Terms:

•             Reason: This petition of certain citizens of Australia draws to the attention of the House that Victims of Psychiatrists (VOP) are subjected to brutal persecution, violent exploitation for the purpose of invasive, cruel, lucrative forced human experimentation. Psychiatrists, are wrongly given statutory power in Australia to arbitrarily detain, torture with poisons 24/7 indefinitely, indoctrinate, interrogate, electrocute, tie a person up… until the person breaks under torture, complying under duress. Victim-blaming propaganda, threats of further torture and disenfranchisement are employed to silence VOP who speak out against forced psychiatry. Many victims of crime, corruption and pollution are silenced by forced psychiatry, allowing horrendous abuses, such as paedophilia, to continue. Many intelligent, inventive, artistic people are murdered, maimed and their creations never allowed to reach fruition. Half the population dies in Australia each year, dies iatrogenic deaths from forced psychiatric drugs. The Mental Health System is a system of diabolical Eugenics-Stigma-targeting, violation in the guise of 'protection.'

•             Request: We, the Victims of Psychiatrists (VOP) and allies, therefore ask the House to request the Prime Minister and the Attorney General to abolish all State/ Territory Mental Health Acts and Federal Legislation that perpetrates Forced Psychiatry, stop discriminating (on the basis of perceived disability, financial and social disenfranchisement, atheist beliefs, religious and creative expression of the unknown or undefined) and if necessary replace these State/ Territory Mental Health Acts with a Federal Human Rights and Reparations Act, equivalent to the signed and ratified United Nations Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities.

Intersectionality of the sectioned

Ask anyone in the street what is required to arbitrarily detain a person under a Mental Health Act, and what do they say: Oh they have to be a harm to themselves or others.

NOT TRUE IF YOU THINK THAT YOU'RE IGNORANT

Mental Health Act (MHA) is a piece of government legislation that restricts a person and forcibly drugs, electrocutes, fetters, interrogates, brainwashes... all under the guise of medicine. Of course it is actually Forced Human Experimentation, a lucrative exploitation that for over 200 years medicos and governments have utilised. That said, what does it require to detain a person, under such an act, given that no one deserves to be tortured 24/7 indefinitely, and, innocent people just shouldn't be subjected to restrictions.

NO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A HARM TO SELF OR OTHERS... 

Let's read Victoria's Mental Health Act, the spot where they section people, sectioning meaning arbitrarily detain and forcibly inject chemicals into a person's body, electrocute, put in a 4-point-fetter etc...

MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 - SECT 29

Criteria for an Assessment Order

The criteria for a person to be made subject to an Assessment Order are—
        (a)     the person appears to have mental illness; and
        (b)     because the person appears to have mental illness, the person appears to need immediate treatment to prevent—
              (i)     serious deterioration in the person's mental or physical health; or
              (ii)     serious harm to the person or to another person; and
        (c)     if the person is made subject to an Assessment Order, the person can be assessed; and
        (d)     there is no less restrictive means reasonably available to enable the person to be assessed.

How many of the 4 criteria does a person have to meet to be sectioned? Even if it were said to be ALL 4 criteria that are met, you'll notice that B has two parts, which both do not need to be met.

So, the person 'appears to have a mental illness'. What is that? Cognitive and/ or social diversity. And this legislation actively lays out that it discriminates on that basis, of a perceived disability, human traits that no one should be arbitrarily detaining and torturing a person over under Government Legislation.

And, because of this perceived disability, or human trait, the person 'appears to need immediate treatment to prevent'... So, here we have perception, and prescience being put into Government Legislation, in order to exploit a person. The nature of the VMHA is such that it allows for the Human Research Code of Ethics loophole, of permitting Emergency Research. (Though the VMHA falls short of articulating itself to this purpose, you have to look at the Legislation that gaurds against medicos doing Human Research, to find out horror of horrors what they are permitted, most especially to those under this nebulous legislation that victim-blames for the purpose of exploiting those mentally-illed.)

What is 'serious deterioration in the person's mental or physical health' ? A nebulous line, that can discriminate against anyone on the basis of perceived disability, including whistle-blowers and victims of crime (that psychiatry has readily covered-up for by literally and violently shutting down and shutting up those people attempting to speak out against abuse and corruption. ie victims of church paedophilia, the corruption at the ATO, those speaking out against toxic substances in food, environment...) 

And then, look here, OR, is used or serious harm to the person or to another person. See, OR - a person doesn't have to meet that criteria, that particular criteria that a person on the street justifies restricting an innocent person and subjecting them to forced psychiatry, just isn't necessary to section a person.

