Whitecoat bribing of MPs

Ever wonder how it is that a country can get away with calling itself a democracy, while still exploiting their population in the most disturbingly cruel way - for lucrative forced human research?

When you look at the extent of donations to political parties in Australia, that are from pharma, medico, and human research interest groups, that's not all of it, because there's other groups that are funded by pharma interests that also donate to political parties and independents.

There's a lot of money to be made for MPs in enabling forced human research, besides the CEO appointments in whitecoat organisations like Beyond Blue, that are propaganda campaigners to bring in more funding/ investments for human research. 

My previous blog showed a number of pharma donations last year to Australian political parties, including this one, J&J/ Janssen, which makes a number of diabolically cruel neuroleptics, and funds human research. 

But you can look them up yourself and probably find more whitecoat funds being funneled to MPs than I have.

The United Nations CRPD committee has asked Australia to stop Forced Psychiatry.

33. The Committee is further concerned that under Australian law, a person can be subjected to medical interventions against his or her will, if the person is deemed to be incapable of making or communicating a decision about treatment.

34. The Committee recommends that Australia should repeal all legislation that authorises medical interventions without free and informed consent of the persons with disabilities concerned, and legal provisions that authorize commitment of individuals to detention in mental health services, or the imposition of compulsory treatment either in institutions or in the community via Community Treatment Orders

Instead of stopping forced psychiatry, Australia increases its human research budget, including Mental Health. And Greg Hunt spouts campaign material for the peak body for pharma in Australia - 

 Medicines Australia - an ugly big donor to his political party. Obviously they're  the Health Minister's speech writers, and policy makers as well!

Notice that the Opposition party is bribed even more, presumably to keep them supportive of the pharma-led bid to make Australia the destination for human research, in a system of force, coercion, and research without consent.

NB: includes those who may not even know they are subjects of research, and includes those undergoing psychological, physiological or medical testing and treatment.

• How much is done without consent?
• How much is done under the system of forced that is the Mental Health Acts?
• How many Cloud Studies does the average person subjected to forced psychiatry end up in?

From the Australian Bureau of Statistics we know that half the population that dies in Australia each year, dies iatrogenic deaths from psychiatric drug prescriptions. Some of those people subjected to forced psychiatry would've been in cardio Cloud Studies (research data is now kept in a Cloud for various organisations to access and use in another study).

But that's just the information whitecoats want covered up - that's not the point to the whitecoats and coteries lobby, their raison d'être is:

The force doesn't end with people who are mentally-illed and sectioned under the State/ Territory Mental Health Acts, that can section a person on the basis of a nebulous 'prevention' of 'serious deterioration of Mental Health'... whatever that means, it's deliberately loose so that the catchment for forced human research can be very broad, it also includes prevention of 'serious deterioration to physical health' (whatever that means seeing psychiatrists actively cause huge damage to a people's physical health as part of their 'treatment'.) The public think the 'harm to self or others' applies in Sectioning a person under the Mental Health Acts, whatever they think 'harm to self & others' means (usually the public think that psychiatrists are clairvoyant and can detect what a person will do next, and test the person's genes for the crime they will commit, or some stupifying fiction they come up with when they settle themselves to sleep on the matter of how psychiatrists take care of potential harm. The general public never think enough to recognise the 24/7 torture psychiatrists inflict on people with their array of neurotoxins is something like what has been traditionally done to a bull before a bull fight. It may not look as bloody, but psychiatrists' poisons are extremely agitating, painful, outrageously horrible. And to have that forced on you, for the general public never think of how horrifying it is to torture a person and have it called care, rather than it being validated as torture, is diabolically cruel.)

Given that a person can be mentally-illed by medical practitioners, when a Medico yells at a person that they need a radical procedure that they don’t need, that’s where the Mental Health Acts are very threatening in other sectors of medicine, because, a woman standing up to a surgeon might end up in forced psychiatry.

By complying with a surgeon's threatening demand, the hysterectomy causes further suffering, economic and social depression, anxiety, pain... that's where psychiatrists come in again and peddle their harmful drugs/ procedures. In a system of force, there is no real consumer market. I wish people who call themselves Peer Support Specialists would stop trying to go along with the 'consumer' tag. It's ridiculous. It's a government label, it's a whitecoat way of putting the people they exploit into the 'burden' bag.

