VOP for International Women's Day

For Government to legislate for psy to conduct perverted experiments on women in order to make them more pliable to other kinds of predators – how can that be justified in a democratic country? It is a vile, cruel dictatorship that allows psy to perpetrate upon vulnerable women.


How is it that torture of a woman can be called ‘care’? The violation of a woman for the purposes of perverted medical experimentation is evil, and to legislate that is evil dictatorship, encroaching on a young woman’s right to refuse the penetration of her body. And for psy to ‘plan’ to do this violation to a  woman is utterly obscene.


To restrict a  woman’s life to that of serving her exploiters as a laboratory specimen, is a heinous crime – and for a government to legislate this heinous crime as legitimate by naming it ‘medicine’ is the most soul-destroying, life-wrecking regime to live under, for the women subjected to this. Her right to life, family, love, her health – being massacred. what does she have to celebrate unless society starts to do something to get the government to stop violating her? Without people to be there with her, doing that with her, she’s ganged up on by the psy and the government that allows it.


To legislate for psy’s treatment of a woman, based on psy’s slander of a person, so that psy can profit out of VOP flesh, is not lawful legislation.


To legislate for the use of police officers to force a woman into a psy’s bed, where she is then stripped and penetrated, injected with neurotoxins that torture her – cause physical pain and mental anguish, diminish physical and mental capacities, and are designed to disrupt profoundly her senses and personality… is not lawful legislation. And is a vile misuse of emergency powers. To call an organisation that inflicts such torture ‘the department of health and wellbeing’ – another insult to the physical realities, and gaslighting of her world.

It is never correct or preferable for a court of law to decide to allow a psy to torture a women.

The calling of a woman’s decision-making ‘impaired’ when she refuses to be forcibly penetrated by a psy, refuses to swallow a psy’s neurotoxin, is an extremely corrupt, violent use of medicalisation on a woman’s social and political rights – particularly the right to refuse exploitation, violation, and condemnation. The right to refuse the harm that psy inflicts on her, the right to speak out against the slander psy insults her with, the right to ask to seek justice… The politics of being antipsychiatry and the right to refuse psy – that should be a human right in any democratic court of law.


It is disgustingly inappropriate to legislate for the violation of a  woman, by injecting her forcibly with neurotoxins, destroying her hopes and dreams of living without the persecution of psy.

What a cost to her humanity! To her dignity! To her health! To her viability! To her fertility and creative spirit! To enslave women for the purposes of psy’s vile, cruel human research and do this through a court of law, a court that declares itself not to be an adversarial hearing but rather an inquisitorial one, that doesn’t have to prove fact or evidence! No rules of evidence in a Mental Health Tribunal – the psy can say whatever they want about the women they’re persecuting, and the psy’s wants and needs to exploit her, will be routinely rubber stamped! (In normal jurisdictions Courts and Tribunals are a purely adversarial hearing).


There is no place for inflicting torture on a woman, there’s no excuse as a matter of National Security, and even if it were for the purposes of National Security (which psy isn’t) that is considered not democratic. But to just take a woman and allow psy to have her for explorative research on how-to control, extract and terrorise, for situations of National Security (in some hypothetical situation down the track) is obscene, even in a dictatorship.


The understanding of information – now that’s where opinion must be allowed. A woman CANNOT be said to NOT have the capacity to understand what the torturing psy is doing to them – when the woman clearly name it TORTURE. Yet that's what psy do time and time again, systematically, because neurotoxins ARE torture, ECT is torture and psychosurgery is torture... yet our government legislates for the forcing of this on women and profits by that exploitation of women. Golden handshakes with the companies that want to test the torture equipment are given to political parties.


Psy and the MH coterie cannot be trusted in their judgement, which is obscured by powerplay, greed, vested interests and disgusting outrageous prejudice, born out of the eugenic’s era.  Yet, psy are given authority to judge a women, judge her mentality as 'ill' so they can exploit her. And for a woman to be called such a label by her husband, very threatening indeed, because what if he then fingers her to the psy, has her put away, so that when she's allowed freedom she's be obedient to him, because there's not a lot worst than the torture psychiatrists can put women through. To force a woman into being subject matter for a psy to examine and maltreat is one of the most horrifying torturous ordeals a person can suffer. Prolonged and indefinite torture – for the purposes of experimentation is NOT LAWFUL to legislate. To allow psy to slander and then legitimatise that slander as ‘medical’ then allow psy to conduct vile lucrative experiments and call that ‘medicine’ isn’t lawful legislation, and must be repealed.

