There is no excuse for this abuse of human lives.

There is no excuse for Forced Human Experimentation, especially when it is cruel, inhuman, causing massive brain-damage to the person it is inflicted on.

Did you know that last year 640 people, in Victoria, Australia, were forced to undergo electrocution under general anaesthetic? (usually over a dozen times in a year, no less, but often more. Garth Daniels was had this forced on him 115 times in a year.)

General Anaesthetic is dangerous enough, without adding electrocution to the mix. What is society doing allowing medicos to call this 'therapy'?

How can anyone be so apathetic to be bystanders to this, when populations protest about so many things in large numbers? But psychiatrists torturing citizens, citizens that get bad-mouthed and victim-blamed by psychiatrists, and this is perpetuated by the prejudices of mainstream-media? suddenly everyone is afraid of standing strong with the people most violated, in the largest numbers in this country.

Every day you see campaigns in Australia to stop torture, placing trade sanctions on countries that allow torture, yet Australia has systematically tortured its own population for 209 years and profited by it.

Let's look at the definition of Torture in Australia's Criminal Code.

Criminal Code Act 1995

1  At the end of Chapter 8 of the Criminal Code

Add:

Division 274—Torture

274.1  Definitions

             (1)  In this Division:

Convention means the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations at New York on 10 December 1984.

Note:          The text of the Convention is set out in Australian Treaty Series 1989 No. 21 ([1989] ATS 21). In 2010, the text of a Convention in the Australian Treaty Series was accessible through the Australian Treaties Library on the AustLII website (www.austlii.edu.au).

             (2)  An expression that is used both in this Division and in the Convention (whether or not a particular meaning is given to it by the Convention) has, in this Division, the same meaning as it has in the Convention.

274.2  Torture

             (1)  A person (the perpetrator) commits an offence if the perpetrator:

                     (a)  engages in conduct that inflicts severe physical or mental pain or suffering on a person (the victim); and

                     (b)  the conduct is engaged in:

                              (i)  for the purpose of obtaining from the victim or from a third person information or a confession; or

                             (ii)  for the purpose of punishing the victim for an act which the victim or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed; or

                            (iii)  for the purpose of intimidating or coercing the victim or a third person; or

                            (iv)  for a purpose related to a purpose mentioned in subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii); and

                     (c)  the perpetrator engages in the conduct:

                              (i)  in the capacity of a public official; or

                             (ii)  acting in an official capacity; or

                            (iii)  acting at the instigation, or with the consent or acquiescence, of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 20 years.

             (2)  A person (the perpetrator) commits an offence if the perpetrator:

                     (a)  engages in conduct that inflicts severe physical or mental pain or suffering on a person; and

                     (b)  the conduct is engaged in for any reason based on discrimination of any kind; and

                     (c)  the perpetrator engages in the conduct:

                              (i)  in the capacity of a public official; or

                             (ii)  acting in an official capacity; or

                            (iii)  acting at the instigation, or with the consent or acquiescence, of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 20 years.

             (3)  Absolute liability applies to paragraphs (1)(c) and (2)(c).

Note:          For absolute liability, see section 6.2.

             (4)  Subsections (1) and (2) do not apply to conduct arising only from, inherent in or incidental to lawful sanctions that are not inconsistent with the Articles of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 2 to the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986).

             (5)  Section 15.4 (extended geographical jurisdiction—category D) applies to an offence against subsection (1) or (2).

If you cannot stop torture in your own country,

where can you stop it?

Victims of Forced Electrocution Under General Anesthetic (Let's call that FEUGA, rather than the erroneous ECT, that tries to imply this is 'therapy'. It is NOT therapy, it is Torture. If people widely understood that ECT really stands for Electro-Convulsive Torture, then the acronym could stand. But let's use FEUGA to spell out what it actually is, what is actually done to the person.)

Note, the high-lighted parts of Australia's definition of Torture:

Yes, brain-damage is a very severe suffering, the pain caused by this to the victim of FEUGA is immense, and it is done (I know from my experience & the experiences of other psychsurvivors) to gain compliance, and a confession from the person that they are 'mentally-ill' and to force compliance with treatments, and force agreement that the psychiatrist is helpful.

'You must comply, you must be agreeable to the treatment regime, you must have insight into your mental illness,' is what was said to me, and many, many other people. To 'play the game' you have to agree that the torture of you is care, agree that you want to be tortured... it's horrible. You have to agree that you're 'sick' and tiny micro-expressions are condemned, as you 'mood' is monitored, as if having emotions is a crime.

