Implement CRPD & the right2Refuse Psychiatrists

Standing at the Victorian Parliament, every month in 2019, to demand that Victims of Psychiatrists be heard in the Victorian Royal Commission into the Mental Health System of this State, to demand that we have the #Right2Refuse psychiatrists' products, procedures and their bloody beds, and that the lies told that VOP want to get into psychiatrists' beds, are the vile disgusting lies of the psychiatric regime, the exploitation racket that has gone on way too long.

Just as we stood at the State Library every week from 2015 - 2018, to ask the Library, the keepers of definition, ideas and the public's understanding and historical records - to recognise Victims of Psychiatrists, and the need for an end to the vile, cruel exploitation racket, free the people who are currently being tortured and abolish forced psychiatry.

Oct 10th 2019, we take our protest to Canberra. 
Demanding that Federal parliamentarians put pressure on the States to repeal forced psychiatry, as the UN CRPD Committee has asked Australia to do.

VOP sent a report to the UN CRPD committee this year, and are pleased to say many of our requests were understood, as these requests have long been part of what victims of psychiatrists and their allies have been reporting to the UN.

Not everyone is putting their name down on this list, as people are wary of having their names attached to such protests. That's okay, however I do urge you to contact me, Initially NO, via my twitter, facebook etc, to let me know you'll be there, and it'll just be to do with numbers in the authorised area of Canberra's parliament that authorities want to know about.

Federal Prosecution via the Code of Responsible Research, under 8.2
For the horrific forced human experimentation, that is systematic in all State/ Territories of Australia, and the profits HUGE for the psychiatrists, pharmaceutical companies and government investors.
Keeping these jobs, these jobs that kill and maim people, exploit in the most vile, cruel ways - is just not something that can EVER be considered democratic. And if Australia does not abolish this legislated exploitation racket, then it cannot be considered a democracy.

As well as prosecution under 8.3, because we've really got to think about where all these chemicals that people don't want forced into their bodies are going, into waste water, and they cannot be removed, and we put it to the environment protection authorities, and the people who love to live in Australia, or visit Australia - that it is these extra psychiatric drugs, forced on people (every day for a life-time, on average 9 different psychdrugs per person) is what is causing the excess pollution that is killing platypus and other river life.

Also got to think about the excess plastics thereby used, as all these pills are packaged, and medicine cups are used and thrown away, needles are of course used and throw  away... and hospital burning this waste, putting toxins in the air, including CO2. That's without mentioning that pharmaceutical companies are by far the biggest polluters in the world, with far greater CO2 emissions than the automotive industry.

The #Right2Refuse psychiatrists' bloody beds, think about that, when you see 60 minutes reporting psychiatrists now jailed for pedophilia, and news reports on lewd assault from psychiatrists. How is it that the State/ Territories can force people into psychiatrists' beds, allow psychiatrists legislation that enables them to forcibly drug and inflict various procedures and cruelties on people in order to break them under this torture, to agree to do as the psychiatrists dictate?

There's still time to send in reports to the Federal Royal Commission into the bloody violations done in the name of care, help and medicine. We need the Federal RC to investigate, and expose, and put pressure on the State/ Territories to abolish forced psychiatry. 

We cannot have these monsters covering up for pedophiles, forcing mothers into forced psychiatry, c-sections, take their children away unless they comply with psychiatrists' demands. It's just not something a decent society does, it's what a vile, cruel exploitative dictatorship does, then, of course rolls out the victim-blaming propaganda.

Give the public a reminder of how many people were killed by psychiatrists in Australia last year, and the year before that, and the year before that...

We need the parliamentarians to start recognising that we, the people, who are victims of psychiatrists, need an abolition of forced psychiatry, and an apology for it ever having occurred. We are people foremost, but we are Victims of Psychiatrists (VOP) because we have received no notice that forced psychiatry will be abolished in Australia, nor any kind of reparations. Therefore, like any other victims of exploitation, violence, abuse... we need justice - the #Right2Refuse psychiatrists products, procedures, programs and their bloody beds.

We suggest a repeal of all legislated forced/ coerced Mental Health.

