The Mental Health Tribunal, yesterday  rubber stamped psychiatrists dictatorship of Fiona Smith.

Despite Fiona Smith giving an eloquent and well-presented argument, and putting forth the obvious unlawful detaining of her and injecting of her, the Mental Health Tribunal chose to continue to disregard section 4.2 of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, and rubber stamped an order to persecute Fiona Smith for another 12 weeks.

That's 6 forced depot injections, it could kill her, if the maltreating team don't taper the dose, or stop forcing it on her.

The opening sentence from the psychiatrist launched into calling Fiona Smith out for 'antipsychiatry' politics. We had to interject that this was invalid under 4.2 of the Mental Health Act, where politics, protests, opinions and previous diagnosis cannot be said to be reason to place a Treatment Order on a person.

The maltreating team mumbled their psychobabble, and it didn't matter that no one heard them, the Tribunal Panel just went along with what the doc ordered.

To do that to Fiona Smith, who is so well-versed in law, so eloquent, despite the torturously high dose of drugs they have forcibly injected into her, is disgusting. To name Fiona Smith's political views as 'thought disordered' is just ridiculously evil, but also in clear violation of the Mental Health Act 2014.

Fiona Smith will be challenging the tribunal Admin now at VCAT.

We cannot have Fiona Smith destroyed by these monsters. She is one of the most courageous people in the world, and a peaceful resistance that the world needs.

Grievance: The Petition of certain citizens of the State of Victoria draws to the attention of the Legislative Council the much needed human rights currently being denied to Victorians, that is, the right to refuse psychiatrists’ products, procedures, programs and beds. To force Victorians to submit to what psychiatrist’s dictate, to their environmentally unfriendly, unethical, and unhealthy products, is undemocratic and violates the United Nations ‘Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities’, as well as sections 8.2 and 8.3 of the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research. Victorians must have the right to choose, refuse and conscientiously object to pharmaceutical products, medical procedures or programs for personal, political or environmental reasons and have their right to refuse upheld. Victorians should not be discriminated against on the basis of a psychiatrist’s diagnosis of a person having a psychiatric disability, nor subjected forcibly to human research on this basis.

Action: The petitioners therefore request that the Legislative Council call on the Government to repeal legislation that forces psychiatrists’ products, procedures, programs and beds upon Victorians.

Killer whitecoat terms

This man misdirects his anger at everyone except the psychiatrists who abused him the most, and, commits an unconscionable crime, of which there is no excuse.

Then, because he committed an horrific crime, psychiatrists are paid through tax-funds as ‘expert witnesses’ in the courts, to conflate his unconscionable crime with the psychiatrists’ pet diagnosis for indefinite arbitrary detention and torture.

The man was 'psycho' the psychiatrists say, in the ‘shitzo’ category the psychiatrists say (they might as well) as they continue - commonly called ‘mad’ the psychiatrists say. And don’t mention that’s the same thing that a child is accused of when the child tries to report a pedophile. The same thing women are accused of by psychiatrists, and condemned to when they try to talk or leave a violent domestic situation. The same thing that over 600,000 people in Australia this year have been labelled with. But the 600,000 people who have been arbitrarily detained and tortured under Australia’s Mental Health legislation, they have not committed unconscionable crimes. They haven’t committed ANY crimes.

Who commits the worst crimes?  Who murders the most? The psychiatrists – then they get up in the court and defend murderers! And get paid by the tax-payer to do that.

Murderers don’t need excuses. They did the crime, it was clearly not self-defence, they get the punishment – not more or less punishment than anyone else who does the same crime. There needs to be equality before the law.

Stop this outrageous eugenics term ‘mental fitness’ and ‘fitness to plead’ and try and stop attempting to excuse violence, in order to allow the whitecoats to exploit not only those who are convicted of crimes, but people attempting to report crimes, bullying, corruption, pollution… start thinking beyond the ridiculous propaganda the Australian Broadcasting Association serves, through Kristian Silva to continue bio-medico-exploitation.