Tortured, vilified, and disabled... friendly people find people that can better support their needs, their advancement in society, their status. They get bored with how shut-down you are, how afraid you are to exist. Then you're labelled with that horrible stuff that gets attached to murderers that get reported on the mainstream-media - 'loner, suspected Mental Health issues.'

Note that this Torture psychiatrists inflict, is also most likely done to gain INFORMATION (proof of this in research articles sold that contain the declarations: Research Without Consent/ EFIC Research/ Emergency Research. We're talking biological information from the victim, to be profited by in research, research that is done without the approval of the victim, and/ or their friends and family. Research that doesn't benefit humanity, but fattens the wallets of those who profit from using people in this diabolical way.

I know from my experience this Torture that psychiatry inflicts, is also intimidation and coercion. If you don't agree to what the psychiatrist wants, they threaten arbitrary detention, detain you, say they will put you on the depot, put you on the depot, they give a larger dose of chemicals, keep you in hospital longer, threaten electrocution, electrocute you, threaten to tie you up, tie you up in a 4-point, the psychiatrists also become more and more verbally abusive, the more you attempt to free yourself from them.

And what breaks people most to agree to a certain torture that psychiatry is dishing out? the dehumanisation - the constant bombardment from the treating medicos, to the effect that the victim's life is treated merely a specimen in a petri-dish. People under the psychiatric regime are treated, as just a bunch of symptoms, a case, to study. And the fact that the population is oblivious, fighting for the rights of convicted drug-dealers, while victims of psychiatry are being tortured to death and members of society (to a large extent) just believe the propaganda and call that 'health care.' It is just horrible. Silencing. You get more empathy if you're a convicted drug dealer, in Australia, than you do if you're being tortured to death by the psychiatric regime.

I know (from my experience & the experiences of other psychsurvivors) that psychiatry forces worse and worse torture on people, until the victim agrees to be compliant, until they say, 'Yes, I agree that I need this treatment. I agree that I'm mentally ill.'

I've also found, when I was a victim of psychiatry's regime of cruelty, if I gave an anecdote as to why I used to be 'ill' but am no longer, when I said something that I knew to be their medical paradigm and they wanted to hear, like, 'It was horrible I was hearing voices now I'm not thanks to your treatment' they let me out of hospital sooner. This is what I'm talking about. If that's not extracting a 'confession', then, you're thinking too narrowly. Psychiatrists demand that you speak in their whitecoat paradigm, and carry through with their threats, because they are backed up by Public Officials, who allow for the legislation of MHAs.

Who needs to repeal the Mental Health Acts? Who is responsible if we don't? Public Officials. Yes, the population is as well, but the population didn't sign and ratify the UN CRPD and agree to Equality Before Law for persons diagnosed with perceived/ actual disabilities. Public Officials also signed the Convention Against Torture, and will ratify it at the end of the year. For Australia to make agreements and fail to stop their most horrendous torture regime, that is Psychiatry, is very dishonest.

This torture of the psychiatric regime is entirely discriminatory against persons diagnosed with perceived or actual disabilities, and it is so degrading. Not only are the labels forced on the person, the dismissing of the person's point of view, the denying that these forced treatments cause massive damage, and the forcing of a person to agree to treatments, and visit the abusive psychiatrists they want nothing to do with, then the degrading forced injections that a person will eventually pull their own pants down to receive, so they are not forcefully held down and injected in the butt, or have electrocution forced on them, or be held in detention, or 4-point ties.

Note how Psychiatrist Paul Katz was electrocuting victim Garth Daniels (115 times in a year) likely because Garth & his family were stopping his attempts to force Clozapine on Garth. And it looks even more sinister when it is noted that Paul Katz received a grant from Pfizer, the manufacturers of Clozapine, to do Human Research. Exception to Informed Consent Research, or Research Without Consent it seems forms the regular fat in the wallets of these whitecoat criminals.

It didn't matter that to the whitecoat researchers that this was all Forced on the person, who actively, along with his family said no and meant it enough to get United Nations involvement to stop the abuse, enough to go public on the 7:30 report (ABC), where Paul Katz advertised his wish to force Clozapine on Garth.

