Under the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014 

police are systematically called to force a civilian into a psychiatrists' facility, 

if a person disagrees with a medical authority's demands.

Victim: Where's your warrant? What's the charge?

Victorian Police: We don't have one, we don't need one, this is not a police charge, you're not being charged with a crime. We’re concerned about your mental health (and therefore we can give you the hamburger with the lot, which will soften you up for the whitecoats who need you back in the laboratory, nice and compliant with all their lucrative experimentation… only we’re just police and don’t know all about that, we’re just doing what we’re told – making you compliant.)

Being ‘concerned about deterioration of Mental Health’, means a person can be beaten up by police, arbitrarily detained by psychiatrists and the Government and subjected to 24/7 indefinite invasive, cruel treatments. Yet, if a person gets hit by a car, the pedestrian-hit-by-the-car can say to the Ambulance staff (a witness to the road accident called) that they don’t wish to go to hospital for tests and treatments, and while there's a possibility the accident-victim may well be hemorrhaging internally in a life-threatening way, that doesn't mean force will be used, all the ambulance staff will do is persuade kindly, and reason, but ultimately it is up to the person to decide, and so it should be. No one should be subjected to forced medical treatments. To ill a person’s mentality, then use this as a reason to bring them into a whitecoat facility where dubious treatments are forced on a person, that have a long history of killing and maiming is just diabolical. 

'Concerned about his deteriorating mental state' - a cold meaningless phrase that enables authorities to do violence.

Never use the terms of whitecoats. Just don’t. They’re just an excuse for authorities to violate people. Calling a person’s mentality ‘ill’ is so subjective, and so abusive, but nothing is worse than being dragged off and tortured by these whitecoats.

People who think it is okay to call authorities on people - who are not doing anyone any harm, who are not a crime - you are the problem!

The Victorian Mental Health Act needs to be repealed. Police should not be knocking on a person’s door without warrant or charge, and then, softening them up for whitecoats (CATT) to easily drag off, to further abuse forcibly for lucrative human research. It just shouldn’t be happening. But it happens because people believe the lie that a person should be subjected to forced medicine, if some psychologist, or social worker, or other white-coterie says they’re concerned about a person’s ‘deteriorating mental health.’ But what actually does that really mean? It means authorities have the authority under the Mental Health Act 2014 to abuse that person.

Victoria, Australia is in violation of International Law

The CRPD Committee has asked Australia to stop forced psychiatric interventions, to never force medical treatments, to repeal legislation that discriminates on the basis of perceived or actual disability. That means labeling a person's mentality 'ill' and using that label as a way to persecute them in the most diabolically cruel way, is not something the Australian people are meant to be comfortable with doing, they're not meant to be okay with that at all. Please find a way to get the Victorian Mental Health Act abolished. I have a petition to do this, you may wish to sign it and/ or write another, or stand in the streets and protest.

Do what it takes to repeal this violent, cruel nebulous discriminatory legislation, that arbitrarily detains, tortures 24/7 indefinitely and is done without a warrant or charge to 10, 000 Victorians last year, who refused to go voluntarily to be violently exploited by the disgusting hideously evil whitecoats.

Eugenicists are not legitimate in debates

Eugenicists are not normal, a construct designed to target groups of the population for exploitation, utilising science-is-golden campaigning as well as religious preaching to achieve control over the population, enabling a range of scam marketing to occur. Terms like 'hygiene' and 'health', as well as 'care' and 'protection' and of course 'medicine' have been totally perverted by eugenicists' propaganda, put into government advice, not just advertise. 

Eugenicists target what they term 'human stigmas' and made handshakes with government legislators in the mid 20th century, in order to profit from the violent exploitation that is Forced Human Experimentation.

For a public broadcaster, or anyone to say that they should not censor any debate conducted ‘in good faith’ is to not realise the in good faith rule is used to exploit millions of Australians every year forcibly for human experimentation in the guise of ‘care’ and ‘medicine.’ The term 'in good faith' gives medicos that violently exploit people for cruel, inhuman degrading medical experiments a status that is 'above the law', that is they cannot be charged with the crime of torture, assault or servitude, that they regularly inflict on people under Mental Health Legislation ( in Australia each state/ territory has a Mental Health Act that likely can only be repealed should a Federal Human Rights Act come about to over-turn these nebulous, exploitative, cruel Mental Health Acts.)