Terms like ‘mentally sick’ used to talk up the idea of locking them up and throwing away the key, denying human rights on the basis of some psychiatrists accusation. Do people even know what goes under that umbrella so that psychiatrists can bring in a broad group of disenfranchised people whom they label, while the mainstream media dutifully reports the ‘unconscionable crimes’ and the insanity defence pleas – and ignores the fact that psychiatrists should not be allowed to forcibly exploit people for invasive, cruel, human research?

The idea of a person being ‘psychotic/insane’, such that they cannot ‘reason’ – is just meaningless jargon. What the hell do you mean? Those words are used by ‘professional psychiatrists’ to ramp up the dehumanising of people they persecute. Speak in terms that are meaningful, that make sense, that have logical reason that’s specific – rather than nebulous psychiatrists’ power-rort-babble-on. Recognise precisely what you meant to say when you uttered those whitecoat jargon tools for exploitation that throw people in to a bin labeling -

•         You mean he was homeless and he was exposed to the elements?
•          You mean he was scared that someone was going to report him to psychiatrists?
•         You mean that he was terrified of arbitrary detention and torture under the Mental Health legislation and couldn’t tell anyone because they would report him?
•       You mean his government was exploiting him and he was desperately trying to work out the reason he was being persecuted in this vile, cruel fashion and was grasping at any reason he could think to explain the destruction on his life under government legislation?
•      You mean he did an unconscionable crime?

Which? What?

Learn to reason better than people who are paid to write articles that are funded by pharma. Learn to recognise the whitecoat propaganda that whites out the truth and replaces it with an advertising agenda. And remember no one deserves to be subjected forcibly to invasive cruel scientific-medical research, or arbitrary detention. And, when people are subjected to these violations – they rightly feel they are being persecuted by their government, and society that does nothing to stop them being violated behind whitecoat closed doors. Equality before the law, equal recognition before the law means that there should be no such Mental Health Court. That anyone who does an unconscionable crime, has the right to plead self-defense, but no such right to bring in those who were violating them, as experts, rather they should be co-accused, that’s what psychiatrists should be, accused of violating the person’s human rights before the person did the unconscionable crime, never accused of not violating the person’s human rights enough (which is what mainstream media wants to imply with their reinforcing of inequality before the law, in that people deemed unfit by a psychiatrist can be arbitrarily detained and tortured 24/7 indefinitely for the purpose of lucrative, cruel human research.)

There are many people whose lives are ruined by forced psychiatry. Killing and maiming people and calling it care is just really stupid propaganda. Conflating those who do unconscionable crimes, with everyone who is homeless – that would be outrageous – but when people conflate nebulous terms psychiatrists use to order exploitation of a disenfranchised person - conflate that accusation by a psychiatrist with an unconscionable crime - people forget that psychiatrists are criminals, their whole duty is to violate and exploit and get paid handsomely by the government, that also gets a cut of the human research profits.

To seed the idea that people labelled with the term ‘shitzo’ or ‘psycho’ by a psychiatrist (well, pretty much that) – have a disease that will mean they will commit an unconscionable crime, is just ridiculous, because ‘a disease’ needs proof to exist, or, it’s just a conspiracy theory, and prescience isn’t really applicable to scientific method, it’s something people who dapple in the supernatural are into. So, what the hell is this shit that propagates these stupid ideas doing in the tax-payer funded ABC? Shouldn’t that kind of shit be propagated by commercial interests that twist things into perverse advertising purposes so they can keep their business running? People know not to trust commerce, but they think their government should somehow be beyond the strings of commerce, and its TV network reporting shouldn’t propagate advertisements that push exploitation… which is silly because it is the government legislation that allows the worst kinds of exploitation now, and historically, and the worst kinds of propaganda.