The government pays for FORCED HUMAN RESEARCH that is cruel, degrading, debilitating, violent... killing and maiming over 75,000 people each year in Australia. What heroes our government are! so charitable to cruelly exterminate people over a prolonged period, for the wealth of the ugly whitecoats & coterie!

Humanity labeled with terms, that used to be about economics. Instead of a country having a Great Depression, the economic downturn is thwarted by bringing pharma funds into the country and doing forced/ coerced human research on those they now label with Major Depression, even though the person may well just be having an economic difficulty!

People slapped with labels used for the lucrative human research are then labelled with that term 'consumers', meaning they don't produce. When, these people subjected to forced psychiatry are being exploited. Exploiting a person forcibly for human research and making money out of them and then saying they were the 'economic burden' and that those exploited people 'consumed' those funds that could've been spent on roads or schools. WHAT EVIL!

Psychiatrists terrorise, they inflict torture; psychiatrists are terrorists. People have to understand that psychiatry is regularly used for political abuse. Though, when a victim of psychiatrists speaks out against forced psychiatry, that's not really political, that's about Human Rights. We don't profit from politics, we're not politicians, no political party is vouching for us even in a small way. Yet -  we are silenced -  us VOP, and told 'we're being too political' and too many VOP find themselves fearing for their survival and so end up turncoats just to survive, playing the plainsfolk propaganda tune for the whitecoats to reel in more funds.

Forced psychiatry being the diagnosis, detention, and treatment, in order to obstruct the human rights of individuals and groups in a society, and force political obedience, has a way of discrediting an individual and their ideas all too easily.

Psychiatry being a way of holding persons against their will and insisting upon treatment not in the person’s interest and not in the broader interests of society, but only in the interests of those wielding power over the rest of the population, using Mental Health Acts to bypass standard legal procedures for establishing guilt or innocence, or means to disallow political incarceration, torture and exploitation. And the use of hospitals instead of jails prevents the victims from receiving legal aid before the courts in some countries such as Australia, making indefinite incarceration possible, and a public hearing impossible. So all is done behind closed doors, the victim's screams and pleas whited out as 'nonsense' because Mental Health Tribunals are closed to the public, as it undesirable for those perpetrating forced political obedience to be seen for their nebulous, arbitrary, violent actions upon individuals subjected to forced psychiatry.

The political abuse of the power entrusted to physicians, and particularly psychiatrists is obscenely obese.

The Australian Government has a responsibility, a duty to stop forced psychiatry. Those who participated in this diabolically cruel forced human research can have their assets frozen to fund reparations. There must be a turn around in the way people get their money, the people of Australia must stop forced human experimentation.

Victims are not ‘users’ of perpetrators. To have a false idea perpetuated in governing bodies that are meant to oversee corruption and abuse, to have a false idea that there are only ‘users’ of a system designed for exploitation, that arbitrarily detains and tortures 24/7 indefinitely, escalating the torture on those who do not submit and adhere, escalating pain-thresholds of human endurance until the person breaks down and submits to agree to the perpetrator’s wishes to perpetrate that false idea that victims are users of those perpetrating violence is horrendous. There are no ‘users’ of such violence upon their person. It is just such a ridiculous notion to say a victim asks for what they are assaulted with. Those who are government funded to do forced psychiatry are the exploiters. The exploited are not users or consumers of the forced psychiatry, that kind of horrendously violent, diabolically cruel exploitation can never be a consumer market.

                Hand-in-hand with the government, psychiatrists’ exploitation racket is designed to get overseas investments for human experimentation, forced human experimentation. ‘The clinical trials sector is worth around $1 billion per annum to Australia with direct foreign investment of over $450 million per annum. The pharmaceuticals industry has estimated that pharmaceuticals clinical trials alone are worth $450 million each year in Australia,’ pharmaceutical representatives of human research boasted in 2011.