Is it okay, or not okay to victimise some people on the basis of perceived disability? That's not even debated, the ABC is FULL bias on that. There is little thought for Intersectionality of those Sectioned. Just more campaigns to sell cruel experimental products as 'health' and 'cures'.

It’s not okay, however, to put people into this Sectioned (under the Mental Health Act) category anymore on the basis of the being same-sex attracted, though there are still attempts from the eugenicists/ psychiatrists/ psychologists to do just that. That said, while there is still a group of people being targeted for victimisation under statute law, there is no real equality before the law, not for anyone. Government Eugenics laws for 'protection' have even arbitrarily detained journalist and human rights defender Jill Jolliffe, who can articulate her rights very clearly. Eugenicists have really, really worn out that word 'protection' in Australia, what with the repealed Protectionist Act, but it doesn't make the public wise to the eugenics antics, of those the public see as 'elite scientists' chattering the psychobabble illogical of eugenics.

                Eugenicists will always claim to want to deny equality for some groups of people in the name of ‘protection’ of something else. So when lobbyists for equality ask to be afforded ‘the same rights and protections’ as everyone else, it is a laughable construct for the eugenicists who swoop in and babble the need to ‘protect’ this or that, as a reason for inequality, or for violent, horrific intrusions on human lives.

Being ____ is not against the law in any state. ____  are normal people. ____ should be treated equally. It’s simple. ____ are not exempt from the Anti-Discrimination Act.

And now I think of it 25% to 50% is a large number of people to dehumanise, so there is in a way an army of VOP ready to take over, but psychiatrists kill us off 25 years earlier than the rest of the population, keep us in arbitrary detention, torturing us with drugs that have our nervous system shut-down 24/7 indefinitely, then vilify us in the public eye, so we're either pitifully discredited as 'consumer burden' or vilified as violent and resistant. VOP army? Na. There's all of two or a few at the State Library at best, who dare say the forced treatment must be stopped, even though there are 1.5 billion world-wide that would definitely protest if they didn't fear far worse happening to them via violent eugenics-based Mental Health Acts, than has already inflicted on them.

But Garth Daniels is not the only VOP being maimed, there are around 100,000 VOP murdered by psychiatrists every year in Australia, who of course murdered in good faith. Who has faith in that? Those people indoctrinated by eugenicists do. Get stuffed if you are one of them and you 'other' VOP, or any other group of people that has been targeted by eugenicists for vilification, exploitation and denial. Intersectionality of the sectioned

Ask anyone in the street what is required to arbitrarily detain a person under a Mental Health Act, and what do they say: Oh they have to be a harm to themselves or others.

NOT TRUE IF YOU THINK THAT YOU'RE IGNORANT

Mental Health Act (MHA) is a piece of government legislation that restricts a person and forcibly drugs, electrocutes, fetters, interrogates, brainwashes... all under the guise of medicine. Of course it is actually Forced Human Experimentation, a lucrative exploitation that for over 200 years medicos and governments have utilised. That said, what does it require to detain a person, under such an act, given that no one deserves to be tortured 24/7 indefinitely, and, innocent people just shouldn't be subjected to restrictions.

NO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A HARM TO SELF OR OTHERS... 

Let's read Victoria's Mental Health Act, the spot where they section people, sectioning meaning arbitrarily detain and forcibly inject chemicals into a person's body, electrocute, put in a 4-point-fetter etc...

MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 - SECT 29

Criteria for an Assessment Order

The criteria for a person to be made subject to an Assessment Order are—
        (a)     the person appears to have mental illness; and
        (b)     because the person appears to have mental illness, the person appears to need immediate treatment to prevent—
              (i)     serious deterioration in the person's mental or physical health; or
              (ii)     serious harm to the person or to another person; and
        (c)     if the person is made subject to an Assessment Order, the person can be assessed; and
        (d)     there is no less restrictive means reasonably available to enable the person to be assessed.