Election day and no promises to abolish forced psychiatry

People doing what they can to keep up the protest, while working in a lovely little shop called The Painter & The Writer Gallery - 42 Main St Maldon, Victoria - in Australia. Or maybe it was just that the shop liked a picture of a protest on polling day, and they just stuck it in there out front, because it's art and they're an art shop and there's no need to hide a painting about the civil rights movement of the millennium.

Health Australia Party has not yet put into policy that they will abolish forced psychiatry in line with the UN CRPD, though, though have indicated that they will move towards this at the Federal election.

Thing is, forced psychiatry has to be abolished by each State. And Victoria, being the worst place in the world, per capita, for forced psychiatry, really should be the starting place.

To not say you'll abolish forced psychiatry, is really being anti-human rights. No one should abide by forced human experimentation, of the vile, cruel kind that psychiatry, in Victoria Australia consists of. You are not meant to be okay with forced human experimentation that kills and maims thousands of people in Victoria, Australia every year.

No one should abide by a government that promises a Royal Commission into Mental Health, then, sleazily adds that a psychiatrist will be chairing it. That's like having a CEO of Bank do a Royal Commission into banking, it's like having a CEO of an accused Church do a Royal Commission into Institutional Abuse. Churches colluded, it was proven, so did banks. They close ranks, they cover up, unless they're an ally to victims. And Patrick McGorry is DEFINITELY NOT in ANY WAY an ally to Victims of Psychiatrists. It's an utterly ridiculous, horrible thing, to have victims being represented and chaired by perpetrators and their coterie - but that's the nature of a country that has a regime of vile, cruel exploitation, such as Australia, Victoria does. They want to keep it running, cover it up to make it look like benevolent charity to those who haven't been violated by it, and deny any victim the right to speak out against it fully and be heard by the population.

People can, and do stand on the street and protest. People do refuse psychiatrists for years while being locked in a psychward. They can apply under to the UN under Special Procedures, to be release from arbitrary detention.

Make noise, be heard, in any way you can, is the only way this vile, cruel exploitation can be stopped.

Yes, there has been a precedent in the Supreme Court ofVictoria due to the courage of NJE & PBU, putting up a fight against forced electrocution, that had been rubber stamped by the Victorian Administrative Tribunal, they would not have been permitted to fight in the court, if they had not been part of the 10% subjected to forced psychiatry that were given access to Legal Aid. Which means 90% of people fight, then are violently and horribly electrocuted because they do not get any access to Legal Aid, at a Tribunal, or VCAT, let alone to challenge VCAT in the Supreme Court. But even with this precedent, and an admittance by ECTmachine makers that their product causes brain damage, even so, with this, ECT can still be forced on people in Victoria, Australia.

There is nothing to stop arbitrary detention and 24/7 torture under the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014 being increased once again from 10,000 forced orders in 2017, to however many more will tally in 2019.

The way the re-elected government talks about the Royal Commission into Mental Health, that is going to cost the tax-payer $13.5 million - isn't from the perspective of those who are being violated by psychiatrists, it's from the perspective of whitecoat greed and their politicians who have a vested interest in keeping on using people, as a pound of flesh, to be examined, injected and observed as live specimens, then written up to be published for vast sums of money.

Just as animals are violated in laboratories, so too are humans, under the vile cruel Mental Health Acts in each State/ Territory of Australia. 

Animal rights? Yes and - don't forget human rights, right here, in Victoria, Australia, or you might find one day, you're one of the millions being locked away arbitrarily and exploited in the most horrible fashion that nightmares are made of.

Think of the artists over time, attempting to speak through visuals when speaking got them into threats and strife -

• Francisco de Goya's fear of being thrown in a pit, where they put people who said too much about organised crime, corruption, and didn't paint royalty in the way they wanted to be painted, people who were honest about what was happening around them, to their neighbours, friends, family - were thrown  into pits and called 'mad' as they suffered the horrors of that; 
• Edvard Munch's 'The Scream' - fear he'd be put where his sister was put away for whatever it was she didn't obey. Perhaps she just didn't marry who she was told she had to. Perhaps she spoke out against a paedophile. Perhaps she just smiled or frown or expressed herself too much for some ugly jealous thug in power.

It is important that people don't let killing machines go on and on in their country ever increasing with attempts to control of the population by fear, torture, arbitrary detention and vilification of victims. Eugenics doctrine, that is the Mental Health legislation - it must be stopped, now, not later.