The victims of this exploitation are told again and again that they must be agreeable to the treatment. These victims are agreeing under massive duress of 24/7 indefinite torture inflicted on them by government funded and legislated forced psychiatry. The cruelties inflicted are horrific for even one minute of enduring them, let alone knowing the 24/7 abuse is indefinite and the more the victim challenges the oppressing psychiatrists treatment, the more the poisons injected in will increase in dosage, additional electrocution will be added, isolation, increased dehumanisation, verbal disfiguring, interrogation, indoctrination, deprivations and fettering of limbs.

The person oppressed by torture, is not a user of torture, they are a victim, and though they may be a survivor, if the focus is on survivors, never victims, then those who fought and died are never acknowledged. Those whose potential is ruined by psychiatrists is not even given much thought, and the persecution, torture and oppression of victims is all too easily dismissed with victim-blaming mentality, that reverses the truth of the exploitation racket.

                No one enjoys saying that what was done to them has destroyed their life, especially people who fight, and don’t get totally destroyed, they get redirected down a very harsh, unpopular and financially unrewarding path of activism.

When life’s paths are blocked-off due to a person not being allowed to tell the truth of government legislated medico exploitation – that’s when a person should think about starting to use the word ‘victim’, because they are a victim of oppression.

Until the oppression shifts, the continual crushing of abilities, threats, violent exploitation and silencing will continue. Members of society (that have been taught to victim-blame, silence and oppress) need to start reaching out, supporting and enabling the oppressed to be acknowledged, heard, seen, made sense of, rather than attempting to speak for those they dub ‘voiceless’ (when talking over the top of some very loud voices, that have much to say when allowed, rather than denied, abused, threatened and belittled for speaking the truth). People must stop dismissing the outrage the victim suffered and is suffering and desperately trying to communicate as something else other than what it is. To dismiss victims of psychiatrists as ‘medical complaints’, is one of many ways the victims of psychiatrists continue to be silenced, and the corrupt medic-government exploitation racket continues.

Is there any limits to the pain-thresholds psychiatrists can inflict on persons that stand-strong and continue to say they have human rights? Even when a person dies, the data gathered from their exploitation by government legislated medico exploitation is sold and resold as ‘science.’

Who are the people that have lived in this society and have done nothing to stop this diabolical exploitation racket continuing? Too many, for too long, over 200 years too long. How cowardly is our society? How easily people just take to the propaganda, that can easily be seen for what it is, given the history of this government-medico exploitation racket. What kind of fools are the people the allow this to go on and on and on?

It is not ‘medicine’ just because the perpetrating psychiatrists say it is. This torture for the purposes of lucrative human experimentation is what Psychiatric Treatment is. The systematic cruelties are not inflicted by rogue psychiatrists, this is the Government Legislated Psychiatrists exploitation racket that’s been going on over 200 years too long, that is called ‘Mental Health Care’.

There is no way of reforming exploitation, it has to be stopped. No one is a USER of psychiatrists. If they say they are, it is only to be compliant, so that they are not subjected to more torture, oppression, denial, ostracization. The person who says they are a USER or CONSUMER, does it to please and they will continue to do so until there is another paradigm within which they can feel safe enough to survive without submitting and complying with violation. Exploitation is not a consumer market for those being exploited by force, or coercion that force will be used if they do not submit their bodies to be used by the exploiters. You cannot hold a person down and inject them with your product and demand that they agree it is good for them and increase the dose of the product that causes the person intense suffering, intense harm, and intentionally increase the dose or add other kinds of torturous ‘treatments’ until that persons submits to your will, then call that person a ‘consumer’ of your product. Yet, that’s exactly what psychiatrists hand-in-hand with government legislators and those commissioned to resolve and manage do. And, that is bloody ridiculous cruel, absolutely false concocting of public opinion to oppress victims further into a ‘consumer burden’ status.

The MHCC tell me that they only look at complaints from ‘users’ of ‘publically funded mental health services’. Users of psychiatrists? Where do these people get off calling victims that! Persecution-factory more like it. To be complicit in this exploitation racket, how disgusting! You’re afraid you’ll lose your job? Unless you’re being tortured, or under threat of potential torture, you’re part of the problem, particularly when the organisation you work for is set-up to sweep all the exploitation into the ‘medical complaints’ basket, and summarily dismiss the diabolical cruelty inflicted on victims by high-paid government-funded psychiatrists, as ‘consumerism’, when people who are subjected to forced psychiatry have no rights under consumer law as far as choosing to stop being subjected to torture.