Garth Daniels and his family escaped to Queensland, and there, because of his trauma at being a victim of Forced Human Experimentation, that was, and still is invalidated by the general public, and those with a vested interest in keeping the lucrative slave-trade in FHE going, Garth naturally had difficulty being able to express his OUTRAGE at what had happened to him for a huge portion of his life, and was taken into the psychiatric wards again, due to his attempts to be heard. This time they forced Clozapine, which has now caused a devastating heart condition (this is verified by the cardiologist and the Clozapine has been stopped, when it should never have been started.)

Garth Daniels was taken in his prime, like millions of other Australians, and subjected to the disgusting FHE of the psychiatric regime. The difference between Garth and other people, is that his family had survived South African apartheid, and could see-through Australia's 209 year-long thick propaganda routines, that dehumanised Garth in the public eye, so to more easily use him in FHE.

Electrocution under General Anaesthetic must stop. All forced psychiatry must stop, it is cruel, inhuman, degrading... and contradicts not only Australian laws of Torture & Servitude (under our Criminal Code), but for the States to keep up discriminatory Mental Health Acts that allow people to be tortured under the guise of medicine, and enslaved into Human Experimentation, is a Frustration of the International Conventions Australia has signed.

Join in telling our MPs, particularly our Prime Minister, our Health Minister, our Attorney General, our Human Rights Commissioners - to actively urge all States and Territories to repeal Mental Health Acts. (if you live in another country, let's make the action world-wide.)

Equality before law, is what we're asking for. There should be no laws in a democracy that discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived/ diagnosed disability, especially in this diabolical manner that Australia, and other so-called 'democracies' do.

There is no excuse for this abuse of human lives. No matter how many plainsfolk are brainwashed/ indoctrinated into vouching for their oppressors, in offensive propaganda spews that get them petted by whitecoats, for parroting the psychiatry's spiel. (That is what some people tortured and enslaved will do, in attempt to survive. And most people have to do at some point, even if not brain-washed, we know we 'play the game' to escape and humiliate ourselves by pretending to be compliant, but often there is no other choice.)

Let's give people a choice to protest against the abuse, that has happened to them, is happening to them, is threatening to be done to them. Let's make the psychiatric regime end in 2017.

There is no excuse for this disgusting abuse of human lives. No one deserves to be subjected to FORCED HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION. We need to end this. 

What is 'informed consent'?

Garth Daniels can give informed consent, but he has said No he doesn't want ECT. He's said this not once, but reiterated it numerous times over 20 years.

Australia has signed and ratified the UN CRPD that says you’re supposed to take all means to get consent, not dismiss a person who doesn’t agree to what the psychiatrist orders and go ahead with the intrusive experimental procedure again and again.

When can a person diagnosed with 'mental illness' say 'no' to a psychiatrist and be recognised, as having the ability to give consent, but not agreeing to give it?

Doctors should not be allowed to rule peoples lives, Doctors should not be allowed to order treatment that is clearly not wanted. What is going on in our legal system & our medical system? It's appalling!

Australia, you monsters, of course Garth Daniels can give informed consent, but he has said No he doesn't want ECT.

'No one in Australia is subjected to medical or scientific experimentation without their free and informed consent'? Rubbish. Over 6 million people have been enslaved as human laboratory animals by psychiatry. It's a holocaust.

In 2013 UN concluding observations for Australia - '25. The Committee recommends that the State party effectively use the current inquiry to take immediate steps to replace substitute decision-making with supported decision-making and that it provide a wide range of measures which respect a person’s autonomy, will and preferences and are in full conformity with article 12 of the Convention, including with respect to a person 's right, in his or her own capacity, to give and withdraw informed consent for medical treatment, to access justice, to vote, to marry and to work.'

'27.The Committee is concerned at the lack of training for judicial officers, legal practitioners and court staff on ensuring access to justice for persons with disabilities, as well as the lack of guidance on access to justice for persons with disabilities. The Committee is further concerned that access to sign language interpreters or the use of Augmentative and Alternative Modes of Communication is not supported in all Australian states and territories.'

'Freedom from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (art. 15)

35.The Committee is concerned that persons with disabilities, particularly those with intellectual impairment or psychosocial disability, are subjected to unregulated behaviour modification or restrictive practices such as chemical, mechanical and physical restraints and seclusion, in various environments, including schools, mental health facilities and hospitals.