Cost of persecution riddle

Victims of Psychiatrists could definitely say, that psychiatrists persecute them, for the purpose of lucrative, cruel exploitative human research, given this is the definition from Miriam-Webster (one of my favored dictionaries. Have an historical Webster that belonged to my Nana. But this definition is from the web, and is new & shiny):

1: to harass or punish in a manner designed to injure, grieve, or afflictspecifically : to cause to suffer because of belief

2: to annoy with persistent or urgent approaches (such as attacks, pleas, or importunities) : PESTER

look at the Productivity Commission's Draft Report - DRAFT FINDING 2.1 — THE STATE OF MENTAL HEALTH IN AUSTRALIA

(make sure you find & replace the words of persecution, with persecution)

Look at the tally for the cost of those being persecuted & exploited –

·         all those maltreatments inflicted on those persecuted & exploited (cost money)

·         any nutritional or housing requirements, or other expenditure (cost money)

·         the wages of the perpetrators of those who inflict the maltreatments (cost money)

Since persecution is a cost, who bears the cost most? And is it possible to say that the cost of persecuting people, is the cost to the government of those living with persecution?

So the cost of persecution, and any suicide that results from being persecuted is a cost to those industries that persecute, profit from that persecution and any suicide that results from that persecution, is counted as a cost, to the industry or government.

VOP day 10 OCT 2019 - Australia

Many thanks to everyone who could make it to Canberra for the Victims of Psychiatrists day rally on the 10th of October, reclaiming the day from the perpetrating Mental Health personnel and their organisations. Thank you for your artworks and powerful voices. Will have an even bigger even organised next year.

My suggestion is to keep it acoustic, and fully use your voices as VOP. Because we never have microphones to amplify our voices when we are dragged away, and assaulted by mental health personnel, and even when we cry loudly for the violations to stop, we have been ignored, and made to disappear, then broken under torture.

Fiona Smith, would've been there too, but was arbitrarily detained in Royal Melbourne John Cade. She is still fighting for release. The Tribunal Hearing, is on the 16th Oct. And a rally of support for Fiona Smith outside Royal Melbourne John Cade has been suggested for the day.

For people that don't understand Victoria, Australia's system, a Tribunal Hearing, isn't an actual court of law, it is a panel with a Lawyer, Community Representative, and a Psychiatrist.

Reminder - what Fiona Smith is being tested on is whether or not she will comply with their human research, without being forced. There is no offence that Fiona Smith has committed. She is being accused of 'having' a vicious DSM slur, that has no scientific provable basis or reality, but is rather concocted for the purposes of an exploitation racket, that really, really needs to be abolished, as the UN CRPD has pressed upon Australia to do. 

This is common to all exploitation rackets, the victim-blaming, and denial, and utter violation of those being exploitation, then authorities putting out propaganda that their violations are 'benevolent', that goes back to 'saving witches' by burning and drowning them. Psychiatrists 'saving' the people they accuse of vicious DSM slurs constitutes exploiting them for vile, cruel, invasive lucrative human research, that causes a person massive disfiguration, retardation of physical and intellectual abilities, and organ decay. It is slow torture, but very obviously torture, in the same manner that ugly whitecoats conduct forced human research on small animals.

What is import is that: 
This is not about what psychiatrists accuse Fiona Smith of, this is about what Fiona accuses the treating and consultant psychiatrists of, and whether those psychiatrists need to be jailed for their violations of Fiona Smith. It is the supervising, researching, treating and consultant psychiatrists and the other Mental Health Personnel involved, that have committed a violent crime against Fiona Smith, and there is no accusation which makes their violations of her body, for their profit, a lawful ethical thing to do. 

What Royal Melbourne John Cade has done to Fiona, is a serious crime. That is what must be addressed. 

We must not allow the ugly whitecoats to turn this into 'the problem with Fiona' which is just an evil attempt to slander her with nebulous derogatory psychobabble terms, that have no more meaning than any terminology that exploiters offensively accuse the people they exploit of. The ugly whitecoats must not be allowed this power.

Free Fiona Smith, #Right2Refuse protester & platypus advocate

Fiona Smith, platypus advocate & #Right2Refuse protester is being arbitrarily detained & tortured at Royal Melbourne John Cade, forcibly for disgusting, vile, cruel human research of forced Risperdal Consta injections. 


This trial is being conducted forcibly and is a clear violation of 8.2 of the Code of Responsible Research.

Fiona wanted to speak at a fully approved Canberra Rally about synthetic drugs that end up in the rivers, because they cannot be removed from waste water, killing river life such as platypus, a violation of 8.3 of the Code of Responsible Research.