People talk about Intersectionality, but what about those who are sectioned? What about Intersectionality of the Sectioned? These are a group of people who have been exploited most horribly for over 200 years, are still being exploited under government legislation and yet they're not part of your INTERSECTIONALITY? Because you think they're... what? Insert some ignorant prejudiced line here - 

The Victorian Mental Health Act is a nebulous piece of government legislation, designed to control anyone who attempts to speak out against corruption, and to make money from lucrative human experimentation on the most vulnerable sectors of the community - the financially and socially disenfranchised.

This is the truth of the VMHA, if you take out the doublespeak:

THE CRITERIA THAT GIVE A PSYCHIATRIST GOVERNMENT LEGISLATED RIGHTS TO TORTURE YOU TO DEATH!

The four criteria are:

1.       You have human traits of cognitive and social diversity

2.       Because you have human traits you need immediate invasive, cruel forced human experiments conducted on you to cause:

a.       serious deterioration in cognitive social abilities and physical health

b.      serious harm to you and others connected to you

3.       You will be immediately silenced from any further whistle-blowing (through arbitrary detention) and tortured into submission if placed on a treatment order and used for lucrative human experimentation, as you are financially and/ or disenfranchised.

4.       There are no less restrictive means, reasonably available within the budget, for psychiatrists to get the required human specimens (of which you fit the criteria of) that is needed for this particular invasive, cruel, lucrative human research project.

The Victorian Mental Health Tribunal can hold a hearing as soon as possible if it receives an urgent application because a psychiatrist says that electrocution under general anaesthetic is necessary to:

3. ·        Cause you suffering or continual suffering, as well as significant pain or distress.

        So, think about it:

208 years of Forced Human Experimentation

Insulin Shock, was considered to be a 'cure' from the 1920s until the 1960s, when it was replaced by neuroleptic chemical lobotomies. It wasn't a cure, or help (like most of psychiatry's abuses on humans) it killed many, caused brain-damage, and none of those people who survived the suffering of it were compensated, or allowed to speak to mainstream media to gain validation for being forced into these horrible human experiments.

A survivor of Insulin Shock writes,'My insulin-induced hunger or forced starvation was intense and excruciatingly painful. It went to the core of my very being. There are two types of insulin shock – coma and subcoma, I got the latter. However, I once went into a coma which Dr. Sharpe and other psychiatrists never warned me about, and which is carefully omitted on my medical chart.'

Society must start to consider how insulin is NOW being used by medicos to murder people. That this FORCED human experimentation, has yielded data on how to kill people, that medicos have access to the precise details of. Here's some articles that expose those murdering medicos:

It is understood that a certain dose of Clozapine will kill people, just as insulin will. Clozapine is being currently experimented on, in Australia, over and above other kinds of drugs in psychiatry's array of chemicals, even though it is an old drug, that prior to 2014, was forced, or coerced on people (under duress) as a 'last resort', because it was highly dangerous and needed to be monitored, and often killed people. There is most likely a vested interest in finding out whether it is reliable to kill people, or perhaps being used for trials to do with lowing the white blood-cell count. Companies that do Human Research into blood disorders, may be beneficiaries of people who are enslaved into this human experimentation. These companies may well even pay for the data. If that is not going on, then, there's a lot of extra monitoring of people's blood and heart etc... because they've been placed on this drug, often with other drugs, to see the effects. And, in Australia a $60 billion dollar tax bill per year, to pay for this unwanted Forced Human Experimentation, that causes 24/7 indefinite torture to millions of Australians every year.

'A senior psychiatric practitioner made the verbatim statement that, Quote: “Eastern Health (Upton House) has no other effective treatment options other than ECT, as the family refuses to consider clozapine. We believe his (Garth’s) current medication regime is ineffective”. Unquote. This is obviously a grant to look at the effects of Clozapine on diabetes and heart conditions. (MECTA that make ECT machines, linked to Pfizer via an umbrella pharmaceutical company, most likely also involved. Although ECT is often just used as a threat that is carried through to get a person to agree to whatever the psychiatrist wants).

There are probably experiments perhaps done on changing person's blood-type, but I'm not sure why this would be immediately financed or of interest to those investing in it. I'm just aware that mine changed, and there is, if you look it up a medical understanding on how a disease like rubella, or other stressors can change a person's blood-type.

Psychiatric drugs, particularly the neuroleptics, are one of the most horrendous tortures in the world, shutting down a person's ability to self-advocate, making a person an invalid, making a person in constant pain, as well as inarticulate.

