Free Fiona Smith, #Right2Refuse protester & platypus advocate

Fiona Smith, platypus advocate & #Right2Refuse protester is being arbitrarily detained & tortured at Royal Melbourne John Cade, forcibly for disgusting, vile, cruel human research of forced Risperdal Consta injections. 


This trial is being conducted forcibly and is a clear violation of 8.2 of the Code of Responsible Research.

Fiona wanted to speak at a fully approved Canberra Rally about synthetic drugs that end up in the rivers, because they cannot be removed from waste water, killing river life such as platypus, a violation of 8.3 of the Code of Responsible Research.

Fiona was tapering Risperdal tablets responsibly with a GP, on 1 mg and feeling like she was getting her abilities back. She wanted to also speak at the rally about what she's suffered as a Victim of Psychiatrists (VOP), as well as what other VOP have suffered (some VOP of which have been killed by forced psychiatry, and there is a need to grieve and for the officials and public to acknowledge these people were killed by forced psychiatry.)

On Saturday 28th Mental Health Personnel dragged Fiona from her home, into the Psychiatric unit, for the alleged purposes of exploiting her for this research and silencing her petitions and protests, which include a co-written alternative report from VOP in Australia, to the UN CRPD committee. 

Fiona Smith needs to be freed from arbitrary detention and these horrendous violations, and the violators prosecuted under 8.2 and 8.3 of the Federal Code for Responsible Research.

Fiona Smith was to attend International Victims of Psychiatrists Day on 10th Oct 2pm - 5pm, at Canberra Parliament AAA. This is about a protester & human rights defender being silenced by the vile cruel exploitation legislation that is the MHA.

Risperdal Consta is causing Fiona Smith horrific pain and damage to her body, disfiguring, disabling and retarding of her abilities -
-agitation
-anxiety
-changes in vision, including blurred vision
-difficulty concentrating
-difficulty speaking or swallowing
-inability to move the eyes
-increase in amount of urine
-loss of balance control
-mask-like face
-memory problems
-muscle spasms of the face, neck, and back
-problems with urination
-restlessness or need to keep moving (severe)
-shuffling walk
-skin rash or itching
-stiffness or weakness of the arms or legs
-tic-like or twitching movements
-trembling and shaking of the fingers and hands
-trouble sleeping
-twisting body movements

This is outrageously cruel drug to forcibly subject Fiona Smith to. Her skin was torn when they forcibly injected her in her arm, causing her to bleed, and as she said 'blood everywhere all over the bed where they held me down.'

Victorians must think of human rights and dignity, before the money made from human research. It is a disgusting thing for a State Government, and a Federal Government to profit from. Forced Human Experimentation, and the psychiatrists that torture people for profit, must be utterly condemned and immediately stopped.

For a state such as Victoria to train psychiatrists to torture little animals in their research, then move on to humans is disgusting. For these psychiatrists to take pleasure in the power they have to break people under torture, into servitude as research specimens, and be allowed to do that through State legislation, is so vile and evil.

That the State Legislators have given violating psychiatrists loopholes such as Emergency Treatment/ Research, and the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, is not something that should be allowed. No State/ Territory in Australia, or any other place in the world, should be allowing psychiatrists to force their products, procedures, programs, beds and research on people. And the life of our rivers, as Fiona Smith has been advocating must also be considered. The river water would not be any where near as polluted as it is if there was no forced psychiatry.

Victoria and the rest of Australia must implement international agreements, such as the UN CRPD, stop violating Fiona Smith, the people she's being protesting for, and the river life she's also been advocating for.

Forced psychiatry should be considered a servitude offense, and the Code violations, for the human research people have been forcibly subjected be recognised and subjected to the full force of the law.

Implement CRPD & the right2Refuse Psychiatrists

Standing at the Victorian Parliament, every month in 2019, to demand that Victims of Psychiatrists be heard in the Victorian Royal Commission into the Mental Health System of this State, to demand that we have the #Right2Refuse psychiatrists' products, procedures and their bloody beds, and that the lies told that VOP want to get into psychiatrists' beds, are the vile disgusting lies of the psychiatric regime, the exploitation racket that has gone on way too long.

Just as we stood at the State Library every week from 2015 - 2018, to ask the Library, the keepers of definition, ideas and the public's understanding and historical records - to recognise Victims of Psychiatrists, and the need for an end to the vile, cruel exploitation racket, free the people who are currently being tortured and abolish forced psychiatry.