It is important that people recognise what is happening close to them, rather than in a country they haven't visited, where a picture of a child is being dangled to raise funds for the so-called charities that are causing starvation, disease, poisoning and all kinds of horror, causing, via their alliance with other companies that have very lucrative cruel agendas on their board room table. Force feeding  overseas and here with toxic rot is happening. It's horrific and all done in the name of benevolence.

And unless you know that, you think the charity is benevolent.

Changing legislation should not be about charity, that is asking for more funds, and nor should a Royal Commission be about spending more funds - it should be about recognising that it is never okay to exploit by force, never okay to legislate to violently exploit people to the point of maiming and killing them, then call that benevolence. It should be about hearing the people that have been violated more and more every time they attempted to speak out against the vile, corrupt perpetrators that are arbitrarily detaining and exploiting them most horribly. Society needs to recognise, that and so much more that victims of psychiatrists have to say.

At what point are people going to see the human rights movement of the millenium - to abolish this vile cruel forced human experimentation done under mental health legislation? At what point are they going to be horrified enough to stop the horror.

Think of - 

Garth Daniels. He was horribly abused in Victoria, under the re-elected Government, electrocuted 150 times, dosed up on horrifically large quantities of neuroleptics, tied to a bed for 69 days. He skipped to QLD and found the same government governing QLD.

Why is it that Garth is still not free from arbitrary detention & torture? Because he does not consent to take neuroleptics that are going to cause him cardio problems. He does not consent to having his physical abilities shut down, so he cannot physically do what he'd easily be capable of, when having those neuroleptics shoved into him.

Garth Daniels has fought for his freedom, had support to do this from his family (which most families don't do, they back-peddle and go along with authorities gone wrong and have their own flesh and blood been done in by the ugly whitecoats. Some will later claim they trusted the whitecoats more than their family member. Why? Why would you do that? Trust the people you know, unless you already know they're ugly whitecoats and want nothing to do with them.)

Family & friends can assist a person in arbitrary detention to apply to the UN CRPD committee under Special Procedures, to demand the government release the person they unlawfully are detaining and torturing.

Garth Daniels got an advocate through his father Bernard Daniels to put a request in to the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention. He has also given permission to release a video of him being abused by psychiatrists, after he said, 'I do not consent'. It should be enough, when a person verbally says they do not consent to have a product injected into them, it really should. No one should have some ugly whitecoat company's product forced on them.

Please free Victorians & people in Queensland Australia from this vile, cruel corrupt governing force, that condemns people to a life of forced servitude, as a human laboratory specimens, with no reprieve, no mercy, a life condemned to a situation far worse than anything else in the world. •             Reason: This petition of certain citizens of Australia draws to the attention of the House that Victims of Psychiatrists (VOP) are subjected to brutal persecution, violent exploitation for the purpose of invasive, cruel, lucrative forced human experimentation. Psychiatrists, are wrongly given statutory power in Australia to arbitrarily detain, torture with poisons 24/7 indefinitely, indoctrinate, interrogate, electrocute, tie a person up… until the person breaks under torture, complying under duress. Victim-blaming propaganda, threats of further torture and disenfranchisement are employed to silence VOP who speak out against forced psychiatry. Many victims of crime, corruption and pollution are silenced by forced psychiatry, allowing horrendous abuses, such as paedophilia, to continue. Many intelligent, inventive, artistic people are murdered, maimed and their creations never allowed to reach fruition. Half the population dies in Australia each year, dies iatrogenic deaths from forced psychiatric drugs. The Mental Health System is a system of diabolical Eugenics-Stigma-targeting, violation in the guise of 'protection.'

•             Request: We, the Victims of Psychiatrists (VOP) and allies, therefore ask the House to request the Prime Minister and the Attorney General to abolish all State/ Territory Mental Health Acts and Federal Legislation that perpetrates Forced Psychiatry, stop discriminating (on the basis of perceived disability, financial and social disenfranchisement, atheist beliefs, religious and creative expression of the unknown or undefined) and if necessary replace these State/ Territory Mental Health Acts with a Federal Human Rights and Reparations Act, equivalent to the signed and ratified United Nations Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities.