How many of the 4 criteria does a person have to meet to be sectioned? Even if it were said to be ALL 4 criteria that are met, you'll notice that B has two parts, which both do not need to be met.

So, the person 'appears to have a mental illness'. What is that? Cognitive and/ or social diversity. And this legislation actively lays out that it discriminates on that basis, of a perceived disability, human traits that no one should be arbitrarily detaining and torturing a person over under Government Legislation.

And, because of this perceived disability, or human trait, the person 'appears to need immediate treatment to prevent'... So, here we have perception, and prescience being put into Government Legislation, in order to exploit a person. The nature of the VMHA is such that it allows for the Human Research Code of Ethics loophole, of permitting Emergency Research. (Though the VMHA falls short of articulating itself to this purpose, you have to look at the Legislation that gaurds against medicos doing Human Research, to find out horror of horrors what they are permitted, most especially to those under this nebulous legislation that victim-blames for the purpose of exploiting those mentally-illed.)

What is 'serious deterioration in the person's mental or physical health' ? A nebulous line, that can discriminate against anyone on the basis of perceived disability, including whistle-blowers and victims of crime (that psychiatry has readily covered-up for by literally and violently shutting down and shutting up those people attempting to speak out against abuse and corruption. ie victims of church paedophilia, the corruption at the ATO, those speaking out against toxic substances in food, environment...) 

And then, look here, OR, is used or serious harm to the person or to another person. See, OR - a person doesn't have to meet that criteria, that particular criteria that a person on the street justifies restricting an innocent person and subjecting them to forced psychiatry, just isn't necessary to section a person.

People talk about Intersectionality, but what about those who are sectioned? What about Intersectionality of the Sectioned? These are a group of people who have been exploited most horribly for over 200 years, are still being exploited under government legislation and yet they're not part of your INTERSECTIONALITY? Because you think they're... what? Insert some ignorant prejudiced line here - 

The Victorian Mental Health Act is a nebulous piece of government legislation, designed to control anyone who attempts to speak out against corruption, and to make money from lucrative human experimentation on the most vulnerable sectors of the community - the financially and socially disenfranchised.

This is the truth of the VMHA, if you take out the doublespeak:

THE CRITERIA THAT GIVE A PSYCHIATRIST GOVERNMENT LEGISLATED RIGHTS TO TORTURE YOU TO DEATH!

The four criteria are:

1.       You have human traits of cognitive and social diversity

2.       Because you have human traits you need immediate invasive, cruel forced human experiments conducted on you to cause:

a.       serious deterioration in cognitive social abilities and physical health

b.      serious harm to you and others connected to you

3.       You will be immediately silenced from any further whistle-blowing (through arbitrary detention) and tortured into submission if placed on a treatment order and used for lucrative human experimentation, as you are financially and/ or disenfranchised.

4.       There are no less restrictive means, reasonably available within the budget, for psychiatrists to get the required human specimens (of which you fit the criteria of) that is needed for this particular invasive, cruel, lucrative human research project.

The Victorian Mental Health Tribunal can hold a hearing as soon as possible if it receives an urgent application because a psychiatrist says that electrocution under general anaesthetic is necessary to:

1. ·         Destroy your life
2. ·        Cause serious damage to your health, or
3. ·        Cause you suffering or continual suffering, as well as significant pain or distress.

        So, think about it:

Scab writing for whitecoat propaganda... to perpetuate the evils of psychiatry, advertise their drugs, and say nothing to stop the horrendous abuses of forced drugging, electric shock, fetters, psychosurgery, brainwashing, belittling, wrecking of reputation...