Have a look at some vintage propaganda from 1918, and think about how little the government’s cruel exploitation has changed in 100 years. The propaganda merely uses different language and symbology – and though people find the propaganda of 1918 ridiculous now – how many people found the propaganda of 1918 ridiculous, when they were living in that era? How long did it take people to recognise that they were being coersively-controlled by propaganda? How long did it take people to recognise the people being violated in 1918 and victim-blamed were not the criminals, but were being set up as such? Let’s just partially answer that with – people have still not fully recognised the eugenics propaganda of 1918 in 2018, but they must. It’s been going on 100 years too long.

Eugenics is all about grouping people into categories, looking at people in a way that dehumanises them into something disgusting, debasing and abusive - so that a sector of the population can be forcibly condemned to arbitrary detention & medical/ scientific experimentation.

Psychiatrists and neuro-psychologists and other whitecoats involved in forcibly and coersively experimenting on people in an invasive cruel way are the disgusting core of eugenics. 

The regime has not ended, the forced human experimentation continues to expand unabated, human rights denied as people are maimed and murdered because psychiatrists point at us and accuse of us with some nebulous jargon.

When a star checks herself into being a whitecoat spruiker. Saying she’s ‘dedicated herself to increasing awareness of mental health’, and ‘empoweringpeople to recognise when it’s time to seek help’ –  go ask your doctor spiel. That’s when I think – you ugly whitecoats’ fart.

Millions of people are being tortured to death by psychiatrists. Millions die every year worldwide because of forced and coerced psychiatry. 

You feeling tired of all those gigs? You got burn out? Just say so. Of course it’s tiring. Your manager is a bloody whip on you, but you do have the choice to say yes or no, to his demands.

Garth Daniels and millions of other victims of psychiatrists do not have that choice, nor are they being paid ANYTHING, to be violently and cruelly exploited by psychiatrists, whitecoat researchers and their government that legislates forced psychiatry.

Michelle, if you dropped the tours because of fatigue and burnout, that wouldn’t get any kind of payment, I know, but you’ll never be homeless or without offers of payment for your music and other talents. So, what's the big deal? Are you that greedy? Or just so tired you're just going along with what everyone says, like actors do, because that's what they're paid to do, cover up for the scum who make money from violations so disgusting, that no one wants to talk about how stinking awful it is, in case they get told to shut up and it isn't happening, then no press will cover the advertising of their gigs. So, you want to take a break from the exhausting tour – and get a lucrative payout from the evil whitecoats that violently and cruelly exploit people for human research, by force, worldwide, and say that the nicety they treat you with, as a celebrity, is what they treat the disenfranchised with when they drag them off and torture them 24/7 indefinitely for the rest of their lives. Get stuffed Michelle,  millions of people worldwide are suffering more violence from whitecoats now because you back these ugly violent cruel monsters that want to rule the world. Their mental health scams, are violent exploitation disguised as benevolence.

You have an option, once you're over your exhaustion - and that's to speak out against psychiatrists and what they do to us. Advocate for absolute prohibition of forced treatment and commitment worldwide. Because no one wants to be a laboratory specimen, but that's what a Public Health Order/ Mental Health legislation subjects people to - violent, cruel exploitation. Victims are not ‘users’ of perpetrators. To have a false idea perpetuated in governing bodies that are meant to oversee corruption and abuse, to have a false idea that there are only ‘users’ of a system designed for exploitation, that arbitrarily detains and tortures 24/7 indefinitely, escalating the torture on those who do not submit and adhere, escalating pain-thresholds of human endurance until the person breaks down and submits to agree to the perpetrator’s wishes to perpetrate that false idea that victims are users of those perpetrating violence is horrendous. There are no ‘users’ of such violence upon their person. It is just such a ridiculous notion to say a victim asks for what they are assaulted with. Those who are government funded to do forced psychiatry are the exploiters. The exploited are not users or consumers of the forced psychiatry, that kind of horrendously violent, diabolically cruel exploitation can never be a consumer market.