Oct 10th 2019, we take our protest to Canberra. 
Demanding that Federal parliamentarians put pressure on the States to repeal forced psychiatry, as the UN CRPD Committee has asked Australia to do.

VOP sent a report to the UN CRPD committee this year, and are pleased to say many of our requests were understood, as these requests have long been part of what victims of psychiatrists and their allies have been reporting to the UN.

Not everyone is putting their name down on this list, as people are wary of having their names attached to such protests. Federal Prosecution via the Code of Responsible Research, under 8.2
For the horrific forced human experimentation, that is systematic in all State/ Territories of Australia, and the profits HUGE for the psychiatrists, pharmaceutical companies and government investors.
Keeping these jobs, these jobs that kill and maim people, exploit in the most vile, cruel ways - is just not something that can EVER be considered democratic. And if Australia does not abolish this legislated exploitation racket, then it cannot be considered a democracy.

As well as prosecution under 8.3, because we've really got to think about where all these chemicals that people don't want forced into their bodies are going, into waste water, and they cannot be removed, and we put it to the environment protection authorities, and the people who love to live in Australia, or visit Australia - that it is these extra psychiatric drugs, forced on people (every day for a life-time, on average 9 different psychdrugs per person) is what is causing the excess pollution that is killing platypus and other river life.

Also got to think about the excess plastics thereby used, as all these pills are packaged, and medicine cups are used and thrown away, needles are of course used and throw  away... and hospital burning this waste, putting toxins in the air, including CO2. That's without mentioning that pharmaceutical companies are by far the biggest polluters in the world, with far greater CO2 emissions than the automotive industry.

The #Right2Refuse psychiatrists' bloody beds, think about that, when you see 60 minutes reporting psychiatrists now jailed for pedophilia, and news reports on lewd assault from psychiatrists. How is it that the State/ Territories can force people into psychiatrists' beds, allow psychiatrists legislation that enables them to forcibly drug and inflict various procedures and cruelties on people in order to break them under this torture, to agree to do as the psychiatrists dictate?

There's still time to send in reports to the Federal Royal Commission into the bloody violations done in the name of care, help and medicine. We need the Federal RC to investigate, and expose, and put pressure on the State/ Territories to abolish forced psychiatry. 

We cannot have these monsters covering up for pedophiles, forcing mothers into forced psychiatry, c-sections, take their children away unless they comply with psychiatrists' demands. It's just not something a decent society does, it's what a vile, cruel exploitative dictatorship does, then, of course rolls out the victim-blaming propaganda.

Give the public a reminder of how many people were killed by psychiatrists in Australia last year, and the year before that, and the year before that...

We need the parliamentarians to start recognising that we, the people, who are victims of psychiatrists, need an abolition of forced psychiatry, and an apology for it ever having occurred. We are people foremost, but we are Victims of Psychiatrists (VOP) because we have received no notice that forced psychiatry will be abolished in Australia, nor any kind of reparations. Therefore, like any other victims of exploitation, violence, abuse... we need justice - the #Right2Refuse psychiatrists products, procedures, programs and their bloody beds.

We suggest a repeal of all legislated forced/ coerced Mental Health.

This is INTERNATIONAL Victims Of Psychiatrists DAY
But let's first talk Victoria, where I've been organising protests in Australia.
Victims of psychiatrists have been ignored by the Victorian government, in the Royal Commission into Mental Health. The Victorian Government has instead put forth perpetrating, co-opted Mental Health associated organisations, and vile psychiatrists to speak, in our place. Many of our witness impact statements have not even been published. And psychiatrists like Patrick McGorry & Alex Cockram have been given high positions of authority and platforms to speak without any kind of questioning of their out-and-out lies that people are trying to get into psychiatrists' beds.

13 thousand Victorians, last year pleaded to not be forced into psychiatrists' beds, and the government didn't even provide them with lawyers to defend themselves against psychiatrists' accusations such as 'smiling inappropriately.'

How many Victorians were subjected to psychiatrist Prabakar Rajan Thomas , currently serving a jail sentence? This felon and his cronies need to be fully investigated for the forced human experimentation racket. How many lives were destroyed by Thomas's perverted point-of-view, and want to inflict cruelties on people? How is it that the government participated in supporting this psychiatrists harm so many, and has done so little yet, as far as reparations for those people subjected to forced depot, and vicious DSM slurs by this former psychiatrist?  