When care isn't care and medicine isn't medicine, there is not only 'card stacking' happening, but 'glittering generalities', 'the lesser of two evils', 'name calling', 'pin-pointing the enemy', but also 'plain folks devices', 'simplification', heaps of 'testimonials' to get others on the 'bandwagon' and plenty of 'transfer'... Psychiatry forcefully drugs, which is assault in the second degree, but since it is repeats this on so many individuals over long periods of time, electrocutes and uses other invasive measures, I would term this ill treatment to be something far more malevolent and horrific.)

 

 

‘The patient is always wrong,’ is that what’s taught at medical school?

I was talking recently about the current climate of denial still occurring in mental health and how, in the past, when I have suffered detrimental effects of psychiatric drugs, I have been still forced to take them.

                A psychiatric nurse at the talk wanted to dismiss the brain damage, caused by neuroleptics, and concurrent memory loss as ‘aging.’  I’m only forty! Besides, I felt the harm being caused to me. I felt the ongoing pain while taking the drugs. And I felt the very gradual recovery from those horrific damaging effects the neuroleptics caused, as well as what hasn’t recovered. Besides, it is well-known the drugs do this. It is even on the drug’s website.

                Then a psychiatrist issued a poor excuse rather than a question. Instead of apologising for the harm caused by his colleagues, he leapt to their defence and accused, ‘Patients don’t really know what’s going on, so it’s hard to tell if their complaints are valid.’

                In front of me he wanted to excuse the way he, most obviously, systematically invalidated his patient’s complaints about medications, made invalid the truth and left them wondering what truth is exactly. So many psychiatrists I’ve been forced to be patient to, agree with, submit to… it’s horrible this is crazy-making denial.

                I offered a concrete example of when I saw a GP for a broken finger, which I knew was broken, because I’d heard it snap, plus I’d had broken bones before, so I recognised the kind of pain associated with a break, just as I recognise the effects of neuroleptics after being force intermittently over a 14 year period to take them.

                The GP told me, ‘It’s only a sprain.’

                I was eighteen and I believed him. It took me another month before a work colleague insisted I go to hospital to get it x-rayed. And that proved it was broken, but it had started to mend so there was no way to set the bones in their right place. As a result I have a permanently gammy finger.

                It’s one thing to come to a doctor with something wrong and be denied the appropriate treatment you wish to have, it’s quite another thing to be dragged to a doctor and be physically harmed by forced treatment that causes your bones to become brittle. (Yes, osteoporosis is an effect of neuroleptics listed on drug websites. They stop a women’s menstrual cycle.)

                Refusal to take, ‘required medication’ should be understood better.

First of all, why is medication, ‘required’ when counselling, psychology or art therapy has not been tried? Why is it required when the patient is in no way violent? Why is it required when the patient knows from previous doses that they have suffered horribly on it?

When smoking was allowed in pubs around Australia, I developed an immune related allergy to second-hand tobacco smoke. People would deny and deny the validity of this. They would try to say I was imagining that my face swelled up and my eyes itched so like I wanted to remove them. I was lucky that a doctor, a GP, affirmed that this was a common reaction to tobacco smoke.

People don’t want to see themselves as a perpetrator of harmful actions, even if they are, because they then see themselves as a victim of accusation and so they quickly attempt to rescue themselves and end up accusing the victim of being the perpetrator.

It is extremely hard to get a doctor to affirm the harm caused by neuroleptics because they don’t want to end up transferred and thus be victimised. Humane psychiatrist Peter Breggin explains it does not make him popular amongst his colleagues, when he tells the truth about the harm psychiatrists cause on a regular basis to their patients. He is then accused of causing harm to his profession.

This  denial of what is clearly happening could be easily confirmed by looking at the offending drug’s website and finding that yes, what the patient is describing is a known effect of the medication that’s been prescribed for ‘treatment.’

Psychiatrists have not been sued in Australia for LSD tests in the 70s (patients were often given over a hundred tabs.) Psychiatrists have not been sued in Australia, for forcing drugs that cause diabetes, for causing Tardive Dyskinesia in so many of their patients. They have not been sued for causing osteoporosis, or epilepsy, memory-loss, for traumatising, for prescribing drugs that cause a person to feel so unwell they suicide, for causing chronic fatigue and nausea so a person is unable to work. For giving drugs that cause a person’s sight to blur so they can no longer study, then dismissing this effect of the drug as ‘psychosomatic,’ when it is listed on the drug’s website. Psychiatrists and other mental health professionals have not been sued for giving advice that is harmful, the number one offender being, ‘take your medication.’ Psychiatric drugs are harmful, so that is really dangerous advice to give anyone, particularly if you are a mental health professional.