                Hand-in-hand with the government, psychiatrists’ exploitation racket is designed to get overseas investments for human experimentation, forced human experimentation. ‘The clinical trials sector is worth around $1 billion per annum to Australia with direct foreign investment of over $450 million per annum. The pharmaceuticals industry has estimated that pharmaceuticals clinical trials alone are worth $450 million each year in Australia,’ pharmaceutical representatives of human research boasted in 2011.

The victims of this exploitation are told again and again that they must be agreeable to the treatment. These victims are agreeing under massive duress of 24/7 indefinite torture inflicted on them by government funded and legislated forced psychiatry. The cruelties inflicted are horrific for even one minute of enduring them, let alone knowing the 24/7 abuse is indefinite and the more the victim challenges the oppressing psychiatrists treatment, the more the poisons injected in will increase in dosage, additional electrocution will be added, isolation, increased dehumanisation, verbal disfiguring, interrogation, indoctrination, deprivations and fettering of limbs.

The person oppressed by torture, is not a user of torture, they are a victim, and though they may be a survivor, if the focus is on survivors, never victims, then those who fought and died are never acknowledged. Those whose potential is ruined by psychiatrists is not even given much thought, and the persecution, torture and oppression of victims is all too easily dismissed with victim-blaming mentality, that reverses the truth of the exploitation racket.

                No one enjoys saying that what was done to them has destroyed their life, especially people who fight, and don’t get totally destroyed, they get redirected down a very harsh, unpopular and financially unrewarding path of activism.

When life’s paths are blocked-off due to a person not being allowed to tell the truth of government legislated medico exploitation – that’s when a person should think about starting to use the word ‘victim’, because they are a victim of oppression.

Until the oppression shifts, the continual crushing of abilities, threats, violent exploitation and silencing will continue. Members of society (that have been taught to victim-blame, silence and oppress) need to start reaching out, supporting and enabling the oppressed to be acknowledged, heard, seen, made sense of, rather than attempting to speak for those they dub ‘voiceless’ (when talking over the top of some very loud voices, that have much to say when allowed, rather than denied, abused, threatened and belittled for speaking the truth). People must stop dismissing the outrage the victim suffered and is suffering and desperately trying to communicate as something else other than what it is. To dismiss victims of psychiatrists as ‘medical complaints’, is one of many ways the victims of psychiatrists continue to be silenced, and the corrupt medic-government exploitation racket continues.

Is there any limits to the pain-thresholds psychiatrists can inflict on persons that stand-strong and continue to say they have human rights? Even when a person dies, the data gathered from their exploitation by government legislated medico exploitation is sold and resold as ‘science.’

Who are the people that have lived in this society and have done nothing to stop this diabolical exploitation racket continuing? Too many, for too long, over 200 years too long. How cowardly is our society? How easily people just take to the propaganda, that can easily be seen for what it is, given the history of this government-medico exploitation racket. What kind of fools are the people the allow this to go on and on and on?

It is not ‘medicine’ just because the perpetrating psychiatrists say it is. This torture for the purposes of lucrative human experimentation is what Psychiatric Treatment is. The systematic cruelties are not inflicted by rogue psychiatrists, this is the Government Legislated Psychiatrists exploitation racket that’s been going on over 200 years too long, that is called ‘Mental Health Care’.

There is no way of reforming exploitation, it has to be stopped. No one is a USER of psychiatrists. If they say they are, it is only to be compliant, so that they are not subjected to more torture, oppression, denial, ostracization. The person who says they are a USER or CONSUMER, does it to please and they will continue to do so until there is another paradigm within which they can feel safe enough to survive without submitting and complying with violation. Exploitation is not a consumer market for those being exploited by force, or coercion that force will be used if they do not submit their bodies to be used by the exploiters. You cannot hold a person down and inject them with your product and demand that they agree it is good for them and increase the dose of the product that causes the person intense suffering, intense harm, and intentionally increase the dose or add other kinds of torturous ‘treatments’ until that persons submits to your will, then call that person a ‘consumer’ of your product. Yet, that’s exactly what psychiatrists hand-in-hand with government legislators and those commissioned to resolve and manage do. And, that is bloody ridiculous cruel, absolutely false concocting of public opinion to oppress victims further into a ‘consumer burden’ status.