Fiona was tapering Risperdal tablets responsibly with a GP, on 1 mg and feeling like she was getting her abilities back. She wanted to also speak at the rally about what she's suffered as a Victim of Psychiatrists (VOP), as well as what other VOP have suffered (some VOP of which have been killed by forced psychiatry, and there is a need to grieve and for the officials and public to acknowledge these people were killed by forced psychiatry.)

On Saturday 28th Mental Health Personnel dragged Fiona from her home, into the Psychiatric unit, for the alleged purposes of exploiting her for this research and silencing her petitions and protests, which include a co-written alternative report from VOP in Australia, to the UN CRPD committee. 

Fiona Smith needs to be freed from arbitrary detention and these horrendous violations, and the violators prosecuted under 8.2 and 8.3 of the Federal Code for Responsible Research.

Fiona Smith was to attend International Victims of Psychiatrists Day on 10th Oct 2pm - 5pm, at Canberra Parliament AAA. This is about a protester & human rights defender being silenced by the vile cruel exploitation legislation that is the MHA.

Risperdal Consta is causing Fiona Smith horrific pain and damage to her body, disfiguring, disabling and retarding of her abilities -
-agitation
-anxiety
-changes in vision, including blurred vision
-difficulty concentrating
-difficulty speaking or swallowing
-inability to move the eyes
-increase in amount of urine
-loss of balance control
-mask-like face
-memory problems
-muscle spasms of the face, neck, and back
-problems with urination
-restlessness or need to keep moving (severe)
-shuffling walk
-skin rash or itching
-stiffness or weakness of the arms or legs
-tic-like or twitching movements
-trembling and shaking of the fingers and hands
-trouble sleeping
-twisting body movements

This is outrageously cruel drug to forcibly subject Fiona Smith to. Her skin was torn when they forcibly injected her in her arm, causing her to bleed, and as she said 'blood everywhere all over the bed where they held me down.'

Victorians must think of human rights and dignity, before the money made from human research. It is a disgusting thing for a State Government, and a Federal Government to profit from. Forced Human Experimentation, and the psychiatrists that torture people for profit, must be utterly condemned and immediately stopped.

For a state such as Victoria to train psychiatrists to torture little animals in their research, then move on to humans is disgusting. For these psychiatrists to take pleasure in the power they have to break people under torture, into servitude as research specimens, and be allowed to do that through State legislation, is so vile and evil.

That the State Legislators have given violating psychiatrists loopholes such as Emergency Treatment/ Research, and the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, is not something that should be allowed. No State/ Territory in Australia, or any other place in the world, should be allowing psychiatrists to force their products, procedures, programs, beds and research on people. And the life of our rivers, as Fiona Smith has been advocating must also be considered. The river water would not be any where near as polluted as it is if there was no forced psychiatry.

Victoria and the rest of Australia must implement international agreements, such as the UN CRPD, stop violating Fiona Smith, the people she's being protesting for, and the river life she's also been advocating for.

Forced psychiatry should be considered a servitude offense, and the Code violations, for the human research people have been forcibly subjected be recognised and subjected to the full force of the law.

But let's first talk Victoria, where I've been organising protests in Australia.
Victims of psychiatrists have been ignored by the Victorian government, in the Royal Commission into Mental Health. The Victorian Government has instead put forth perpetrating, co-opted Mental Health associated organisations, and vile psychiatrists to speak, in our place. Many of our witness impact statements have not even been published. And psychiatrists like Patrick McGorry & Alex Cockram have been given high positions of authority and platforms to speak without any kind of questioning of their out-and-out lies that people are trying to get into psychiatrists' beds.

13 thousand Victorians, last year pleaded to not be forced into psychiatrists' beds, and the government didn't even provide them with lawyers to defend themselves against psychiatrists' accusations such as 'smiling inappropriately.'

How many Victorians were subjected to psychiatrist Prabakar Rajan Thomas , currently serving a jail sentence? This felon and his cronies need to be fully investigated for the forced human experimentation racket. How many lives were destroyed by Thomas's perverted point-of-view, and want to inflict cruelties on people? How is it that the government participated in supporting this psychiatrists harm so many, and has done so little yet, as far as reparations for those people subjected to forced depot, and vicious DSM slurs by this former psychiatrist?  

Though Victoria is one of the worst perpetrators of forced psychiatry, all states/ territories of Australia commit vile, cruel forced human research under Mental Health legislation, and perpetrate this through forced psychiatry. And we don't want the Federal Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse & Neglect of Persons with Disabilities, to be the same as the Victorian Royal Commission, and ignore the very obvious abuse of emergency powers, and exploitation by force for human research that our country inflicts, for profit on a large number of people, who are usually socially, or financially disenfranchised, or become so after being lured into visiting a psych.