What about a real story about how this word 'stigma' is used by the Mental Health Association campaigns that suck up government funds and demand any experient workers use not only the term 'stigma' but 'consumer worker'. It is horrible, subjugate yourself to fit in with what doesn't make sense, or lose your income. Make a choice. Yes, I know we all want to survive... but who reads this tripe and actually doesn't see the double-standards, the ridiculousness of people drawing a black zero on their palm and saying, 'I am w/hole', which is so close to saying 'I am whore, I am scab...' I'm not even going to give you the link to it, but apparently the Royal effing UK family got into it (though they didn't draw the dirty noughts on their palm).

How about writing about how the word 'stigma' originated from those people who up until the 1960s, if they went through Catholic Psychiatry, rather than Govt Psychiatry, were burnt on their wrists (Stigmata) to get the 'devil' out. Where as the people subjected to Govt Psychiatry had their brains cut out. Which, is more of a jesus eff Christ when you think about it. And so are the chemical and electrical lobotomies that are inflicted on people today.

Scabs! get out of the way of the Civil Rights Movement

I’m actually really disappointed in these two scabs who penned the above articles. I’ve met them, there is writing of theirs I have respected. Now they stoop so low as to do scab writing. It’s really hard to take, seeing they’ve sat in an audience where they’ve heard me read poetry about the fourteen years of torture psychiatry put me through, IN THEIR NAME. How can they be so utterly selfish, so mindlessly gullible to work for the monsters by spewing out more propaganda.

I want people to say NOT IN MY NAME will my country do this! 24/7 indefinite torture and arbitrary detention is totally evil and illegal.

I send out articles that make far more sense to publish, but I am discriminated against because I am part of a Civil Rights Movement, rather than an advertise for whitecoat propaganda. I am discriminated against because I speak out against psychiatry. I am discriminated against because I will not compromise my integrity, or sacrifice the lives of the 1.5 billion people being tortured by the psychiatric regime, for my own livelihood, let alone for something as stupid as a packet of cigarettes.

The Guardian is actually being far more progressive in publishing PsychSurvivor articles, rather than those written by scabs, and, this one is UK. Australian mainstream press has been burying any writer who speaks out against psychiatry for 208 years, and it probably won't stop until UK or the USA abolishes the evil that is psychiatry.

Government farting of psychiatrisms!

Now, just a word about government initiatives in mental health. They are so out of date and offensive they are silly!

                Psychiatrisms being farted out all over the place and little scared psychiatrist’s parrots saying what they should, lest they be reminded of that time they maxed out their credit card and drove across several states without stopping. Or, even that time they started accusing people of poisoning their food, when they hadn’t heard that it was actually Monsanto doing it, not their sweet innocent cousins.

                There are a number of videos on this page that upset me (with the exception of Christopher who actually talks about the trauma and his recovery that happened through conversation and support.)

                Why would I listen to Kay Jamison’s view that psychiatric treatment is ‘important’? She is clearly suffering under the medication she takes. I can see the way it dulls her eyes and droops her face!

I haven’t got time to critique each video and say why they’re not positive representations for recovery and reducing stigma. They do nothing for validation, or enabling either. So, I’m going to focus on an actor who should know better, in hope to enlighten her as to why she is upsetting to so many (yes of course she will read my blog, she really wants to know a psychiatric survivor’s view for her next film role…)

 

Dear Glenn Close, saying, ‘drapetomania’ a billion times with actor’s glee, in 1851, would not make the word less offensive. Same with saying a person has a ‘sexual orientation disturbance’ in 1970. I mean, while people ‘joke’ about brides who run away in Hollywood movies, saying a person’s sexual orientation is a ‘disturbance', a 'deviation' or a 'disorder' when there is nothing wrong with their sexual choices, is about a societal disturbance. It is society being prejudiced. The fact is, sweetheart, psychiatry is disturbing and when you repeat words like ‘schizophrenia,’ and ‘mental illness’, they hurt people like me, because they remind me how I’ve been abducted, tortured, threatened, physically restrained and had to put up with the coercive-control brainwashing that goes on, as recently as 2011. And before you jump to conclusions that I was behaving like some Fatal attraction role you played, may I remind you, about the myth that so many people hold close to their heart that people with mental health problems are violent. Yes, it is a myth. And no, I wasn't being violent.