Though Victoria is one of the worst perpetrators of forced psychiatry, all states/ territories of Australia commit vile, cruel forced human research under Mental Health legislation, and perpetrate this through forced psychiatry. And we don't want the Federal Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse & Neglect of Persons with Disabilities, to be the same as the Victorian Royal Commission, and ignore the very obvious abuse of emergency powers, and exploitation by force for human research that our country inflicts, for profit on a large number of people, who are usually socially, or financially disenfranchised, or become so after being lured into visiting a psych.

Well said Glenn Floyd, you have my vote. We need intelligent people in Parliament, who stand up for the rights of those people who have been cruelly victim-blamed by 200 year-old propaganda the public should've been able to see-through sooner than 2016. You are a courageous ally to regime survivors.

I expect everyone to be antislavery, as slavery is against the law. The Feds just have to be pushed to realise the need to investigate. And Labour needs to fulfil its promises of implementing the UN CRPD into Australian law. (CRPD law isn't just about psychiatric abuse & other forms of medical abuse. CRPD law is also about making sure that elderly people can get their pushers and wheelchairs into toilets and venues at least have a portable ramp. I met a beautiful brilliant 90 something year-old who can no longer visit most venues to watch friends perform, because she has to use a pusher to walk and venues have no ramps or toilet access for even pushers. Not okay.) CRPD law was agreed & ratified fully in 2013. 3 years have gone by and the implementations have not been happening. I want Shorten to call out the caretaker Govt on this, as he does with other issues.

Children should not be subjected to electric shock and forced drugging. I know many, many adults subjected to psychiatric abuse from a young age - it's so hard for them to get free. Psychiatric abuse that the state endorses, horrific, though there's also the paedophilia rife in the psychiatric profession, that's been covered-up by things like Greek Myths since the time of Freud's fraud.

These children subjected to forced psychiatry, now adults, are not in successful jobs, even though they're intelligent, creative individuals despite being subjected to psychiatry. Why? Because they were and still are being subjected to State Violence.

Psychiatry's belittling of human experience into terms like 'psychosis' is outrageous and dates back to the times medical practitioners were entrenched in phrenology. Visions and voices are diagnosed as 'serious mental illness'... and why? witches, 1st Nations People, they are people who use visions & voices as ways of communicating. It's a very human experience to think in terms of 'other' and collective, nature, earth, rather than a constant monologue of self - playwrights do it, comedians do it. Stop allowing whitecoats to kill all the funny, creative, authentic out spoken people, stop wrecking the lives of young children. Stop oppressing the expression of people that were subjected to genocide.

Does anyone think it really helps to be tied to a laboratory, where McGorry types dictate how a child should live their life, forcing poisons and horrible labels on them, then get awards for it. No more awards for chemical lobotomists! Psychiatrists are the stigma. No one wants to be their slave. And when psychiatrists regularly won't listen to parents, take guardianship of children, or threaten it, then that child is even more likely to be drugged up, verbally abused by psychiatry and subjected to paedophilia. This has got to stop. Some politician has to recognise that the power given to psychiatrists to rule so many innocent people's lives, is just so wrong. Discuss this disgusting!

The reason why we have such a high suicide rate is because, when a person is enslaved as a human laboratory animal, by psychiatrists, tortured 24/7 the rest of their life, they'll find any means to escape that. Most opt for suicide, rather than self-defence, because police & nurses and a society that victim-blames are a formidable force. Garth Daniels, the public figure, who was going to be electric-shocked indefinitely (after already suffering 96 electric shocks & General Anaesthetic procedures), he was lucky enough to have a family who knew what slavery is all about, because they lived through apartheid in South Africa, as an oppressed people. Some unfortunate people, who fight back against being forcefully drugged in public hospitals, get put in Thomas Embling, even though they haven't been charged with a crime, but are considered 'violent' because they defended themselves. Then they get beaten up by the actual criminals. Psychiatrists don't want to charge people who act in self-defense, in case those people & 6 million Australians being harmed by psychiatry actually have an opening to speak on mainstream media, they just want to use the prison psych units as threats to keep people blackmailed into agreeing to psychiatrist's whims, lest the punishment gets worse. And, it always can. Garth Daniels was strapped to a bed for 69 days for refusing Closapine. Then they started electric shocking him every second day. They really wanted to break that fella. But he's doing well now, with his family, happy and with a nice social-psychiatrist, who doesn't torture people, rather talks to people. But the whole Daniels family had to leave the state of Victoria to free Garth and support him in recovery from 20 years of State Violence inflicted on him via the State endorsed psychiatric industry.