Humans do not enjoy being tortured, they just do not want it, torturing a person the way psychiatrists do, is painful and is a slow death and maiming, without any kind of financial or social benefits. But yes, it is very easy to silence and victim-blame those who are exploited by psychiatrists and get them to submit to a term like ‘user/consumer’ if that is the only way they can survive the totalitarian dictatorship of their lives, that the rest of the population chooses not to recognise because they are not currently being oppressed by it.

If everyone was free to protest, then you’d see victims of psychiatrists in the street crying for freedom. When VOPs are not free, they’re trying to gain freedom and the most likely path to freedom, for a VOP, at the moment, is by pretending compliance. To openly defy psychiatrists you cannot be on a Treatment Order, financially and/or socially disenfranchised. To openly protest against psychiatrists you cannot be vulnerable in your workplace to dismissal for your activism. In effect rarely does a VOP have the right to protest without a very real threat of swift arbitrary detention and torture in the guise of care and medicine, when someone who knows they can be got at reports them for their activism. Any kind of criticism, protest and resistance to psychiatrists treatments is trained into nurses, medicos and social workers to be a ‘sign of being unwell.’ VOPs are literally not allowed protest without that being diagnosed when they are on treatment orders.

People must start standing with VOPs who are free enough to protest. Start making noise, particularly if someone is speaking out when a person is being arbitrarily detained and tortured.

The compliance pathway must not continue, its path to potential freedom, is not a pathway to follow, it is a perpetuation, a covering-up, a fearful shutting-down of the truth, and leaves a person open to the threat of forced psychiatry the rest of their life. Forcing people on mass to pretend compliance, or be indoctrinated into compliance is a massive silencing and victim-blaming that keeps Mental Health campaigns floating their disgusting scum propaganda funded by the bodies of those exploited, humans whose lives are disabled, ruined, destroyed, murdered… all for the mercenary government-medico legislated forced invasive, cruel, disabling murderous human research.

Yes, ALL forced psychiatry is TORTURE, no matter what the perpetrating psychiatrists call it. Psychiatrists torture systematically, intentially and knowingly causing harm. For a psychiatrist to say that they do not know of the effects of the drugs, is to say the psychiatrists have no knowledge of their pharmaceutical products, no listening skills when the people they are exploiting tell them of the harm happening to them from the drugs, and no observational skills to even observe harm caused by their forced treatments.
 Psychiatrists have an intent to cause increased harm to a person, until the person submits to the psychiatrist, a technique often used by torturers to gain various kinds of compliance with a cruel regime. The psychiatrists wants compliance so that the human experimentation inflicted, is done with the person’s agreement (the psychiatrist will say, it took the patient 2 weeks to ‘stablise’ and agree to their diagnosis and medical treatment.) Forcing agreement, is no agreement at all, particularly when you torture a person in the most cruel manner to get it, then use that to tick a box for human research sales. DISGUSTING.

Australian politicians who want to stop psychiatric abuse

I have narrowed this search down to my electorate, Melbourne Ports, this includes all the Senate candidates for Victoria, but only the House of Reps for Melbourne Ports, for the Sept 2013 election.

If anyone from other areas wants to collaborate or comment on their area, with candidates who are going to do something about stopping forced-drugging, electro-shock and other psychiatric abuse, I would be most interested.

That said, I am aware that the Socialist Alliance has this written on their website, ‘The Socialist Alliance will guarantee patients' control by legislating the right of access to all information required for informed consent; the right to appoint a legal guardian of a patient's choice; the right to choose or refuse medical treatment; the right to choose contraception appropriate to the patient and abortion as required. Hospitals to be forced to admit their surgical, pharmacological and other nosocomial mistakes as a matter of due process.’

            This sounds promising, but they are not running in either Senate for Victoria, or House of Reps in Melbourne Ports. They are, however, running in other electorates.

I am surprised with this miniscule result in return replies.

Those against psychiatric torture regimes comprise of at least 5% of the vote. This could be a major win for a party or independant. Those who are ignorant and could be made aware of this major abuse of human-rights, comprise of more than 20% of the vote.