                And the fact is,  ‘The vast majority of people with mental health problems are no more likely to be violent than anyone else. Most people with mental illness are not violent and only 3%-5% of violent acts can be attributed to individuals living with a serious mental illness. In fact, people with severe mental illnesses are over 10 times more likely to be victims of violent crime than the general population. You probably know someone with a mental health problem and don't even realize it, because many people with mental health problems are highly active and productive members of our communities.’

                Okay, you should’ve got that any way, because it’s on the website where you talk of your relatives and ‘their illness’. You seem to have little insight into why your relatives got so upset they went into an emotional discombobulated crisis. But you’re happy to give them labels that no one wants. (Except maybe the Bipolar. That one is new and sounds nice. Manic-depressive, people hated the sound of that. Schizophrenia, roll it on your tongue and it sounds like a cat saying, ‘back off!’ as for ‘mental illness’ being something to get used to, come off it!

                So, just to let you know, these words alarm me as much as racism and sexism, probably more, because they areused to harm, disable, threaten, brainwash, dehumanise and torture, yes, even the UN agrees that forced-drugging is torture. And the public seems oblivious to this.

                How could you be so stupid as not to be aware of this? Don’t you read?

                Stop farting psychiatrisms and get with it! Don't turn coping mechanisms and discombobulated responses to grief and trauma into 'symptoms'! And don't you dare ever use the 's' word where I can hear it again!

Transgenerational protest and social change

 

My mother’s big protest kabooie was sexism and so was my nana’s. Nana receiving half the wages of a male teacher, to feed her family with, really wasn’t okay; particularly as her husband died as a result of doing things in the war he didn’t want to do, like mowing down people with a tank. He relived the horror of doing such a disgusting act, blaming himself over and over for those he was ordered to kill… My mother’s experience involved severe trauma, so she hurled her protest around in a way that was upsetting to her children. But she didn’t do it all the time and she really didn’t have full control when society was still blaming her for the violence perpetuated against her. The mental health system at the time treated trauma, as it mostly still does, like the victim of crime has ‘problems.’ Court cases were discussed and I knew at quite a young age that a woman could be horrifically brutalised, but if she could be proven to be ‘loose,’ then she would not win a case against her attackers…

 

                My father, although he didn’t talk much, carried environmental and wartime conspiracies. His father had been pushed off a building in Cairo during WW2. My father had also worked on environmental studies where, any information that contravened what the mining companies wanted to do disappeared, and, a colleague leading the environmental project ‘suicided.’ My father was also stopped from teaching ‘the hothouse effect’ which is a precursor theory to ‘the greenhouse effect.’ He was a very silent man, my father. But he did show his anger on occasions, generally with a big fog-horn booming voice. So I somewhat felt his protest at a young age.

                I think most people carry some of the baggage from their parents and do try to make the changes to society happen, which their parents couldn’t. It kind of is the subliminal ‘job’ of the progeny to do that. But the progeny have to do it differently from the parents, if the parents really couldn’t handle the backlash of their times, together with the trauma they most likely suffered, it's no good parroting what they said.

Transgenerational protest… it’s not about genes, it’s about society, what society needs to do to become more humane, and, it’s definitely not a chemical imbalance and not something that should be said to be the ‘fault/ illness/ disease’ of the progeny, who understand the previous generation of protestors, and are trying to cope with that, and get their own needs met... lest we forget.

How do you agitate the psychiatric martini glass?

I went to a poetry reading ready to agitate.

I wanted instigate change.

I wanted to rearrange. 

But I let the organisers know I was coming
 

And what I wanted to do,

So I thought they left me out

Of the big martini glass

That had all the names to be drawn

For the open mic night…

Until the MC asked if it was time

To put in ‘these two now?’

Meaning me and my lover, I suspected,

Who the organiser may well have thought

Would be in cahoots with me.

So I got put in the glass

And my name was drawn out

And I was given the microphone.

It was late and well after the precious

Psychiatrist had featured at the gig.

Couldn’t upset his

Vomiting out of derogation

By my reminder of his crimes.