People who are forced to take treatments are enslaved. If a person takes treatments of their own free-will, they are not. People become distressed when they are enslaved, just as animals do. People will escape in any way they feel they can.

There are the coercion tactics of psychiatrists use (threats to make people involuntary patients and force treatments) so the person complies with treatment. Realise that psychiatric drugs and force treatment is horrific and it is 24/7 indefinitely. Educate yourself so you don't spout those horrible prejudiced psychiatrisms. This is the Civil Rights Movement of the millennium and we're ending this horrorshop regime that is psychiatry in 2016. United Nations CRPD Intervention for Garth Daniels

Under the Optional Protocol of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of People with disabilities (CRPD) Garth Daniels should never have been subjected to electroshock against his will. Finally, Garth is getting the International intervention needed to stop this brutal attack on his life.

Australia is a signature to the UN CRPD Optional Protocol and has ratified this. Under article 4 on which the UN is intervening in the brutal EST on Garth Daniels.

1. At any time after the receipt of a communication and before a determination on the merits has been reached, the Committee may transmit to the State Party concerned for its urgent consideration a request that the State Party take such interim measures as may be necessary to avoid possible irreparable damage to the victim or victims of the alleged violation.

This intervention has occurred after 20 years of forced psychiatric treatments and commitments, for Garth Daniels, as well as 5700 other Victorians every year, that refuse psychiatric treatments and are then said to not be able to give Informed Consent.

Garth’s father, Mr Bernard Daniels has been supporting Garth in human rights under UN CRPD law, for all those twenty years his rights have been denied. Many rights, and most obviously article 15:

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his or her free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.

Psychiatrists have declared that Garth Daniels cannot give informed consent, because anyone who disagrees with a psychiatric treatment regime is said to lack insight into their illness and thereby said not to be able to give Informed Consent.

Through a habeas corpus writ Garth was able to appear in court, despite Upton House psychiatrics declaring he was too ill to have visitors.

Bernard Daniels made a plea for his son to speak, to prove his ability to communicate and thus give informed consent:

 pressed for time.

MR B DANIELS: Two minutes, Your Honour.

HIS HONOUR: Yes, very well, Mr Daniels.

MR G DANIELS: Thank you, sir. Sir, I have had no freedom of consent guaranteed me. I have been shocked sometimes and it is my wish and will that I be discharged to undertake alternative treatment. I have had all leave from the hospital cancelled and my family and friends are not allowed to visit me in hospital. Only my mum and my brother. My dad, I told him to act on my behalf. My dad is the person I nominated to speak to the doctors about my treatment. My dad is my medical Power of Attorney, but the doctors won't allow him into the hospital to speak with me. I love my mum and my dad and my brother and only managed to hug my dad after months just two days ago in court. I want to be with my family.

‘I am imprisoned against my wishes and spend 24 hours in a locked ward. The power points in my room don't work so I can't play my radio or charge my phone. Most of my time I spend reading my photography books, and after court the other day the nurse wanted to take away my mobile phone so my dad could not phone me and interfere, the nurse said. I told my brother and he passed that message to our dad who said they can't restrict my communication simply because I want to speak to my dad. My phone has been taken away from me. I was encouraged by one of the psychiatrists, Dr Sarah Mackay, to enrol in my photography course which I waited for a whole year to enrol. This was at Holmesglen College of TAFE near our house. I was one of 20 people to be accepted into the photography course and then my treating psychiatrist cancelled my leave after I attended just one class and got back late from leave. They gave me shock treatment against my wishes. I told the doctors and the nurses I do not consent and that I'm under duress, which means I'm being forced to have ECT, the shocks.