208 years of Forced Human Experimentation, that is the history of psychiatry, and it hasn't stopped, it has increased. It is time for Investigative Journalists to start really looking into what the psychiatric regime is doing in Australia and other countries in the world. Robert Whitaker (Investigative Journalist, USA) has been marvellous in being able to understand and listen to people who have suffered psychiatry, and get their point of view heard. However, it is rare in Australia, for journalists to take our side, and in speaking to journalists hoping they are on our side, we often find that they have vested interests and they end up writing for those who perpetrate the wrongs on us, distorting and misquoting us. It is horrible, as psychsurvivors to constantly see the perpetrators of forced human experimentation, being allowed their point-of-view, because of the greed of journalists and publications.

I'm thinking the vested interest for most journalists in their pitching of a story to magazines, TV, or radio, is advertising, and while psychiatric drugs are not directly advertised on TV, the company that makes the popular toothpaste advertisement, the shampoo, the skin cream... is the same company that makes the neuroleptics forced on Australian Citizens against their will.

Then, there are the donations to the political parties... and that means ABC will be put under some kind of pressure, probably more than commercial media, no matter what party gets in. To do an expose on government crimes against citizens, is one thing, to expose their sponsors, another.

Dehumanisation, psychiatry & excuses for lechers

Of course Trump isn’t crazy/ mentally-illed, the little girls he lechered are. All through the USA campaign, there has been this theme of calling out the politicians with the only terms that won’t get them in legal hot-water, the only industry that is still funded by governments world-wide to enslave innocent citizens, into the worst kind of work possible, the work no-one wants to do, the work no one should ever be asked to do, let alone used for against their will: being enslaved as a medical laboratory specimen.

All too often perpetrators of horrible crimes against women and girls, are in top government jobs, validating the horrible abuses perpetrated. Those women and girls traumatised and re-traumatised by those who continue to make violation a pathway to power.

I find it horrible that anyone plays into the psychiatric regime and uses psychiatrisms, I find it horrible that anyone defends misogyny, verbal and physical abuse. I find it horrible when people vilify a person because of the way they look or where they come from has been subjected to genocide and slavery. I find it horrible that it is these articles that get published in newspapers, the ones that perpetuate the wrongs. And I find it horrible that there is no widespread outrage being allowed to surface in newspapers for the quarter of the population that is tortured and enslaved by psychiatry, used as human laboratory specimens for filthy money making scams, then vilified by the public use of these terms of abuse, as if psychiatrisms are a simple name call with no consequence for the marginalised and oppressed who get hauled in by white-coat perpetrators.

‘Sometimes people have different opinions, sometimes people behave in ways that others might not think are "right", but that doesn’t make them any less human…’ writes Weinberg, then goes on to say, ‘When we dehumanise others, we deny them attributes that we typically associate with being human – the capacity to think rationally, to have emotions, to reason, to be intelligent. It’s just easier to say, “they’re so not like me, they’re not even human”.'

                Weinberg is a psychologist, researching hedonism. She’s just reiterated the dehumanisation of all the people who are coerced under duress and forced to agree to psychiatric labels, yet she defends the misogynist lecher as not having attributes to be diagnosed by psychiatry, ‘Donald Trump is not crazy. He is not a madman, nor a psychopath. He is a very clever businessman and he has contested and won the US presidency. He beat one of America’s most successful political families for the top job. He actually beat the politicians at politics.

And until Weinberg says something in defence of little girls who get lechered by men like Trump, then mentally-illed by the psychiatric regime and forced to endure 24/7 indefinite torture, arbitrary detention and a quality of life that has them turned into a invalidated invalid (poisoned by the 'medicine' that is said to be the 'cure'), I don’t forgive her.

That said, I am the happiest person in the world, because I know what love is and I know what reality is. I know the difference between acting on behalf of another for pay, being brainwashed by propaganda, and being an authentic human-being. And, I am happy because I am free from being enslaved by the psychiatric regime, that nearly killed me. There is no possibility of being happy while being tortured by psychiatrists and told your oppressors are right and you are wrong, when you attempt to demand justice you get dismissed as 'delusional' and when perpetrators are allowed free, while you are abused by the tax-payer funded psychiatric regime.

What about a real story about how this word 'stigma' is used by the Mental Health Association campaigns that suck up government funds and demand any experient workers use not only the term 'stigma' but 'consumer worker'. It is horrible, subjugate yourself to fit in with what doesn't make sense, or lose your income. Make a choice. Yes, I know we all want to survive... but who reads this tripe and actually doesn't see the double-standards, the ridiculousness of people drawing a black zero on their palm and saying, 'I am w/hole', which is so close to saying 'I am whore, I am scab...' I'm not even going to give you the link to it, but apparently the Royal effing UK family got into it (though they didn't draw the dirty noughts on their palm).