Woah, he might get nervous

And muck up his performance.

Which was already full of muck

Because it was about his profession!

Him teaching people to communicate?

Him teaching people to listen more?

Did he want to listen to me

Or any other people abused by psychiatry

That have the ability to speak out?

Of course not. The smug smarmy

Bag of ugly went out to smoke

When I read my poem.

Couldn’t recite of course,

Because my brains have had a blast

Of nasty neuroleptics for fourteen years and that’s

Changed my natural knack of remembering lines.

I find it hard to live in a society

That cramps my voice

Yet allows psychiatry to speak out

Its horrible eugenics doctrine,

Its crimes I have known and felt for so long.

Don’t people know how offensive

The terms psychiatrists use are?

They hit me hard every time they’re uttered

With threat, judgment and trauma flashback fear.

Don’t people understand that these terms

Are used time and time again

To threaten, abuse and vilify?

I don’t mind what sort of nonsense

Someone wants to talk, be it even pseudo-science,

But if you use it to justify the crimes,

Of your profession and lie about

Benefits of your chemicals

On humans who tell you again and again

That they do not want to be harmed

By these substances, then, well then,

You’re one big bag of ugly muck

And if you can’t stand up on stage

After I have spoken, well then,

You’re a lot less than me,

Because I could stand on stage

And deliver after that bag of muck

Got up and did his derogatory drool,

His psychiatric statements that make racism

Seem like Pollyanna in a wheelchair.

Because we should all know racism is wrong,

We should shouldn’t we? We do. It’s policy,

It’s against the law to be racist.

But does everyone know psychiatry is equally,

Equally wrong, if not more so, because,

Psychiatry tortures on a daily basis

Every hour, every minute, every second,

In Australia, in Victoria, in Melbourne

And in many other parts of the world?

But we can’t call it torture,

Even though it is torturous,

Because there’s a loop-hole that says

This torture is medicine and it’s for the best,

To help and to care and besides,

Psychiatrists are doctors

And a doctor’s motto is to do no harm.

I’d like one day for that word, psychiatry,

That word to be spat out so hard against

Those who use those statements to harm.

I’d like to have it so that one day

If a person called you a damn psychiatrist

You’d understand they mean no compliment,

They’re telling you that you’ve been

Hideously slanderous and could be

Sent off the field for your words,

Bleeped off radio and television,

Called into court…

One day I see these things happening.

Until then it is my lover and I who are

Rudely left out of the big martini glass…

Only able to agitate when the night is old...

Or so it is I seem to think... as I sip a memory.

When there is no time to laboriously stir,

Apparently agitating a martini is the best way,

Rather than shaking it up and bruising the spirits,

Which I’ve probably done now! Ouch...

Got to be careful I what I think happens,

My lover says, it may not be as it seems,

That my accusations are considerably defamatory,

And that we were in the glass all the time

And the MC was talking about some other people

Whose names had been left out.

I slug that down and think: bitter eh? Bad taste!

I’m not much of a drinker anyway

And dash the rest down the sink.

Discrimination in the poetry scene?

Too rough, way too rough for poetry,

My lover makes far more sense...

Okay, okay, I may’ve been wrong

For thinking such stuff like that

In the past, that, yeah

That, but even back then when
I thought like that for a longer time period,
I never deserved to be

Tortured with painful chemicals for that.

Everyone makes mistakes,
Not all of them are as bizarre as mine,
But everyone makes mistakes.

Got to get my spirit levels right though

And not mistake eyes for ice

And community for carpentry tools

And drinks for balance,
Even though that's the symbols
Of the feelings mixed up in the martini.
But seriously, I've got to never make the mistake
Of saying something is when it isn't,
Like that psychiatrist did,
Or I am as bad as him
Repeating old lies about medication 
Being very effective and helpful
And people's thoughts making
Less sense than pseudo-science,

Making up disgusting bruised drinks

Because the words repeat and repeat,

‘Shaken, not stirred’ and meaning

Meaning something mean, some thing

Other than the order for the bar.