Causing harm to others, is not okay. When a doctor causes harm, that doctor is not practising medicine, they are conducting experiments. When a patient says they don’t want to take harmful drugs because of the side-effects are too horrible and the doctor forces those drugs on the patient, this is torture. Psychiatric drugs are extremely painful physically and mentally, causing anguish over a long period, for 24 hours of the day, every day of the week, every week of the month, every month of the year, for how many years a psychiatrist keeps a patient on a treatment order.

Psychiatric drugs also cause permanent damage, which is often visible to others, particularly when the nervous system gets damaged, or memory becomes impaired.

Psychiatric drugs are extremely unsafe, harmful measures and to force such things on 20 per cent of our population is one of the ugliest regimes that has continued into the millennium. It is the total opposite of the terms it uses to advertise and advise. Psychiatry is not about ‘care’ and ‘health’ it is about abuse and control.

When I worked as a shop assistant from a young age, I was told a golden rule: ‘The customer is always right.’

Patients are customers. People become unwilling customers of psychiatry once they’ve experienced it, however, they still are, in a perverted way, customers. The psychiatrist is receiving money for the patients seen.

I think all doctors need to be retrained to realise, ‘The patient is always right.’

That’s probably a hard one to swallow for a psychiatrist who is used to dictating. It’s like saying, ‘Take a dose of your own medicine.’ Which psychiatrists won’t do.

If a Court Judge were to dismiss every case as invalid because the thinking was, ‘The witnesses don’t really understand legal matters, so it’s hard to tell if their complaints are valid,’ that would be really wrong. However, since there are lawyers representing each side of the cases in court the judges have interpreters.

Do patients, who have committed no crime, need to bring along medical interpreters to see their psychiatrists, so they are not condemned? Would that enable a person some respect?

Well, maybe, but those interpreters must not be desensitised by their training. They must be people schooled in medicine who still hold close the ethics to not cause harm. They must also be people who do not dehumanise and are not easily bribed.

If I was to propose changes, it would be that all doctors have to undergo new ethics training, to understand where their previous training and intern mentoring was horrifically wrong.

If they won’t, or are training-resistant and keep committing harm, then they have to retire from their profession.

Something like that would make sense and hopefully address and resolve the notion, that, ‘The patient is always wrong,’ which doctors seem to hold as an axiom.

Don’t pooh-pooh psychiatric abuse and condemn like Freud eventually did with his patients who talked about how his colleagues and esteemed friends had raped them when they were children. Don’t do that same thing the church and schools have done to cover up child abuse, which the population condemns. Protecting, ‘your own’ when they’ve caused harm, is denial of justice. That is not okay. It is not right. It is really, really, wrong to cover up and deny abuse.

The dehumanisation of those with a psychiatric diagnose and the following societal ignorance, blame and acceptance of the torture caused by psychiatric practises, is truly one of the most stupid and horrific government approved regimes. It is stupid because the internet enables the information about the effects of these drugs to be freely available. The internet also allows brave individuals with a conscience, knowledge or experience to speak up. For those with experience, like me, to speak I need support and at the moment I have that. Having someone who loves me enough to fight tooth and nail to make certain psychiatry will never harm me again, is a wonderful relief to my psyche. I can remain calm and say what needs to be said without freaking out that if I say something too edgy the bastards will come and get me and I’ll be the living-dead again, unable to think, work or play.

Forced-drugging and ECT needs to be stopped immediately (though for safety from withdrawal effects, all medications needs to be tapered slowly.) Peer-support groups can be set up to combat those suffering from the abuses of psychiatry. People may also wish to have trauma therapy related to their psychiatric abuse. At the moment, with such a widespread denial of psychiatric abuse, I would only go to a therapist who understood, or had lived-experience of psychiatric abuse. I wouldn’t want to be in therapy all vulnerable and opening up and have some shmuck who denied the validity of my experience and blamed me, like so many ignorant prejudiced people do.

People really need to get their facts straight and stop their stupidity. Backing up psychiatric practices that cause harm, is aiding and abetting. So stop it. You will be held accountable for your actions.