Psychiatric survivors, activists, compassionate individuals, those diagnosed and incarcerated in hospitals for no crime… our voice needs to be heard, recognised, validated and the horror of psychiatric abuse needs to stop. We have the United Nations backing us. Why do Australian political parties that have policies regarding human-rights claim such ignorance of what happens on their doorstep? of what can happen to anyone who goes through trauma, crisis who doesn’t get enough support and validation for their suffering?

Do politicians not know how cruel toxic drugs such as neuroleptics are, that shut down neurotransmitters so a youthful person feels like they have Alzheimer’s, so they twitch uncontrollably, sleep most of the day? Can’t they imagine how horrible it is to lose your memory during the 40 or so bouts of ECT that a psychiatrist recommends and forces on individuals without their consent?

Psychiatric abuse needs to stop. I want parties who will back us, who advertise this policy to stop psychiatric abuse properly. I want politicians who are loud and clear that they will stop force-drugging, electro-shock and other invasive procedures. It will be a major win for whoever does this. Whoever goes into hospitals and lets those being tortured by psychiatrists know that they should vote, because their party is going to stop the horror of psychiatric abuse.

I am surprised so many Australians still believe that biological psychiatry, is the social-psychiatry of Hollywood movies. No, psychiatrists rarely talk or listen to patients, they mandate, brainwash and forcefully drug and electrocute. They forcefully inject and electrocute  those grieving the loss of their loved-ones, with major tranquilisers, that cause brain-damage and other disabling. It is not okay to do this to asylum seekers, Greens, hint, hint... I want clarity on that, that you will not send psychiatrists to forcefully drug refugees, like you have promised to do. They are people who have obviously been through trauma and adversity, they are detained and suffering, they are in crisis, they need to talk with people would are empathetic, who listen and enable them to have courage to live, who are trustworthy professionals that will help anchor their crisis in some sort of consensual reality, that allows for diversity. People that will give them hope and ways to cope, so they don't despair and wonder what reality actually is. They are people who really don't need their minds policed by psychiatrists, who will forcefully torture them with drugs and electro-shock, then demand that they agree that they are 'mentally ill' and need to take the 'recommended dose of meds' that is harming them unendurably. That's what psychiatrists do, they don't listen, they experiment and police diversity, unless they specifically state that they are social-psychiatry, that they do psychoanalysis and only prescribe drugs when a patient really wants that. Understand that pollies!

Where should $10 mil be spent in mental health?

I was asked to talk at Melbourne University for nursing students. One of the questions at the end of the session was, ‘If there was a grant given of $10 million for mental health, what should it be spent on?’

                There wasn’t time for me to answer as there was a panel of three other people with lived-experience answering. But I did have a notion of what I'd like to spend that money on. And as I travelled home I thought about this more...

                I would like an alternative to the psychiatric system. I would like drug-free, ECT-free safe houses to be established, as an option. I would like there to be people with lived-experience working in these houses and for there to be empathetic understanding Art Therapists available and someone trained in First Aid. I am not interested in being medicalised, marginalised and made redundant. I am interested in enabling people, not disabling them. That’s what I’d like these safe houses to be, a place where people can break-through their crisis, rather than be broken down through medical-based aversion therapy that is currently being forced on people. If people really do want to have brain-damage occur through ECT or neuroleptic drugs, then perhaps some people might argue, like people argue about euthanasia, that they should be assisted to do this harm to their body, if they wish it to happen, to enable potential release of endorphins that sometimes are released to help the body cope with pain. I never got endorphins on neuroleptics, I just felt almost brain-dead and if someone had offered me euthanasia I would’ve said, ‘Okay, do it.’ It made me feel that bad. I like to think. When my neurotransmitters were just down, I felt any capacity I had was gone.

                I also really appreciate the peer-support groups that organisations such as Voices Vic provide. I think this very new organisation is doing something very progressive for our society and deserves some funding.

But really, there's not $10 mil to spend on mental health that hasn't already been given to the legalised drug dealers, drug pushers and drug enforcers. Someone pissed on their hand when they shook it with some official and the official thought the piss was pure gold. I think that's how psychiatrists continue to get their funding, because it just really doesn't make sense otherwise.