How about writing about how the word 'stigma' originated from those people who up until the 1960s, if they went through Catholic Psychiatry, rather than Govt Psychiatry, were burnt on their wrists (Stigmata) to get the 'devil' out. Where as the people subjected to Govt Psychiatry had their brains cut out. Which, is more of a jesus eff Christ when you think about it. And so are the chemical and electrical lobotomies that are inflicted on people today.

I’m actually really disappointed in these two scabs who penned the above articles. I’ve met them, there is writing of theirs I have respected. Now they stoop so low as to do scab writing. It’s really hard to take, seeing they’ve sat in an audience where they’ve heard me read poetry about the fourteen years of torture psychiatry put me through, IN THEIR NAME. How can they be so utterly selfish, so mindlessly gullible to work for the monsters by spewing out more propaganda.

I want people to say NOT IN MY NAME will my country do this! 24/7 indefinite torture and arbitrary detention is totally evil and illegal.

I send out articles that make far more sense to publish, but I am discriminated against because I am part of a Civil Rights Movement, rather than an advertise for whitecoat propaganda. I am discriminated against because I speak out against psychiatry. I am discriminated against because I will not compromise my integrity, or sacrifice the lives of the 1.5 billion people being tortured by the psychiatric regime, for my own livelihood, let alone for something as stupid as a packet of cigarettes.

McDonaldisation of social crisis, is putting it mildly. When 'senior politicians in Canberra regret how quickly the program has been expanded but they said Headspace could not be challenged because it was like "questioning the Pope"' that's when I just think... how could you be so cowardly. You've got to question the Pope! Children have been harmed under the church. And many, many people have been harmed under psychiatry.

And as a 4th Generation atheist I shouldn't have to be told how-to behave by an organisation, psychiatry, that obviously is religious (its logo has a religious symbol on it). I question religion and yes I will always have percipience, as the world always changes and needs to be sensed & made sense of. How dare that become a diagnosis for an organisation of religious twats to diagnose.

Any reasonable person would try any means to be free from being tortured by psychiatrists.

Diagnosis of perception is discriminatory. Psychiatry is entirely discriminatory. And look at the stats on the difference between the psychiatric profession and other professions in Australia. Psychiatry, as a profession, is NOT NORMAL.

Psychiatry has also experienced extreme job growth in Australia, a near 500% increase in the past 5 years compared to other professions that have had only 14%.

Then you should realise, if you have any intelligence, that this is very, very ugly. People who are employed in biological experients as specimens for science, are very desperate, and usually paid a lot. How much are those forced to undergo psychiatry’s chemical and electrical intrusions? Nothing. They are enslaved.

Don't be ridiculous, if you think quarter of Australia’s population is into assisted self-harm, they are not. In Victoria, every year there are 5700 people who say no I don’t want to be electrically or chemically treated, it is harm not help. Yet will be forced to undergo treatments. Those 5700 people go unheard on mainstream media, while the mere 4000 psychiatrists employed in Australia get to chatter on TVs and radios Nation-wide about their specimens they use. Those psychiatrists get to victim-blame us. It’s outrageous.

The patriarchy of psychiatry, the older generation that is psychiatry telling the younger how-to behave in a world that is not going to be theirs much longer, and the non-citizens who are more likely to be able to escape our laws… all doing horrendous harm to Australian citizens.

From the massive earnings upon graduation, compared to other professions, to the 0% unemployment.

There's only 4000 psychiatrists working in Australia, why are they being listened to more than the 6 million Australians they torture? Why are these whitecoats given credence and air-play and publication so they can spread lies about the people they abuse?

Let's not let this religion with its cross icon, that tries to get away with calling itself 'medicine' continue being a ruling elite, enslaving people into horrific experiments because our government in Canberra, doesn't dare question it.

With all this money being spent on trials, whitecoats wouldn’t be one of the highest paid professions, but they are.

So, what did whitecoats do to gain the profits they are currently getting? They enslave people in experiments. This is why psychiatrists are one of the highest earners, even though they are said to be the lowest scoring Medical Practitioner specialist. 

In Australia we have very strict Anti-Slavery laws in our Crimes Act. Division 270 of the Criminal Code also criminalises servitude. The offence carries a penalty of 15 years imprisonment or 20 years for an aggravated offence.

So, how is this happening, that people are being enslaved by whitecoats under the Mental Health Act. How is it also that Medical Doctors are so difficult to prosecute, in any other way than negligence and even then, it's not easy to get any kind of legal satisfaction?

The answer here, is obvious to anyone who looks at regimes through out human history - when there is mass enslaving people, this is seen as ‘reasonable treatment’, rather than slavery, and those supposedly policing such crimes against humanity, do nothing.