36. The Committee recommends that the State party take immediate steps to end such practices , including by establishing an independent national preventive mechanism to monitor places of detention — such as mental health facilities, special schools, hospitals, disability justice centres and prisons — , in order to ensure that persons with disabilities , including psychosocial disabilities , are not subjected to intrusive medical interventions.'

Garth Daniels was meant to get justice today, in the Supreme Court, justice being Freedom from Torture. And I mean, real torture, State Violence so horrific it disables the person, disfigures their memory and prior abilities. 96 electric shocks, forced poisons, tied to a bed for 69 days... and all this for a fellow that hasn't committed a crime. Garth Daniels is one of the few of the over 6 million Australians, subjected to psychiatry, willing to go public and fight for the rights of us all.

Next time someone says 'I knew a girl who had ECT and it really worked for her', think again, if it's a comment on a post about how devastating it is that Garth Daniels is being subjected to 96th electric shock today and his family and friends are trying to stop the State from violating him in this way, and also hoping this time, it won't be the time the electric shock and General Anaesthetic kills him. Think again if you want to side with the troll in the pay of whitecoats, who wants to stop any kind of protest or awareness of State Violence. 

Say, some plainsfolk in the pay of whitecoats trolls a post by a regime survivor, about that unnamed Irish 16 year old girl, who happened to be the average weight for a catwalk model (57 kg) , yet got subjected to forced feeding tubes in her nose, drugs that stuffed up her brilliant scholastic skills and damaged her sporting abilities, so she despairs like a bird pulling out feathers in a cage. Then, after abusing the unnamed 16 yo Irish girl like this the psychiatrist abusing her says, 'Well, I've done my whole spectrum of abusive invasive treats, except ECT, I think it is time to do that.' The girl says no, the parents say no way and a judge court orders her to be brain-damaged. If someone then posts a plainsfolk heil to psychiatry, get with it, they're paid to propagate whitecoat lies.

We are talking about people being subjected to State Violence. We are talking about a regime. And we're talking about very well-paid public servants that organise white-coat crimes against innocent people. We're talking about 25% of the population being silenced, shamed, unnamed, and forcefully subjected to torture via the psychiatric regime, or coerced to do so (with not so veiled threats of other kinds of abuse.) Yes, there are trolls paid to do boosts for whitecoat crimes, make out they're 'good medicine' by citing a friend of a friend. Oh, and you didn't know that? Only in China? Get with it!

Victoria wants to continue electrocuting children

Do not allow the state of Victoria (Australia) to continue its barbaric practises. It's amazing how psychiatrists and their cult following, can claim using Propofol (the drug that killed Michael Jackson)  to knock a child out, every week for at least 10 consecutive operations of brain-damaging electrocution can be called 'health care'. Especially when the children suffering emotional crisis, alienation, grief, have not had their truths witnessed or validated. Perhaps abuse hasn't even been stopped, rather the child is made to feel they're 'wrong', 'faulty' and must be punished with electrocution like a US mass murderer on death row, and must 'put up with' the other abuses as well.

Victorian people must gain understanding of what they're doing to children, who do not want to be harmed this way, who are often victims of crime, or suffering loss, or had trauma while they were in the womb.

Adherence to the system, so 'to avoid confronting repressed early suffering'. (The truth will set you free, Alice Miller, 2001). This is the reason why some children who've suffered psychiatric abuse, might later, while still in 'care' defend psychiatry vehemently. 'Talking liberates prisoners from their blindness, giving them access to awareness and protecting them from mindless acting out... The recognition and admiration desperately needed, which was denied them in childhood... Unlike adult survivors of torture, children subjected to organised humiliation do not recount what has been done to them. They are too ashamed.' But will, 'inflict their own children with the same treatment they endured.'

Prescient psychiatry: ‘Symptoms of mental illness’ proving future criminal intent…

Innocent until proven guilty does not apply to those who’ve been diagnosed with ‘mental illness.’ You are guilty of potential of potential crimes, a psychiatrist suspects you might commit if they don’t chemically strait-jacket your body and mind into a ‘placid’ state. (The potential criminals who are in states of catatonia, are also suspects with negative symptoms of schizophrenia. I can’t see how it helps to use the same drugs on those with catatonia, as on those with mania, but apparently it’s all about prevention being better than cure and for the safety of society.)

                ‘Hearing voices’ is seen as a potentially criminal condition. Unusual states of consciousness psychiatrists believe have enough kinetic energy to be a potential danger to society. Psychiatrists have the prescience to know these things. You cannot expect the ordinary lay public to understand their reasoning. It’s all too complicated for them.