So, I'm organising a Canberra Rally, where the Federal Government legislators put policy together.

When Britney Spears disappears people notice

Society has to realise how WRONG it is to allow this exploitation, this taking away of autonomy.

People have to recognise how wrong it is to subject a person to forced psychiatry, deny their civil, political and social rights, then claim this is in the best interests of the person, when that's not what is happening at all.


When Britney Spears disappears, people take notice, but really have to recognise how outrageous it is to do this to her, this controlling and exploiting and denying her freedoms she has every right to have.

Yet, they're still getting away with it.

That's how it is, to be socially disenfranchised, for a moment, had have the gestapo brought in to the exploiters can take all, and threaten to take your children, or hold in detention and torture you forever.

For someone with such a following, how easily Britney has been forced to shut-up and do as she as told for another's profit.

Which must make the population recognise...

When someone unknown disappears, very few take notice.


Right now, in Australia, people who protested with Garth Daniels and his family for over a decade to have him freed, have no way of knowing what is happening to him, now that his father Bernard is no longer alive and fighting in the courts to have him freed. People call the psychiatric unit where he was last locked away and are told they cannot be told anything. www.freegarth.blogspot.com last entry by Bernard Daniels in 2018, before could no longer blog for his son. yes, people have sent communication to journalists, asking organisations like 4 Corners to investigate, but so far nothing.

There are many people that just disappear into psychiatrists' exploitation rackets and cannot be contacted again.



This must not be allowed to continue. Keep protesting, keep reporting, and demanding that Mental Health/ Mental Hygiene legislation be abolished.

Whitecoat bribing of MPs

Ever wonder how it is that a country can get away with calling itself a democracy, while still exploiting their population in the most disturbingly cruel way - for lucrative forced human research?

When you look at the extent of donations to political parties in Australia, that are from pharma, medico, and human research interest groups, that's not all of it, because there's other groups that are funded by pharma interests that also donate to political parties and independents.

There's a lot of money to be made for MPs in enabling forced human research, besides the CEO appointments in whitecoat organisations like Beyond Blue, that are propaganda campaigners to bring in more funding/ investments for human research. 

My previous blog showed a number of pharma donations last year to Australian political parties, including this one, J&J/ Janssen, which makes a number of diabolically cruel neuroleptics, and funds human research. 

But you can look them up yourself and probably find more whitecoat funds being funneled to MPs than I have.

The United Nations CRPD committee has asked Australia to stop Forced Psychiatry.

33. The Committee is further concerned that under Australian law, a person can be subjected to medical interventions against his or her will, if the person is deemed to be incapable of making or communicating a decision about treatment.

34. The Committee recommends that Australia should repeal all legislation that authorises medical interventions without free and informed consent of the persons with disabilities concerned, and legal provisions that authorize commitment of individuals to detention in mental health services, or the imposition of compulsory treatment either in institutions or in the community via Community Treatment Orders

Instead of stopping forced psychiatry, Australia increases its human research budget, including Mental Health. And Greg Hunt spouts campaign material for the peak body for pharma in Australia - 

 Medicines Australia - an ugly big donor to his political party. Obviously they're  the Health Minister's speech writers, and policy makers as well!

Notice that the Opposition party is bribed even more, presumably to keep them supportive of the pharma-led bid to make Australia the destination for human research, in a system of force, coercion, and research without consent.

60 % of human research in Australia is done in Public hospitals. Go figure

• How much of this is forced?
• How much is done without consent?
• How much is done under the system of forced that is the Mental Health Acts?
• How many Cloud Studies does the average person subjected to forced psychiatry end up in?

From the Australian Bureau of Statistics we know that half the population that dies in Australia each year, dies iatrogenic deaths from psychiatric drug prescriptions. Some of those people subjected to forced psychiatry would've been in cardio Cloud Studies (research data is now kept in a Cloud for various organisations to access and use in another study).