‘Once I got leave and went to the police station to tell them I am being shocked against my consent and my wishes, the police told me to fill in a form and keep it. It's a statement signed by me in the police station at Box Hill. I have got those forms with me today, sir, and I can show it to you. Now the doctors keep harassing me to change my medication when I'm happy with the current medication that I'm taking. They tell me I have a mental illness and I must take medication, which I accept. I'm happy with my medication which has no bad effects on me and I am stable, but the doctors keep harassing me to take other medication. My current medication keeps me well, as the nurses keep saying I'm doing well, but the doctors still tell me it's the shock treatment keeping me well. But I don't like shock treatment because it is affecting my memory and the doctors won't tell me when the shocks are going to stop. The nurses tell me I've had more than 60 shocks. I just don't know how many, but my head hurts and my teeth ache, and the shocks still continue even when I say I'm under duress and don't consent to ECT.

‘My memory is getting very bad and I seem to forget things. I am now fearful in hospital and intimidated because, if the nurses just think I did something wrong, they call police who demand I get in my bed, then the nurses strap me in a four-point restraint because they say I am aggressive. I am not aggressive and I am well now, but they still tie me up whenever they think I look or act aggressively, which I do not. My brother tells me that at one stage I spent more than 60 days strapped to a bed because they said I was violent. Was I violent is a difficult question to answer as I don't know what they mean by being violent as my memory is not so good anymore because of the shocks, I know it. I hate that the doctors don't accept that I can't explain the procedure about ECT, how they put paste on the side of one's head, then they put a needle in your arm and put patches on your chest which monitors your heart. Then they give you an anaesthetic to make you unconscious and shock you. I don't know how it is supposed to work because all it does is keeps on making my memory bad which must mean it's affecting my brain because I'm beginning to forget things sometimes, much more than before, and I'm only 40 years young.

‘I'm not allowed out of hospital, I'm not allowed to go home, I have no leave, I can't have lunch with my dad and I don't know when they're going to stop shocking me. I'm scared they're going to shock me to death. I have a private psychiatrist who is happy to treat me and I was told that Dr Katz was going to allow me to go to Queensland, but instead on Monday I got electric shocks. I don't want any more and just want to be discharged to my private psychiatrist in Queensland. My parents are preparing to move to Queensland and this is good as my private psychiatrist, Dr Jock McLaren, came to see me in hospital. Dr Jock promised me he would take over my care when I get to Queensland. I just want to go home and not be shocked any more and to go to Queensland with my parents so that Dr Jock McLaren can be my psychiatrist. Please, I want to be discharged with no more shocks. I fear the shocks will kill me. Thank you, sir.’

The Supreme Court allowed Upton House to continue to force electroshock on Garth Daniels since March 22^nd 2016 and the Daniels family had to pay court costs. A total 90 electroshocks on Garth against his will, he has been battered with. And threats of more, despite two  independent psychiatrists agreeing with Garth that further electroshock will not be therapeutic for Garth and that it is feared that it might kill him.

Despairing of how-to free stop Garth from being killed the family and advocates appealed to the United Nations on the 29^th March.

The United Nations, have been meeting to look at Absolute Prohibition of forced treatment and commitment.

The UN intervened on 2^nd April, on behalf of Garth Daniels, demanding a halt to any further forced medicine on Garth Daniels. This sets a precedent for all Australians being abused by psychiatry, which amounts to around quarter of the population, many of whom do not even know they can appeal to the Supreme Court, don’t have the money to take such action, as well as those who are suffering under psychiatric forced treatments and are not aware of their rights.

No person, not even a criminal, should be subjected to torture, that’s clear – most people in the street if asked would know that. Yet Garth, an innocent man, has been subjected to forced treatment and commitment. Forced treatments, such as drugs and electroshock fall under the definition of torture, as do psychiatric mechanical holds. When a person has never been charged with a crime, and the label of ‘disability’ allows psychiatrists to torture a person, this is terrible. Medicine is meant to enable, not disable.

While hope for Garth’s recovery of memory will be there for his family, it may be that much of his former abilities may not ever be what it could’ve been. Tragedy of losing ability, happens – but when it is a government approved hospital run by doctors who are supposed to do no harm, and yet actively and willingly commit harm against a person’s wishes, that’s incredibly wrong. And, it is against International Law Australia has signed and ratified.

The Australian Medical Association, really has to ask itself if affiliating with psychiatric abuse is what their organisation can continue to do, without needing to compensate victims of psychiatry. Now, that we have a precedent Intervention & investigation to stop forced treatment, it is time for the AMA to step in and say no more to forced psychiatric treatments and commitments.

An elected minister cannot lock you up and torture you, a psychiatrist can. Who gave them this power?