                Essentially though, psychiatrists couldn’t really convict a person of ‘potential future crimes,’ so, why are they allowed to not only imprison, but torture suspects of events only psychiatrists can predict could happen?

                Well, because the law in the state of Victoria, amongst other places, states that it is an incarceratable offence to ‘appear to have a mental illness’ and if you ‘appear to have a mental illness’ you are therefore potentially a danger to self or others and are in need of immediate treatment, according to prescient psychiatrists. And therefore you meet the criteria of sectioning. And therefore you will be forcefully drugged and if pregnant, electrocuted.

                What is psychiatry doing?! Well, they are punishing people they suspect will commit future crimes. Not because the patient has ‘made plans,’ but because the patient has ‘symptoms of mental illness,’ ie are hearing voices etc...

                Psychiatrists are punishing the people they suspect, in the same why they punish people who have committed violent crimes, who have ‘not been fit to stand trial due to mental illness.’

                Psychiatrists have a notion that a person with a ‘mental illness’ who commits a crime is the same as a person with a ‘mental illness’ who doesn’t commit a crime. Psychiatrists think that a person who is non-violent should be subjected to the same harsh chemical lobotomy as a person who is violent.

                Given that psychiatry has had a long history in aversion therapy (including King George III, who had porphyria causing him to ‘go mad’. His biological illness was not helped by the psychiatrists of the time using aversion therapy, blistering his calves and feet with acid. But the psychiatrists claimed this ‘cured’ him.) Given that aversion therapy is psychiatry’s main tool, (now in the form of neuroleptics and other drugs, seclusion and ECT) why do they think it works well as ‘treatment’ to give the same drugs to murderers, as to victims of assault, who are suffering repercussive mental health issues as a consequence?

                Now, murderers are put in separate, high security forensic psychiatric ‘hospitals,’ to victims of assault, who’ve committed no crimes, and are put in psychiatric 'hospitals'; but they are both subjected to the same torture regime by psychiatrists, if they’re deemed to have a ‘mental illness’ that ‘needs treatment’. And, according to psychiatrists all ‘mental illness’ needs their ‘treatment’ regimes.

                When are innocent victims of crime and other traumas, going to be allowed to decide what their treatment consists of? It is not okay to torture a person who happens to be ‘grieving for too long.’ It is not okay for a psychiatry to torture a victim of domestic violence. It is not okay to torture people full stop, particularly when the person is not in the least bit violent and has no need to be chemically restrained.

                Psychiatry has no place in ‘treating’ with aversion therapy innocent victims of crime, war and horrific circumstances, or even those who have been under too much pressure, just because they hear voices, are feeling suicidal, or are experiencing unusual states of consciousness. These people should not be retraumatised by psychiatry! They should be helped with compassion and understanding to gain a solid understanding of consensual reality, so they can understand why they are suffering and how they can break-through the internal crisis they are experiencing.

                My suggestion is that all psychiatrists get the sack and non-invasive therapies replace their cruel torturous regimes. It’d save a lot of money for the government. There wouldn’t be the $145,000 per year and up wage for the psychiatrists. Nor would there be the huge chemist bill of around $3600 per patient to add to that. Plus, people would actually move through their crisis, stabilise and get back to earning a living.

                Psychiatric drugs are ill treatment. Harming those already suffering does not help one bit. Forcing them to agree that the treatment is helping so they can be released from treatment orders, is just ridiculous.

                And, really, when you think about it, predicting future crimes should be evidence based not ‘symptom’ based.

                Work it out, hearing voices and having unusual states of consciousness is not a crime and should not be treated like it is something horrendously violent crime that needs immediate and life-time chemical restraints, that renders that person into no longer being able to think enough to heal, let alone be a contributing member to society. Plus the effects of these drugs not only damn a person’s intellect, they cause horrific physical disfiguring. This is just not okay. Please show some respect for victims of crime who develop ‘symptoms of mental illness’ and stop the horrific crimes against humanity psychiatrists are committing.

‘Not guilty your Honour,’ pleaded the psychiatrist, ‘I mistook my patient for a giraffe.’