Enslaved Human Laboratory animals

How-to get healthy people enslaved as human laboratory animals? Create a diagnostic system that purports grief is a dangerous disease… the overall ‘disease’ being ‘mental-illness’. Make laws requiring that treatment be forced. Make laws regarding ways of seeing and thinking – mentally-illing traditional symbolic ways of communicating (ie visions & voices). These 'laws' then call those people who talk about an unknown energy, or politically dangerous subject matter to be ‘severely mentally ill’. Keep marginalising 1^st Nations traditional ways of healing community riffs and make certain they are fragmented and forced or pushed into drug use. Make certain that any people empathising with marginalised people and their ways of communicating and understanding the environment are seen as ‘sickness’. Place measures to then forcefully experiment on healthy people under the guise of medical emergency and inability of the person to articulate consent. Place measures in, so that a person’s refusal to take psychiatric treatments is seen as signs of mental illness. And wallah, there you have a group of healthy people, of all age ranges, that whitecoats can use for the entirety of those persons’ lives, without paying them, or allowing them to leave the workplace.

Victoria, Australia, has the largest number, per capita, of enslaved human laboratory animals.  5700+ people are put on Treatment Orders per year (SANE Australia Stats). A person only gets put on a Treatment Order, if they refuse the medical experiments, dubbed ‘necessary treatments’.

Why is Victoria so bad? Victoria established the first large-scale psychiatric use of humans in Aradale Insane Asylum (Ararat). It had a 2000 people capacity and ran from 1865 to 1993.  Victoria is well practiced in enslaving people, starting with 1^st Nations people, women, and any political dissidents, or those who supported the marginalised view.

It is time to end the common practice of enslaving people as human laboratory animals, via the psychiatric regime. It is never okay to give a medical practitioner power over another person. Victoria’s hospital system is corrupted by psychiatry and the Mental Health Association, that is tied to eugenics involvement. To allow such a system to rule over certain members of the population, is unconscionable. The horror of this has been enabled by the victim-blaming propaganda campaigns, that will often use a plainfolk technique, whereby a person is paid and given kudos for being a ‘mentally-illed’ specimen. Usually plainsfolk feel this the better option than fighting the system. It’s not unusual in disabling other human rights movements for this technique to be used, and for those being harmed to go along with it.

At what point in a human rights movement, does the enslaved feel that they can speak out against the abuse without their life being made worse by doing so? Well, it depends if you have found a way to free yourself.

It is mostly, because of supportive people in the community, who are not easily mentally-illed, that slaves to whitecoats can be freed. Those who support the enslaved enough to get them freed are supported by other people, who have finances and industry, legal, policing, political and media connections.

To end the psychiatric regime and its enslaving of marginalised people in our community, for the use in biology experiments, it is about the population, as a whole recognising people they’ve chosen to put in the category of ‘sub-human’ due to propaganda.

If the majority of the population could at least recognise that medicine is meant to enable, not disable that would be a start. For the population to also recognise when psychiatrists say that they are treating someone like Garth Daniels ‘because he’s dangerous’, that's illogical (when Garth has never been charged or convicted of a crime, and criminals who commit horrific crimes, would not be subjected to what Garth has been forced to endure). It is illegal to forcefully treat prisoners. Criminals are given more rights than their victims. So often victims of crime end up being enslaved as human laboratory animals, because someone was concerned that the victim-of-crime might harm themselves. So, the family or friend gets the victim-of-crime to go along to a psychiatrist for ‘help’. The psychiatrist ends up helping themselves to the victim-of-crime, enslaving them under a Mental Health Act, taking away their autonomy, forcefully drugging them, electrocuting, keeping them captive, deriding them as ‘mentally-ill’, symptomizing their ways of coping and various reasonable human behaviours.

Anyone enslaved as a human laboratory animal, who fights back, is labelled as ‘aggressive’ and ‘dangerous’. Put an animal in a cage and tie them down, put poisons in their body, electrocute them, and some animals will fight in any way they can. The population of my country, Australia, needs to understand, fighting slavery is reasonable. When a person doesn’t fight, instead self-harms, it’s about going in the other direction, it’s about instead of attacking those who are harming them, attacking the self. A bird in a cage will do this, when it pulls out its feathers.

 People are paid to be medical subjects in research, trialling drugs, medical equipment and answering questions. The psychiatric regime in Australia currently has over 6 million people enslaved, coercing, threatening and forcing them to take part in intrusive studies they do wish to be the subject matter for, intrusive damaging procedures and treatment regimes that disable, disfigure and destroy the lives.