But that's just the information whitecoats want covered up - that's not the point to the whitecoats and coteries lobby, their raison d'être is:

'The Clinical Trials Action Group report, then Ministers for Health & Ageing (Nicola Roxon MP) and Innovation & Industry (Senator Kim Carr) acknowledged that the "clinical research industry" brings"hundreds of millions of dollars annually into Australia's health system". The Action Group's final report estimated that, each year, private companies spend approximately $450 million on conducting clinical research in Australia. As data in thisreport shows, actual expenditure is significantly higher.’  (Medicines Australia)

The force doesn't end with people who are mentally-illed and sectioned under the State/ Territory Mental Health Acts, that can section a person on the basis of a nebulous 'prevention' of 'serious deterioration of Mental Health'... whatever that means, it's deliberately loose so that the catchment for forced human research can be very broad, it also includes prevention of 'serious deterioration to physical health' (whatever that means seeing psychiatrists actively cause huge damage to a people's physical health as part of their 'treatment'.) The public think the 'harm to self or others' applies in Sectioning a person under the Mental Health Acts, whatever they think 'harm to self & others' means (usually the public think that psychiatrists are clairvoyant and can detect what a person will do next, and test the person's genes for the crime they will commit, or some stupifying fiction they come up with when they settle themselves to sleep on the matter of how psychiatrists take care of potential harm. The general public never think enough to recognise the 24/7 torture psychiatrists inflict on people with their array of neurotoxins is something like what has been traditionally done to a bull before a bull fight. It may not look as bloody, but psychiatrists' poisons are extremely agitating, painful, outrageously horrible. And to have that forced on you, for the general public never think of how horrifying it is to torture a person and have it called care, rather than it being validated as torture, is diabolically cruel.)

Given that a person can be mentally-illed by medical practitioners, when a Medico yells at a person that they need a radical procedure that they don’t need, that’s where the Mental Health Acts are very threatening in other sectors of medicine, because, a woman standing up to a surgeon might end up in forced psychiatry.

By complying with a surgeon's threatening demand, the hysterectomy causes further suffering, economic and social depression, anxiety, pain... that's where psychiatrists come in again and peddle their harmful drugs/ procedures. In a system of force, there is no real consumer market. I wish people who call themselves Peer Support Specialists would stop trying to go along with the 'consumer' tag. It's ridiculous. It's a government label, it's a whitecoat way of putting the people they exploit into the 'burden' bag.

The government pays for FORCED HUMAN RESEARCH that is cruel, degrading, debilitating, violent... killing and maiming over 75,000 people each year in Australia. What heroes our government are! so charitable to cruelly exterminate people over a prolonged period, for the wealth of the ugly whitecoats & coterie!

Humanity labeled with terms, that used to be about economics. Instead of a country having a Great Depression, the economic downturn is thwarted by bringing pharma funds into the country and doing forced/ coerced human research on those they now label with Major Depression, even though the person may well just be having an economic difficulty!

People slapped with labels used for the lucrative human research are then labelled with that term 'consumers', meaning they don't produce. When, these people subjected to forced psychiatry are being exploited. Exploiting a person forcibly for human research and making money out of them and then saying they were the 'economic burden' and that those exploited people 'consumed' those funds that could've been spent on roads or schools. WHAT EVIL!

Psychiatrists terrorise, they inflict torture; psychiatrists are terrorists. People have to understand that psychiatry is regularly used for political abuse. Though, when a victim of psychiatrists speaks out against forced psychiatry, that's not really political, that's about Human Rights. We don't profit from politics, we're not politicians, no political party is vouching for us even in a small way. Yet -  we are silenced -  us VOP, and told 'we're being too political' and too many VOP find themselves fearing for their survival and so end up turncoats just to survive, playing the plainsfolk propaganda tune for the whitecoats to reel in more funds.

Forced psychiatry being the diagnosis, detention, and treatment, in order to obstruct the human rights of individuals and groups in a society, and force political obedience, has a way of discrediting an individual and their ideas all too easily.

Psychiatry being a way of holding persons against their will and insisting upon treatment not in the person’s interest and not in the broader interests of society, but only in the interests of those wielding power over the rest of the population, using Mental Health Acts to bypass standard legal procedures for establishing guilt or innocence, or means to disallow political incarceration, torture and exploitation. And the use of hospitals instead of jails prevents the victims from receiving legal aid before the courts in some countries such as Australia, making indefinite incarceration possible, and a public hearing impossible. So all is done behind closed doors, the victim's screams and pleas whited out as 'nonsense' because Mental Health Tribunals are closed to the public, as it undesirable for those perpetrating forced political obedience to be seen for their nebulous, arbitrary, violent actions upon individuals subjected to forced psychiatry.

The political abuse of the power entrusted to physicians, and particularly psychiatrists is obscenely obese.

The Australian Government has a responsibility, a duty to stop forced psychiatry. Those who participated in this diabolically cruel forced human research can have their assets frozen to fund reparations. There must be a turn around in the way people get their money, the people of Australia must stop forced human experimentation.
