating. Being tortured makes anyone angry, upset, disabled… these forced treatments cause a massive death rate each year. They do not ‘alleviate suffering’.

When a person stops taking the neuroleptics, depending if pills or depot (the depot stays in the body for another 9 months at least, it is a long acting neuroleptic), the withdrawal from the drug means the person’s nervous system becomes free from being shut down. The bodily compensation or attempts to combat the neurotoxin may continue to operate, and that will mean a period of adjustment, where a person usually needs support in reminding them they’re withdrawing.

Emotionally, one thing a person or animal does when free from torture, is want to stop ever being tortured again, and understandably does not want to be threatened with torture again, does want to do everything possible to stop being tortured again. Neuroleptics are a horrific torture. How does one stop a government legislating such a torture? How does one stop friends and family from dobbing them into the torturers?

We live in a society gone wrong. A society that places torturing psychiatrists on a wage higher than nearly anyone else in the country. A society that allows for legislation that forcibly exploits people for vile, cruel human experimentation, of which psychiatrists and a coterie of investors profit, while the people forcibly exploited under Public Health Orders, are used like animals are in laboratories, as a piece of laboratory equipment, their human voice silenced, as though the person were not able to communicate, their autonomy taken away, their body violently assaulted. Yet they’re not even able to say this is assault and battery, if they do, higher doses and other painful procedures, isolation, deprivation is inflicted. If the person is not a forensic patient, they are arbitrarily detained and tortured until they submit to all the psychiatrist demands, even though the reality is that the treatments don’t assist in any way with anything but the psychiatrists’ funding, that the treatments cause horrific suffering and damage to the person is well known, by those who have been behind these whitecoat closed-doors.

The UN CRPD committee has asked Australia to end forced psychiatry, and remove the legislation that commits this violation.

Yet State/ Territories have done nothing to remove forced psychiatry from their legislation. They have increased their human research budget, and even paid for propaganda to make it look like all human research is voluntary and helpful.

What psychiatrists do is bloody murder.

Is the psychiatrist going to be held to account though? For causing a person such distress? No, because there’s a get-out-of-jail-free clause written into the legislation for the authorised – treating psychiatrist.

In Good Faith rule

77           Urgent medical treatment

s. 77

                (1)           A health practitioner may perform medical treatment on a patient without obtaining the informed consent of the patient or a person specified in section 75 if the health practitioner is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the medical treatment is necessary, as a matter of urgency—

                (a)           to save the patient's life; or

                (b)           to prevent serious damage to the patient's health; or

                (c)           to prevent the patient from suffering or continuing to suffer significant pain or distress.

                (2)           A health practitioner who, in good faith, carries out, or supervises the carrying out, of medical treatment in the belief on reasonable grounds that the requirements of this section have been complied with is not—

                (a)           guilty of assault or battery; or

                (b)           guilty of professional misconduct or unprofessional conduct; or

                (c)           liable in any civil proceedings for assault or battery.

                (3)           Nothing in this section affects any duty of care owed by a health practitioner to a patient.

&

231         Protection from liability

                (1)           The Commissioner is not personally liable for any thing done or omitted to be done in good faith—

                (a)           in the exercise of a power or the performance of a function under this Act; or

                (b)           in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the exercise of a power or the performance of a function under this Act.

                (2)           Any liability resulting from an act or omission that, but for subsection (1), would attach to the Commissioner attaches instead to the State.

Is the body corporate (the Crown, in this case NSW) going to be held accountable for legislating the poisoning and desperation of this man persecuted by psychiatrists and his community through legislation – that caused him to be so desperate he decided that if everyone was going to endorse the harming of him, he was going to harm them back?