The MHCC tell me that they only look at complaints from ‘users’ of ‘publically funded mental health services’. Users of psychiatrists? Where do these people get off calling victims that! Persecution-factory more like it. To be complicit in this exploitation racket, how disgusting! You’re afraid you’ll lose your job? Unless you’re being tortured, or under threat of potential torture, you’re part of the problem, particularly when the organisation you work for is set-up to sweep all the exploitation into the ‘medical complaints’ basket, and summarily dismiss the diabolical cruelty inflicted on victims by high-paid government-funded psychiatrists, as ‘consumerism’, when people who are subjected to forced psychiatry have no rights under consumer law as far as choosing to stop being subjected to torture.

Humans do not enjoy being tortured, they just do not want it, torturing a person the way psychiatrists do, is painful and is a slow death and maiming, without any kind of financial or social benefits. But yes, it is very easy to silence and victim-blame those who are exploited by psychiatrists and get them to submit to a term like ‘user/consumer’ if that is the only way they can survive the totalitarian dictatorship of their lives, that the rest of the population chooses not to recognise because they are not currently being oppressed by it.

If everyone was free to protest, then you’d see victims of psychiatrists in the street crying for freedom. When VOPs are not free, they’re trying to gain freedom and the most likely path to freedom, for a VOP, at the moment, is by pretending compliance. To openly defy psychiatrists you cannot be on a Treatment Order, financially and/or socially disenfranchised. To openly protest against psychiatrists you cannot be vulnerable in your workplace to dismissal for your activism. In effect rarely does a VOP have the right to protest without a very real threat of swift arbitrary detention and torture in the guise of care and medicine, when someone who knows they can be got at reports them for their activism. Any kind of criticism, protest and resistance to psychiatrists treatments is trained into nurses, medicos and social workers to be a ‘sign of being unwell.’ VOPs are literally not allowed protest without that being diagnosed when they are on treatment orders.

People must start standing with VOPs who are free enough to protest. Start making noise, particularly if someone is speaking out when a person is being arbitrarily detained and tortured.

The compliance pathway must not continue, its path to potential freedom, is not a pathway to follow, it is a perpetuation, a covering-up, a fearful shutting-down of the truth, and leaves a person open to the threat of forced psychiatry the rest of their life. Forcing people on mass to pretend compliance, or be indoctrinated into compliance is a massive silencing and victim-blaming that keeps Mental Health campaigns floating their disgusting scum propaganda funded by the bodies of those exploited, humans whose lives are disabled, ruined, destroyed, murdered… all for the mercenary government-medico legislated forced invasive, cruel, disabling murderous human research.

Yes, ALL forced psychiatry is TORTURE, no matter what the perpetrating psychiatrists call it. Psychiatrists torture systematically, intentially and knowingly causing harm. For a psychiatrist to say that they do not know of the effects of the drugs, is to say the psychiatrists have no knowledge of their pharmaceutical products, no listening skills when the people they are exploiting tell them of the harm happening to them from the drugs, and no observational skills to even observe harm caused by their forced treatments.
 Psychiatrists have an intent to cause increased harm to a person, until the person submits to the psychiatrist, a technique often used by torturers to gain various kinds of compliance with a cruel regime. The psychiatrists wants compliance so that the human experimentation inflicted, is done with the person’s agreement (the psychiatrist will say, it took the patient 2 weeks to ‘stablise’ and agree to their diagnosis and medical treatment.) Forcing agreement, is no agreement at all, particularly when you torture a person in the most cruel manner to get it, then use that to tick a box for human research sales. DISGUSTING.