 

You want a lawsuit? You must be kidding. You want to go up against the good doctors? Right. You must be whacko. Well if you’re not now you soon will be. Fighting them can be like banging your head against a brick wall of some elephant enclosure. Get real and slip on a banana peel near a supermarket, then you’ll get compensation, but never from good doctors who have performed ‘duty of care’.  Psychiatrists are akin to police, thought police, consensual reality police... It is very difficult to obtain compensation from forensic police, so you know what are you thinking? You’re not recognising that the public fears those who have ‘gone mad’ and likes them to be put in chemical strait-jackets. So, stop making them feel uncomfortable about what they are doing!

There are cases though. People do try. And they there are very strong cases that lose. However on the winning side, there was an Australian case involving shattered teeth from ECT a friend told me about that I can’t find on the net… And then in the USA, the lawsuit country: A settlement in a case in New York over prescription and negligent monitoring of Haldol resulting in harm to the patient… Improper monitoring of Prolixin by a psychiatrist resulting in harm to a patient in California… Negligent mixing of medications in a state facility in Florida resulting in harm to the patient…

I’m very interested in the cases coming up involving the use of LSD, a ‘grey area’ of psychiatry. I know it was forced on people in Australia. One person who was in hospital during the 1960s – 70s, said he was administered over a hundred tabs of LSD and it wrecked him, frightened him, made him feel worse.

I am also interested in the cases involving newer ‘popular’ drugs Seroquel, Zyprexa and Respiradol, that have a commonality of causing type II diabetes.

I am personally concerned with the use of veterinary drugs, for instance zuclopenthixol acetate. It is given either by deep intramuscular injection or subcutaneously. A total dose of 50 – 100 mg has been used on a number of different free-ranging and captive wild animals, such as me. This acuphase injection resulted in micro-seizures and involuntary movements of the tongue and other parts of my body.

            A lawyer in 2001 said I should never be given it again, told me to write the effects in a letter to him and photocopy one for the hospital. The lawyer said this should stop them from giving it to me again. It didn’t. The next time I was taken to hospital 2008 I was given this cattle tranquiliser, despite informing them against doing so. I was also given it in 2009 and 2010.

            Same effects, of micro-seizures, but different muscles moved involuntarily, luckily not the tongue every time, that was frightening!

            What is also disturbing is that I feel like every time I’ve been injected with this drug I’ve suffered severe memory loss. By that I mean, the ability to remember things, like monologues. See, I was a person who could remember a 90 minute monologue for stage and perform it, no problems. A psychiatrist (Dr L) even came to a performance and witnessed this in 1998 and said I must be better if I could perform like I did. Back then I could remember three hours’ worth of songs and sing them non-stop on top of remembering a 90 minute monologue. I can’t do even a tenth of the kind of memorising now.

            So, do I have a case? No… But, just think about this:

·         Used on cattle via dart to tranquilise: acuphase 50mg

·         Immobilisation of a sub-adult female giraffe for relocation: Clopixol Acuphase

·         Long-acting tranquilisers like Cloxipol Acuphase tranquilise the rhino for three days and assist with long distance transport.

I am an average sized woman of small build. I wasn’t violent in any way. Talk about overkill! I didn’t need to be put to sleep. I didn’t need have my memory harmed, be given Tourette’s Syndrome and Tardive Dyskinesia. Yet psychiatrists have done this to me again and again, despite a lawyer’s letter. It has damaged me over time. And I feel somewhat angry that psychiatrists have the law covering them, as they have done their, ‘duty of care’ by harming me with this ‘standard procedure’.

There are other options that could be used to help people instead of psychiatry’s drugs and ECT. I would like other therapies to be considered next time laws are amended. I want positive solutions. I don’t want to be thinking about how many people are harmed by psychiatrists and never have hope of recovery, who have been crippled because of these treatment regimes.

            What I’d like to happen is for psychiatrists to be liable, for the damage they cause, when they administer a drug. I’d like them to have to check an epage specific to that patient, for known allergies and ill effects to the drugs they intend to administer. I want psychiatrists to take care. And, I think society has to think about these ongoing crimes that don’t receive compensation. Really think about what kind of era we’re living in, that allows this to happen.

            However, if you think that I’m going to bother to lawsuit, I’ll just let you know that I’d rather write another book. I have a possibility of being published and no possibility of winning a case against a pharmacology sponsored psychiatrist, who is following their training and the Mental Health Act as it currently stands. I have no window. But I do think the public has a lot of blind-spots they may wish to address in regards to ‘community treatment orders’ and the power psychiatrists have in forcing things like giraffe tranquilisers on people.
